I love all the historical facts thrown into the book, but in a totally entertaining way, not a lecture.
Rhys Bowen is absolutely delightful to read!
Good basic mystery that embodies good characters, some humor, and “distorted” facts. Thoroughly entertaining while browsing the English countryside,
Love Rhys Bowen’s Royal Spyness series
I liked this book, story is good and I liked lady Georginan
she is always figuring out who done it
A wonderful series about the English royal family. Fast read and light. I enjoy the history and the characters.
The Audible copy is worth listening to as the voice artist – Katherine Kellgren – does a splendid job of bringing the different characters alive. She is definitely the most talented voice artist I have encountered so far.
Georgie leaves London just ahead of a scandal and discovers that Scotland can be just as dangerous. Someone is targeting the royal family. Can she find out who it is? This series is light and fun, and I enjoyed every minute of my visit to 1932 Great Britain.
Ditto my comments — the whole series is wonderful. Just wish the author would crank them out faster.
