Henry: It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve managed to keep my royal background a secret at work. But when I meet a gorgeous young artist, all bets are off. Will she still want me when she understands what being my wife will entail?
Magnolia: Henry is rich, hot, and successful, with an air of mystery around him. There’s no way he’d be interested in someone like me, and the sooner I realize it, the less … like me, and the sooner I realize it, the less likely I am to get my heart broken.

A Lovely Reprieve From Reality – 4 Stars
This is a very sweet short story that reminded me of “Cinderella” in a way. As usual, Mona Zaftig successfully matches another couple up. Besides the romance between the main male character and the main female character, they are tethered to a world within a world of royalty. I left this story with lots of warm fuzzies inside; a lovely reprieve from reality. Good Stuff!
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this short story from the author and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
Henry is 38, and has to be married at 40 to take the throne from his father. Maggie is a yarn artist who sells her handmade items through his stores. He isn’t immediately honest with her about who he really is, not wanting to scare her off. I love their short romance. He’s in her corner, standing up for her when confronted by a rude employee, and she’s strong enough to trust his faith in her. Mona rocks! I received an advance copy of the book from the author, and am voluntarily my honest review.
Maggie is supposed to have a meeting about her crafts. The woman is rude to her and throws away her letter. Maggie meets Henry. Henry is the CEO and the one conducting the interview. The characters are relatable and have chemistry. There is instant attraction between the two of them. This is a short read. I voluntarily received an ARC of the book and this is my opinion.
This was so cute! I loved The journey and the romance, as always. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
Another perfect match with the Zaftig Dating Agency! This is Prince Henry and Maggie’s story. Two lonely people wrapped up in work and in need of love. It’s insta love at first meet. This author did a fantastic job bringing another short , fast paced story to this delightful series.

4.5
A low drama quick read perfect for the poolside.
Henry the prince and Magnolia the artist. Sweet with a dash of heat.
Recommend.
I liked this story a lot. It was short but entertaining. The characters were awesome (except Lisa). I wish we got to see Lisa get her comeuppance, but I’m ok knowing that it happened. Henry and Magnolia are such an unlikely couple that I’m not sure how Mona decided they would be great together. Very sneaky matchmaker set up that is wonderful. Henry and Maggie had a fantastic happy ever after. I wish there was another epilogue further out, but I’m happy with how the story ended. I recommend reading this book.
Just the absolute best story. It had me captivated from the beginning with the hot steamy scenes. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!
In the ebb of life, you never know who you’re going to meet. Maggie meets Henry thanks to the dating agency and her artistry. Henry is immediately attracted to her and acts on it. Despite everything, they choose to act on their feelings and form a forever kind of bond.
I received an advanced reader copy from the BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving my review.
Henry just made Maggie’s dreams come true in more ways than one. He loved her, married her and made him his princess, literally. What more could a girl asked for.
True love, Henry found his true love and even his crown wont stop him for loving her.
Fun, Fun, Fun! This highly entertaining story is both sweet and sexy. Mona Zaftig is tasked with matching her first royal. Henry comes from a tiny, little know kingdom, Merindova. But surprisingly enough, Maggie knows of it. She just has no idea that Henry is actually the Prince. Henry is regal, kind, and protective. Maggie is sweet, insular, and creative. But all it takes is one meeting, one date, one night for these two to fall in love! Once again Mona makes a brilliant match. Fun and fast, this is the perfect story for a quick break!
I am such a sucker for a royal romance and ROYAL ROMANCE by JANE FOX does not disappoint. Handsome prince, demur and beautiful artist meet and are instant soulmates. Henry can now fulfill his father’s wish for him to be a married man before taking the crown.
The instalove romance has heart eyes from the start and a sweet, steamy encounter to seal the deal. Zaftig’s Dating Agency does it again.
I received an advance copy of the book from the author in exchange for my honest review.
A Royal Romance at Its Best!
I loooove stories where the prince finds his princess in the “commoner”. And this story scratched that itch perfectly! The only thing missing was MORE! I love the shorter romances and I am so interested in how Henry and Maggie’s story played out past the wedding (and maybe even leading up to the wedding once they get back to Merindova)! Maybe we’ll get a sequel someday?? Wink, wink, nudge, nudge
I received an advance copy of this book and am leaving my completely honest review.
She becomes the Princess of Dragons………..Thanks to her real life Prince and her amigurumi
It seems Mona Zaftig is so good at matching people she now gets her first royal referral. This story is about Henry and Magnolia. It is a charming, sweet, entertaining and sexy story.
Henry Wilton is the Crown Prince of Merindova. At the age of thirty-eight he is expected to become King when he turns forty, as his father wants to retire at that point. The only hitch is that his father has stipulated he must be married or the crown will be passed to his married cousin. Henry has actually escaped and is living happily in the States. He started the store Passport to Anywhere which is a chain of stores and online, which sells internationa and artistic goods. People are concerned that Henry will not marry in time and this includes his valet and PA Oscar, who has signed him up with Mona Zaftig.
Magnolia “Maggie” Phillips is twenty-four years old and make little animals from crocheting and knitting yarn. She got into amigurumi when she was in college to deal with stress. When she had a whole tote filled with them her roommate suggested she sell them which she started to do and was able to make some money. She graduated with a degree in graphic design but after a year of working in the corporate world she realized it was not for her. She really just wanted to do amigurumi and was able to start selling her animals on Passport to Anywhere’s website.
When Maggie receives a letter to meet someone at Passport to Anywhere Store #5 to discuss selling her animals in the stores she is excited but also very nervous. Things don’t quite go as she had thought thanks to a very rude employee. But just as she is about to turn around and leave in walks the most gorgeous man she has ever seen. It turns out he, Henry, is there to meet her. After having a bit of a cry initially Maggie and Henry do have their meeting and he is enthusiastic about her “dragons”. Before she leaves he invites her to dinner and she accepts. Let’s just say that the dinner is barely touched but by the time make it back to Henry’s penthouse there is a lot of touching and dessert is well satisfying. Henry knows that Maggie is meant to be his but can he bring her into his “royal” world. Some thinking instead of sleeping that night and Henry is ready to make Maggie his real life Princess if she is willing to do it. For Maggie she knows that she can do anything as long as she has Henry by her side.
Royal Romance is another great short story in the Zaftig Dating Agency series and a recommend read.
This is a short story by Jane Fox about the famous matchmaker Mona Zaftig, who bring two lonely people together who otherwise would not meet, two people who worked very hard in their careers and don’t have time to find that special someone. Two such people are, Henry Wilton, Crown Prince of Merindova and owner of a chain of stores, called Passport to Anywhere, and Magnolia (Maggie) Philips, a yarn artist.
They meet when Maggie bring her crochet items to the store to find out from Henry, if Maggie’s item would sell well in his stores. But Maggie was confronted by a rude employee, who didn’t believe her meeting was real, until Henry comes to her rescue.
I am volunteering to leave a review for a ARC of this book.
