What a round trip this was! I absolutely loved Anderson & Nora! Although their road to HEA is still on going, I have faith that they’re strong enough to stay together. Their story so fair has been heartbreaking, up-lifting & soul searching. & I cannot wait for more.
I have just been on the trip of a life time. I will admit traveling down Route 66 with the characters was a total blast. But it was the trip of discovery, the trip of love, that had me devouring Royal Games. Get ready to feel it ALL!!!
Six years have past and Nora is finally ready to say goodbye to Hunter. She is taking the trip of a life time that they had planned, that didn’t happen after he died in a crash. At his mother’s request she will be leaving a little bit of Hunter all along the way.
Anderson North has just had his life crumble for the second time in six years. He lost his fiancé six years and now a diagnosis has him loosing himself. For himself, he is taking he trip of a life time on Route 66.
Nora and Anderson keep crossing paths. Fate. Destiny. Faith. Karma. Whatever you call it with a flip of penny anything can happen.
Here is a penny for my thoughts. The characters were very likable. They brought out so many emotions. Empathy for their pasts. Sadness for their inner turmoil. Concern for their futures. Giddiness for Anderson’s romantic ways. Exhilaration for Anderson’s determination. Nirvana for the ending. Jealousy for their adventure. Hope for a better tomorrow and for many years together.
Grab Royal Games and get ready to feel, to love, to hurt, to smile, to swoon. Thank You T.K. Leigh for giving me so much in Royal Games. Thank you for blowing mind. I thought I had it all figured out. Boy, was I wrong. Grab Royal Games and be prepared to be blown away.
This book was absolutely incredible. Characters that sneak into your heart, sizzling chemistry, a fun and emotional storyline and a slowly simmering romance are almost like a warm bath on a cold night. You just want to sink in and linger. Prepare to have your emotions to be sent spinning. In-between painful pasts, heavy baggage, big secrets and bigger twists, your heart may never be the same. I am by my own volition posting a candid review.
Perfection! What a terrific adventure. This book was just what I needed. I quickly fell in love with Nora and Anderson and the adventure of a lifetime they decided to take. In true fashion, the Author weaves such an incredible story and takes you not only an adventure, but a deeper journey of self discovery. Perfectly beautiful.
Where do I begin? Anderson and Nora’s story was everything I hope it to be and so very much more. First up there is Nora. She see’s all her friends all getting their happily ever afters and she is not. They are really the only family she has so they persuade her to go on a vacation to try and put her past to rest. A day into the trip she meets this handsome stranger that takes her breath away. Is it fate or something else that she keeps bumping into him? Then you have Anderson who is completely taken with Nora. There is something about her but he can’t put his finger on it. They start on an adventure separately but as the story goes thing happen that will have you saying where the heck did that come from. True to TK’s writing she has you laughing, crying, wanting to throw you book or kindle and then just rooting for these two broken people to finally get their happily ever after. There really are not enough stars for this book it is that good. I can’t wait to see what is next for these two. TK you amazed me with this story. Well done!!
Wow, oh wow!! Reading Nora’s story is both emotional and bittersweet! Her book is the last of the four friends we’ve met in the Dating Games series and I was both excited but hesitant to read it. Excited because we’ve gotten to see little pieces of Nora along the way and I couldn’t wait to get her full story, but hesitant because once I read it, I knew the series would be coming to an end. T.K. as usual delivers a story full of depth and emotion that had me glued to the pages.
Nora is freshly divorced after walking in on her husband with another man. Her three friends throw her a party to celebrate and end up talking her into taking a Divor-cation. She decides she’s going to travel historic Route 66, something she had planned to do with her fiancé, Hunter, six years ago before he was tragically killed in a car accident. On the first day of her trip, she runs into a gorgeous man with a British accent, and then again the next day. Is this fate? Or just coincidence? What forces are at play here?
I truly loved Anderson. My heart went out to him after learning about his past and the events that led up to his traveling the Route 66 path as well. Still reeling from a tragedy in his past, along with some recent life changing news, AND the pressures of being next in line to the throne, he needs this time away to reflect and recoup and figure out what he wants for his future. Running into Nora seemed to be serendipitous as he felt a pull to her that he hasn’t felt in a very long time.
I absolutely loved going on this road trip with Nora and Anderson. T.K. has this way when she writes that pulls me into the story and I felt like I was living vicariously through the adventures these two had along the way. Even though they only spend a few weeks together traveling Route 66, the feelings and draw to each other are strong and undeniable.
Both Nora and Anderson had deep seated emotional issues they needed to work through, all the while developing feelings for each other. The buildup to them exploring their feelings was a delicious slow burn and I couldn’t wait to see how explosive these two would be together. T.K. knows how to write a highly sensual sex scene and the chemistry between these two was off the charts!
I was rooting so hard for Nora and Anderson to finally be able to put their pasts behind them and forge a path forward together, but that sneaky T.K. had to throw a twist in there that had my heart twisted all up!! What the what? Can these two still find a way to move forward together after revelations come to light? I was constantly holding my breath that last part of the story! It’s a doozy!
I am so excited to see that there’s going to be a little more of Nora and Anderson coming our way when T.K. releases Tangled Games! I am not ready for their story to be over!
It is beautifully written , the story is really emotional maybe a little to much . The big negative for me is that you can see from miles away the relationship between the characters.

Nora sets off on Route 66 to bury the love of her life’s ashes across the ocean. She runs in to car trouble and takes a chance by taking the same Route with a handsome man doing the same thing. Little did she know that her handsome Prince would turn out to be an actual Prince.
Anderson decided he didn’t want a background done on Nora. He wanted to find out all about her all on his own during their little journey.
Anderson finally breaks down and the background he got on Nora wasn’t bearings was expecting. Now he has to decide between his happiness and making things right with his conscience. Will Nora be able to forgive him though?

This book can be read as a stand-alone.
For a thirty-year-old woman, Nora has already been shattered too many times. Her friends convinced her to seek closure and take a trip. The last thing she expected was to make this journey with a stranger. This could feel like a déjà vu for those of you who are avid romance readers, but I’m sure you’ll find this one different.
This story is wreathed with loss, guilt, intense emotion, grief, love, and twists inherent to life. The storyline is different from classic romance, which is refreshing and confirms that T.K Leigh is a great writer. The twists are not necessarily where expected, which makes it a page-turner. I couldn’t put it down, enthralled by Nora and Anderson’s journey. I loved the intelligence and sensitivity with which Nora and Anderson’s lives are viewed. The author is excellent at getting her message across.
Both characters have a substantial, complicated past. Therefore, having to figure out how to enter a long term relationship with it.
Along with my reading, I wondered how they would find their way to each other’s hearts. The writing was spectacular with the perfect pace, the perfect word for each emotion. My heartbeat, along with their feelings, but I don’t regret this irregular rhythm, and I’ll willingly let T.K. Leigh do it again.
Nora is like a Chameleon, she’s different from the rest of the girls in the group she has so many sides but she has yet to determine who is the real Nora.
The girls talk her into taking a trip to spread the ashes of her ex-fiancé , who passed away six years ago. Determine to begin a new chapter in her life Nora decided she needs to move on from her ex-husband and her ex-fiancé.
Anderson North is a man behind a disguise, that has a troubling past with an unknown future until he meets Nora who opens his eyes to a brighter future. Faith keeps bringing them together, they decide to take the trip on route 66 together.
The chemistry is off the radar with these two. Nora is drawn to the sexy eyes and mouth watering foreign accent. Anderson likes how free she’s becoming as the layers are peeled back. He seen the real person wanting to come through but he’s in turmoil because as they grow closer.
Many hidden secrets and truths are revealed as faith brings these lost souls at the fork of ride at the end of their journey.
Was not expecting Nora’s story to be so heartbreaking, but coming full circle the way it did but thus wouldn’t be a T. K. Leigh book without some mind blowing surprises.
I really wasn’t expecting this book to be so emotional but damn it hit me in the feels! I loved anderson and nora together, they had great chemistry and right away you knew they belonged together. everything about this was great and my only complaint was how long their separation was. definitely recommend! 4.5 stars

Anderson North is surrounded by women who don’t have a mind of their own … that is, until he meets the stunning Nora Tremblay. Nora walked straight into Anderson’s life and possessed his heart, like she always owned it. What happens when Nora finds out the secrets Anderson has been keeping?
Royal Games is a fun, angsty and steamy story that will break your heart and get you cheering for a HEA for these two broken people.
This is the first book I have read in the series, but it won’t be the last! I fell for Anderson and Nora, their journey was sweet and it blossomed to more as secrets comes out to such a heartbreaking, emotional story. A well written storyline, great character development and a romance that was so profoundly felt will have you cheering for their HEA. I can’t wait for more of their royal games.
Where do I start. What a great story. One of adventure, companionship, laughter and healing. After receiving some devasting news Anderson chooses to take this trip as a do it while I can and Nora was taking hers as a promise to her dead ex-fiance. It started with two strangers and ended with a forever both never saw coming. Anderson was traveling under his traveling identity, hiding the fact he was indeed Prince Gabriel, heir to the throne in Belmont. Nora was planning to scatter the ashes of her ex-fiance along Route 66. A vacation the two of them planned before he was killed. This adventure was filled with history, fun, and excitement.
Some twists during their story kept you glued to every word. Once again T K Leigh does not disappoint her readers. Their story will keep you on the edge of your seat and wanting more. So glad this is only the beginning of their story with more to come.
I’ve never felt so much while reading one book. Laughing out loud at the banter between the two main characters, Anderson and Nora and the hilarious conversations between Nora and her best friends. Feeling the sizzling chemistry between Nora and Anderson that was so intense. Feeling my heart break when back stories were revealed, and the pounding of my heart as I read wondering how is this going to end.
Royal Games will take you on an emotional roller coaster with all the feels. Just when you think your heart has been mended, it breaks all over again for these two souls who are meant to be, but have such broken pasts, you wonder if the odds are stacked against them.
This book though…what a perfect time for Royal Games to come out. T.k. Leigh takes us on a vivid journey down Route 66, stopping at all the touristy attractions along the way. The author paints a perfect picture of every destination so clearly, you can visualize it in your head and feel like you’re right there with the character. In this new world we’re in, we all need to take a “ virtual trip,” and T.k. Leigh definitely made that happen. The descriptions of each State, stop, diner and roadside motel were on point.
Royal Games will have you flipping through the pages at a fast pace, wondering what the new twist is all about, and will hold your attention like no other book you’ve read before. This gem will be a top 2020 read that you’ll be recommending to friends. Grab it, read it, I guarantee you’ll love it!
