From the USA Today and AMAZON best seller of The Reckless Series, HJ Bellus, comes a sexy romance: DIRTY.
Love struck me at the early age of five. The boy turned into a man, and I fell even deeper. Guy Webb had no idea my fragile heart belonged to him for so many years. He was too busy being my brother’s best friend and a star on the football field. He was my daydream, and consumed every single … brother’s best friend and a star on the football field. He was my daydream, and consumed every single thought, but he was always one step from my reach.
Beartooth Ranch was our home. The rich ranch land raised us, fostered our laughs, losses, and even gained a new family member when Guy moved in for his sophomore year of high school.
I hid my love for years. But now he’s back. Guy Webb returned a broken soldier after serving his country all over the atlas. And now it’s my job to help him heal.
My family lost everything with his return and I can only hope I survive it.more
If you like a heart felt look at the trials our veterans go through; yet one that will take you from an emotional high to a low that will wring all you have out of you. If you don’t like strong language and scenes outside the bedroom. Then this book isn’t for you. But if you like a well written story with emotion and tears. Then this is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. It is truly an unforgettable story of love and sacrifice.
Royal Atlas has all the boxes checked.
Brother’s Best Friend
Childhood history
tragic loss
A healing love
generations of love
I’m trying not to cry while I type this but Royal Atlas is a beautifully written story. It had heartache and joy. HJ Bellus makes you FEEL it. The narrators make you a part of it. This story will envelop you in its words and take you through its pages without you even realizing you’ve been adopted by the ranch. Just be prepared when it’s over for the loss you feel….reality just isn’t the same with Amos, Guy, Grandpa, Molly, and company.
I will be bringing on the rest of this amazing series.

5 Star review of Royal Atlas (Royal Love #1) by HJ Bellus
Audio Review:
This is the first book I’ve read/listened to from this author and I thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Bellus style of writing.
This is an emotional story that will tug at your heart strings and I freely admit to ugly crying whilst listening to this book.
Royal Atlas is a story of family, of love that spans generations and was heartwarming and gut wrenching at the same time.
Guy and Molly have been together for decades, their love has stood the test of time and nothing will seperate them. Their connection is soul deep and their story is one of highs and lows.
The narration from Lacey Laurel and Jeremy York was spot on and enhanced my listening pleasure.

This story is so heartbreaking and heartwarming afterward! This is an amazing story, with great characters and a great storyline. Impossible not to be touched! I love Molly and Guy’s story and love the Epilogue. The narration is perfect. I love Lacy Laurel and Jeremy York’s voices together. I totally recommend this audiobook. Now, I can’t wait for Gravity, the next book in the Series. This should be an another emotional listen! I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
I really liked this book, the story line was great! The timeline was a bit confusing and there were minor editing errors, but all around this was a good book. The emotions this story brought out. My brothers are/were in the Army so this kinda hit close to home in some places. I don’t think I have been brought to tears so many times from a book. I would really recommend this, but be sure to have kleenex! I can’t wait to read the next one 🙂
This love story is amazing.
The plotline of this book is so well written and so very emotional. Even though the story is mainly about Guy and Molly, it’s also about the rest of their family. Having grown up next door to my first love and never really having the chance to let it develop, it was truly bittersweet to read about such a magical love. It was so emotional and steaming hot and real that I was laughing and crying all the way through this book.
Royal Atlas – HJ Bellus – This isn’t just a love story. It’s a four generation family epic. If horses and military men are your jam, this is a great book for you. I will warn you that there are lots of sad moments, but isn’t that life? Happy Reading!
Molly and Guy’s love story is full of happiness, sadness, losses and tragedies. They’ve been in love forever and will figth and overcome everything death, war, depression, anger until they find love. Good audiobook
Ok when this first starts off I thought “oh great. A flashback story” which I am not a fan of. But this one…well let’s just say I became invested in the characters and had tears….yes TEARS rolling down my face. Now it could be because I listened to this and the narrator put emotion into it that got to me. But really I never have tears like that over a story. I was devastated but as this book shows…life goes on.
What did I love about this? Well for one the characters were spot on! I loved how devoted these two were together. Their little surprises to each other and all the special songs were amazing. Really makes me think. Also did you see that COVER? “Holy Hotness” is what I thought! I need to read this book! The story…and that end? Just wow! i still can’t get over seeing it in my head. I did see this is book 1….I’m not sure what the follow up book could be.
I listened to this on audio. Jeremy York and Lacy Laurel are the narrators. Lacy does a large portion since this is mostly told from a female POV. But they both did a good job.
Great story
oh wow!!! this is such a beautiful story. funny, sad, harrowing, loving! pure delightful entertainment in one place! but be warned you will really need loads of tissues!
I love it, it’s a emotional and realistic story that has me in its hold long after finishing
Well developed characters that interact with each other in a loving but real way.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Lots of fun and filled with emotions dialogues
Sweet love growing and developing naturally through the story.
Fantastic storyline
Narrators:
Good pronunciation and read with feelings

I’ve read a few HJ Bellus books and they all seems to have a whole lot of heartache and a whole lot of love. This book wasn’t any different. Molly and Guy grew up together. Molly’s older brother was Guy’s best friend. When Guy & Amos went off to the military together, only Guy came home, and the entire family including Guy had to learn to live again. There were a roller coaster ride of emotions, but I would read it over and over again. Their love was so solid, from childhood, and the love from their family made it that much better.
The audio for this was solid. Such a great performance by Lacy Laurel and Jeremy York.

Royal Love Book One.
This story is told as a family story for a girl’s report.
Molly Marshall has lived on her family’s horse farm all of her life, and she has been in love with Guy Webb for just as long. As the best friend of Molly’s brother, Amos, Guy hasn’t been able to tell her that he feels the same, until he comes back for her high school graduation. The next time he comes back is so steeped in pain, the two cannot truly connect. To heal, Molly’s grandfather assigns Guy to the stables to help Molly train the horses. Working with Molly’s new horse, Royal Atlas, allows Guy to heal.
If you’re looking for a story about generations of love and heartbreak, this is the book for you! However, have a box or two of tissues, because this book will rip your heart out and stomp on it several times right up until the end.
Pretty good book. It had me crying in a lot of parts. Guy was a very caring boy who turned into a very caring man. He sure took care of Hop for most of her life. He showed he cared about her even at such a young age. It just got stronger the older they got. I just felt sorry for her with a brother like Amos. He was a very onery brother. This was a very heartfelt story.
*Warning: You will need tissues while reading this book*
I don’t even know where to start with this emotional soul touching book. Seriously. I laughed and I cried. I fully experienced every single moment of Molly and Guy’s life-changing utterly epic romance. I stayed up all night to finish this book because I just couldn’t put it down. Royal Atlas is steamy, romantic, hilarious, and heart wrenching.
I really loved the inclusion of the Amos-isms starting off each chapter. They were a great way to help my tears change from emotional tears to humorous tears. I think I highlighted everyone, because I want to remember them for later.
A very wonderful and heartwarming story spanning the life of Molly – from her first fights with her brother, falling in love with his best friend, loosing her brother in the service and fighting for her love to Guy till her very last breath. A story about love, healing and lots of patience.

When I saw the cover I was intrigued. Little did I know that this was a great story! This book is about a love like no other. Molly is a strong woman who brings together a broken horse and a broken man and love them back to greatness. Guy is Molly’s brother’s best friend. Amos and Guy are like brothers. They join the military to serve their country. They go off to war, will they make it back? Will they be the same? Can love conquer all? Well you will just have to read the book to find out. Trust me you don’t want to miss this book. Make sure you have the Kleenex handy if you’re like me you will need it.
Lacy Laurel did an excellent job of bringing Molly’s story to life! She rocked this! Jeremy York did an excellent job of bringing Guy to life. These two did an excellent job of bringing this beautiful story to life! I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a great book!
