I enjoyed this very much. Kept interesting. Moved right along
I was pulled into these stories quickly. And, although I found them to be highly page turnable, I only gave it four stars because I don’t appreciate that each book ends leaves me hanging and I have to read the next one to finish a story line. And, yes, I’m looking forward to reading the next set of the series.
Sometimes I want to shake Maggie, right after I was laughing with her. Overall, Rose Hill is one messed up town, or is it? I suspect that many small towns have mysteries and serious drama floating around just under the surface. I’m ready to visit Rose Hill.
It held my interest through all three books.
Good books. Give the writer a chance to hit her stride. The stories are good in all of them and by book 3 the writing is smooth. The cousin Claire doesn’t show up until later, but she does move home to join in the antics and generational struggles of the Fitzpatrick family.
This is a series of books that takes place in a small town. It involves two families–the Fitzpatricks and the Eldridges.
It kept me guessing which is great. I liked that it continued to have the same characters in each book. Very good read
Enjoyed the series
I just loved this set of books and hated to see it end.
The Rose Hill mysteries are excellent. I am now reading book 11. The characters come alive on the pages. I feel like I’m part of the Fitzgerald family now.
Great beach reads
I loved the characters and on going relationships enough to purchase the rest of the series available.
I liked this set so much that I bought all 10 books and read them quickly. I can’t wait for the next 2 in the series.
I loved the “little town sleuthing”. Romance, murder, humor. Most of all no sex scenes and no swearing. A great relaxing read.
Of all the books I have read on Bookbub this is the only author I have ordered the complete set after the initial free set. I didn’t want to stop reading. I was so into the characters and the continuing story line. I really enjoyed this authors work.
I want to read the next ones!
I loved this series. It was unpredictable. I liked the characters. I was routing for some but not others. I was surprised several times on how things turned out.
Like a Louise Penny novel but set in a small town in Virginia. Charaters are well developed and believeable. I will continue to read this series.
Enjoyed the mysteries in this small town and the interaction of its residents.
too many twists and angst. I like the second set much better.
