Envy.Such an ugly sin.Yet, here I am guilty of it.See, I envy you.You who wake up in the morning not knowing what your future will entail. A blessed uncertainty filled with hope and mystery, with the potential to make it whatever you aspire it to be.Must be nice — to open your eyes and dream of such a promising existence.I have no such hopeful misguided notions. My fate has been written down on … of such a promising existence.
I have no such hopeful misguided notions.
My fate has been written down on crumpled paper, made smooth and immaculate by bloody tainted hands for the outside world to behold, since the day I was conceived.
There is no happily ever after for me but I’ve come to terms with my gilded golden cage long ago.
It’s their destiny that keeps me up at night — the pieces of my soul.
They are the ones who I would defy the devil himself for and stare true evil in the eye, taunting it to do its worst.
There is nothing I wouldn’t do for them, yet I know the wheel of fortune is not in our favor.
So, yes — I envy you.
While you dream of your colorful tomorrow, I dread its grayish arrival.
You see, we were all born rotten.
And rotten girls and boys don’t deserve a fairy-tale ending.
This is mafia #whychoose contemporary romance boxset which includes a +30k novella prequel to the spinoff series – Vicious Lives

BOOKS IN THIS SET:
Rotten Girl
Rotten Men
Rotten Love Novella

I downloaded this just for the novella. I’ve own books 1 and 2 and couldn’t resist finding out more. A great set up for Jude’s story. I’m excited and nervous all at the same time. I am so glad that these characters have more stories left untold. Selene, Gio, Vincent, and Dom have a special place in my heart.
Rotten Girl and Rotten Men is a freaking amazing.
I felt every emotion, every moment of love, every moment of heart break and every moment of torment that Selene, Gio, Dom and Vince endured and were put through.
The suspense, the twists and turns, the loyalty and betrayals keep me on the edge. I was never sure where things were going and just when I though I had it figured out another problem would be thrown in the mix and one I definitely did not see coming.
With such an incredible story that is full of suspense, angst, loyalty and love this is definitely one you won’t want to miss and I recommend it to everyone.
I freaking loved the duet but this bonus novella is everything!
I loved getting to see more of these guys and their kids, OMG I cannot wait to get my hands on their stories.
They are the best kind of bad, they are totally captivating and intriguing that you will be left needing more.
This collection is incredible! I read both books separately and was totally blown away buuuut with the boxset you also get the Rotten Love Novella! AND IT IS SO SO SO GOOD!!
It just solidifies my love of this duet that much more. I’ll read any book this author writes within this world, it’s that amazing and utterly addicting!
“Love can be a powerful motivator, but hate is just as effective.”
“How can you love someone so much when they remind you of everything you hate?”
“It doesn’t matter how hard you fall. It’s how fast you get back up on your feet to try again that counts.”
Okay, I’m gonna say this now so all is clear: Marcello is mine. Yep. I just claimed this beautiful, brooding, dark prince for myself. I guess you’ll be asking why. Well, I think I may have found a piece of Ciro in him. Le sigh. Just reading a glimpse of Marcello’s slightly unhinge and sinister side was enough for this girl to feel all those delicious shivers down my spine. I just can’t wait to read more of him!
At first, I was deeply sad to say goodbye to this series and was kind of hoping for more spin off. So, I was over the moon to know that the author will have a brand new series dedicated to Selene’s kids. How amazing is that? I was all kind of excited and intrigued and this novella was the perfect sample to whet my unquenchable appetite for these characters. I’m loving Selene’s kids and I’m pretty sure that each one of them will have a great story to tell. Can’t wait for Jude’s story!
I wa so thrilled to find out my favorite Mafia romance was coming out in a box set, and with an extra novella as well! I will be focusing on that in my review as I have already reviewed the other two separately. I loved the novella so freakin much! We get to revisit Selene and her men a few years after the first two books take place. They now have a big happy family with 6 kids and co-parent all their children together, which I thought was so sweet. I liked that Selene still had very close relationships with all her men. Though Vincent, who was my favorite in the duet series seemed to have become more of a hardened and tough man. No doubt due to his status as the Head Boss. Jude, the oldest son, seems to be the main focus of all the characters in the novella, though I do wish we got a few more chapters from his perspective. I am hopeful though, as this novella serves as a prequel to a spinoff series about Jude! This was the perfect taste to leave me wanting more. I can’t wait to read his book, Ivy never fails to deliver!
Wow, I forgot how much I love these characters. Selene and her rotten men are just as fierce as I remember them. It was wonderful to get to revisit them. And the novella is fabulous! Their children are just as strong willed and independent as Selene and her men. I cannot wait to see how each of their children’s stories unfold.
5 Rotten Stars!
I loved the Rotten Love novella! This whole series was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I loved it so much! I couldn’t put it down. With masterful writing, this whole series is woven together so beautifully. Bravo once again Ivy!
I was so excited to hear this was box set and novella was coming out! It’s everything I hoped for. It was nice to get a glimpse into this world again. Doing the reread was just as exciting as the first time. I loved the dynamic and the new characters. I hope there is more soon! A must read!
Rotten Girl. Rotten Men. Rotten Love. I’m in love. Albeit, not a nice name for a lovely series when an outsider asks ‘what are you reading’, when you do tell them the name, they blankly stare at you, & then you get all defensive & say ‘it’s a series you just have to read & fall in love with [these rotten people], happy reading’!
The Rotten Girl duet is one of my all time favorite of Ivy Fox and this box set brings a great introduction to Selene and her guys kids. The kids have the all the fire and tenacity of their parents and I loved reading about them all. Jude is grown up now and comes back to his family in hopes for a new beginning with or without his parents blessing. The sweet Marcello, I just wanted to shield him and give him a hug. The sweet boy who all he wants is his fathers approval. You have the crazy mischievous twins Enzo and Lucky. Then there is Stella, not one to let being a girl deter her from learning to defend herself and showing her strength. Annamaria, the baby and the heart of the family. The sweet younger sister who brought joy and life to the family. But when tragedy strikes, they are willing to do anything to bring the family whole again. Selene, Vincent, Gio and Dominic are as strong as ever and I am anxious to read more of their growing story. Ivy Fox does it again! This is just the beginning and I am ready for it!
Oh my!! This series is one of my absolute favorites. I was obsessed with the first book, the second was perfection. Now, this novella??? I can’t even express… fantastic to see the kids growing up, how Selena and our guys have tried to protect them as much as possible, and then the ending!! I need the next book now! I got sucked in all over again. Just incredible!
I’m so excited to be back in the world of rotten girl/men. I love these characters Ivy created in this world and now you get to read them in this awesome box set with the bonus of the rotten love novella which is amazing also. The life these characters live there’s no walk in the park in the way the story is told you can’t help but more and more. From the very first page you’re sucked into this crazy world of danger, love, friendship, heartache and betrayal. The novella was an awesome addition to the story and I can’t wait to learn more about those rotten kids and what was in store for that next. If you haven’t started this yet you are truly missing out on an amazing world of characters you can’t help but fall in love with. Ivy is an amazing author and always writing an amazing story Jump into this world today that you won’t be disappointed.
Id already read both Rotten Girl and Rotten Men before and yes they were both dark. Both books showed that love in Selene and her guys – Vincent, Dominic and Gio’s world is bloody but when you love wholeheartedly theres nothing you wont do for that. Dark and a bit bloody might not be the type of book for everyone but if like me you put the characters in perspective and give them a chance your in for one hell of a book. As well as series for that matter because at the heart of them is about family and that youll do whatever you can to protect them.
Now to the novella Rotten Love……….what a tasty tidbit of the future generation of the Rotten family. Im keeping my opinion of Jude for now. Im not sure about his character yet. He came across as a bit of a brat who couldnt get his own way but im sure that opinion will change in the future. Marcello is definitely going to be the strong, silent type thats for sure. Lucky & Enzo the cheeky, funny ones you have to watch your back with. Which leaves the girls…….Knife happy Stella. I cant work out she’ll be a strong willed one and Annamaria i havent worked out yet. Loved this short but brilliant book. A cracking read all round
