I’m just stuck the crossfire with no way out…
This is the ending to the story that began in Diesel: Savage Brothers MC—Tennessee Chapter. You will need to read that book first to understand this book. It is recommended you read the series in order.
This book will bring you away from the cliff and hopefully make you stop cursing the author.

Oh my damn!!! Oh my damn!! I’m shook. Three chapter in and I was crying the ugly cry. Why Jordan Marie did you make me feel that? Hat’s off to you for making me cry. Loved, loved, loved this book. It’s a passionate tale of forgiveness, sacrifice, and unconditional love. It’s definitely a love story. Although dark at times. It’s hot fire like all of Jordan Marie’s stories. It’s about a couple at it’s core learning to forgive and learning to sacrifice. It’s told in different pov’s, no cheating, no cliffhangers, and a hea. It re-introduces characters like Dragaon and Crusher. I highly recommend this book. You won’t be disappointed. Go ahead and one click it please. Rory and Noah aka Deisel gave me life. It will make you believe in love again.
Rory will protect Ryan from her brother even sacrificing the one thing she loves. Diesel survived and wants what us his……his son and Rory. I suggest you read Diesels book before reading this book as you will find out who is who plus Rory’s book picks up where his book ends.
As usual, Jordan Marie knocked another book out of the park!!!
Quick note – DO NOT start with this book! This is book 3 in the series and MUST be read after book 2 since it is continued after book 2. You could skip book 1 if you wanted to skip it though.
So I don’t know what to say since I don’t want to ruin Diesel if you haven’t read that book yet… ‘to be continued’ books are hard to review.
I will say this story was awesome!
Rory really shows her strengths in this story. She is stronger then even she realizes. She really is a true badass. If you are looking for a strong female roll, I feel she fits the mold.
I highly recommend this book!
See my review on book 2 – Diesel – to see how this story starts between Diesel and Rory.
Wow!! What a great ending to Rory and Noah’s story. This book tore me apart and slowly put me back together again. They are definitely going in my favorite couple pile. Thank you Jordan Marie for writing such an amazing story. Can’t wait to see who is next!!!
Like I told this author , she killed me I am dead .
This story had me crying, pissed and loving them all through this book.
Rory has been sto strong for not just herself but for Ryan , no matter what she had to go through she does it for the little boy she loves.
Diesel is left for dead but survives almost but when Rory and his son come back to him he fights harder than he ever thought possible.
The love these two have is so strong but they have a lot to get past and talk through and find a way to make it back to them.
Thank you Jordan Marie for sharing their story with me
“And I promise you, Rory. I’ll find out what your dreams are and I’ll do everything in my power to give them to you. I’ll give you every last one of them…and more.”
What an explosive, mind blowing, heart crushing conclusion to the first book!! I couldn’t put it down and lost myself in Diesel and Rory’s heart breaking story. The Author filled it to the brim with a sexy, emotional, action packed second chance for these characters and each minute I was unsure of what the outcome would be! Once again my stomach is filled with butterflies, and I feel so consumed by these characters and absolutely floved that there was some breadcrumbs for a possible future story that I hope comes soon!! I thank the Author for providing a copy to review and if you’re in the mood for an MC Romance that checks all the boxes, this duet is a must read!!
“Noah is my future. The past-and all the monsters I had to face-they’re not even a memory now.”

When I finished Diesel, the wait for Rory seemed to be forever away. But it’s now live and oh what a great read it was, it was well worth the wait that’s for sure. My emotions seesawed all over the place, my stomach felt like one minute I was on a roller coaster ride and the next, butterflies had taken flight. Not just that but it felt like my heart was torn open, shredded into pieces before once again becoming whole. This duet is a read you won’t forget for a long time to come. Jordan has outdone herself with Diesel and Rory’s story. The sheer depth of emotion between these two is off the scale, add in the struggles faced, the danger, revenge and passion are only a few word descriptions I can use to describe this read. You won’t regret it. Just remember this is book 2 in the duet, you need to read Diesel first before tackling Rory. Great job Jordan!
Rory and Diesel left me a shattered mess as you well could imagine but Ms Marie has proven once again why she is without question the Queen of MCs in this epic conclusion of their harrowing story. Having been made to watch the man she loves gunned down by her own brother and then kidnapped should have been the worst fate to befall our heroine, but alas the fits will keep on coming unfortunately in classic JM rip your heart out style. Rory will stop at nothing though to protect Ryan and that protection will come at a high cost. Finally we get a much needed reprieve from the heavy when Diesel and Rory are reunited, but with his blood lust and her trigger shyness there are a lot of issues that will need to be worked through. There is one thing that plainly evident though, Diesel has his family back and nothing, not even the Grim Reapers’ claws will tear him away from them ever again.
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book
OMG this book was everything!!!! I have waited as patiently as I could for the continuation of Diesel and Rory’s story and it was so worth the wait. This picks up right were we ended in Diesel’s book. This couple…..the things they go through to have their happy together is something else. Rory and Diesel’s story will break you, crush your heart, make you cry ugly tears but I promise you their story is worth the ride and Jordan does make it all better. Their strength, and the love they have for each other despite all of the ugly going on around them is what makes their story work. This book is some of Jordan’s best work to date….and I highly recommend this duet to everyone. Easily a top read for me this year. Phenomenal story and I can’t wait to see what you come out with next….well done!!!!
Saying I’ve been dying for this book feels like an understatement. I’ve been impatiently waiting to find out what was going to happen with Rory, Diesel, and Diesel’s son since the second I finished the previous book. If, like me, you’re about to lose your mind with needing to know don’t worry this book picks up immediately where the last left us. I was instantly thrust back into the heart pounding action and drama without missing a beat thanks to Jordan Marie’s incredible writing and her ability to create a story so gripping it’s like you’ve stepped into another world.
I’m keeping this suuuuuuper vague because this book is best experienced going in blind. And it is most definitely an experience. I found myself sometimes physically reacting because I was so engrossed in this book. There will be ugly crying, there will be yelling and the desire to throw a book, and there will also be lots and lots of steam and swoon when you read this. These two books that make up Diesel and Rory’s story are by far some of the best MC romance I have ever read. Angst, emotion, intense action, raw, and downright beautiful love all fly from the pages and grab you.
‘m usually not a fan of cliffhangers, but, dang it Jordan Marie you blew me away with Rory’s book. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be able to read another duet (unless you write another one ). There is so much angst, passion, love, heart and soul in this story, starting with Diesel’s book. This duet is my number one read I think forever. Your words are a balm to my soul. You have so much talent, I thank you for letting us in on it!
Wow what an ending!! This final book Rory, by Jordan Marie has rendered me speechless. I was expecting intense, emotional and raw and that is just what I got. Rory is all Ryan has now that Diesel is gone, or so she thinks. She has to fight with everything in her to survive for them both. Her past threatens to destroy her and the pain she feels is so real!! As for Diesel, so many times I want to love him as much as I want to strangle him. This book hits all the feels and leaves you saying what the hell so many times. I highly recommend this whole series and be prepared for it to leave its mark on you.
Wow! Just… wow! Rory is such an epically emotional ride from start to finish. There are ugly cry moments, sweet tears moments, smiles, moments you want to fight and moments you want to curse. Their story will definitely touch you in many ways. I love Rory, her fight, her strength and Diesel… he’s determined with an inner strength to go along with the outer strength. When you add in visits from some of our favorites it all comes together in an amazing read that I loved. This is a MUST read series.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Jordan has done it again with another action packed and very emotional story. Get the tissues really Noah and Rory’s journey starts with Diesel the second book of the Savage MC Tennessee Chapter and your emotions are going to be everywhere. I had to stop a few times because the pain they were feeling, I could feel it too. Jordan has made her character so life like that you just fall into their world so easily, and feel like your apart of their family. I highly recommend all of Jordan Marie’s book.
Jordan Marie, what have you done to me? Rory and Diesel went through lots hoops to be together. Their story gut me with pain and sorrow. I read every chapters with anxious feelings and cant guess what will happen next?
Rory was RAW. Jordan Marie will tear your feelings open up with anger, self-loathing and your deepest challenges. Will they survive? This book had everything! It wasnt a fairytale romance. Rory will take you on emotional journey.
Jordan Marie has done it again! She delivered an absolutely breath taking and emotional conclusion to Diesel and Rory’s story! It has affected me so deeply. The feelings made my inside raw. All the tears, all the struggles and finally that triumph of love over devils have made this an epic story.
We left Rory with Ryan while they were held captive by Rory’s sociopath brother King. And Diesel was left to die. But men like Diesel doesn’t go down so easily. In this book the plot thickens and lots of new characters enter. The family of Diesel, the MC won’t rest easy till they avenge everything. The cat and mouse game starts but Rory is in pieces now. She suffered so much loss that I was afraid she won’t get her light back. It was unbearable to read how she went through the hell of pain. But I also had trust in Diesel. Oh this man is just perfect. He rules his own kingdom and has his own rules. He is loyal, passionate and fiercely protective of his family. But he is vulnerable too. He is suffering from the guilt and pain of hurting Rory. These barriers almost threatened to tear them apart. I felt so attached to them that I prayed..like I would do for any real life people. But the ending was simply epic! The action, the suspense, the drama- everything was spot on. This is what I love about Jordan Marie’s writing. She keeps the perfect balance of sweet and bitter. She will be pointed and ruthless without any unnecessary words when the story demands it. And she will make your heart overflow with soft emotions with those monologues when the time is appropriate. This is just flawless writing along with great characters and story building.
Intense and captivating. Dark and beautiful. An unforgettable epic journey of revenge, love and lust. My top MC Romance read of 2018!

Rory is the epitome of strength…
..this book completes the Love and War Duet, must read Diesel first.
Rory character is tested, yet finding her inner strength, she proves to be fierce
.. this book takes you one her journey, my heart broke for her, cried with her.
This book will take on emotional journey, and more..
also has the grit, the suspense, and the brotherhood of MC novel, we all love.
THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!
5 stars are not enough for this book and this duet.
The second book in the Love and War duet and I confess, I don’t read duets and trilogy’s until all the books are out. But I really wanted to read this duet because I knew it was going to be amazing.
So beautiful and emotional. These two have been through so much.
Rory..I wanted to crawl into the book and hug her.
Poor woman…so much pain and suffering. Her love for Noah but specially Ryan was beyond this world.
And Noah (Diesel) loved him. He went through so much too. His love for Rory and Ryan was so beautiful.
Please if you’re a fan of MC romance, read this duet.
Jordan Marie this is you’re best work yet!
Highly recommended!
The emotional ride that this story takes you on is raw and gritty. Rory’s fate hangs in the balance along with Ryan, Diesels son she knows she will do everything in her power to protect this little boy.
What she endures at the hands of her brother King is heart wrenching. The hate and the pain this man King seems to enjoy inflicting on people is disturbing. All Rory knows is that she will not let him break Ryan. He’s all she has left of Diesel. What she does not know is that Diesel is alive.
When she manages to escape from her brothers home she is broken beyond repair. Her only thought is moving quickly and getting Ryan away from King. With the help of an FBI agent she manages to do that. A phone call to Crusher and she points him in the direction of the hospital that Diesel is in. Clinging to life. His brothers assemble instantly and arrive at the hospital not sure what to expect. It’s here that they meet the same agent who helped Rory and Ryan. With Diesel in a coma and fading fast they are at a loss but know that they will never give up.
When Rory makes another call they manage to track her down and realise that she is in fact in Tennessee their home ground. Moving quickly they locate and take both Rory and Ryan to the club house.
When Diesel starts to get worse Crusher knows that they need to bring Rory to the hospital. Maybe having her near and Diesel hearing her voice may make the difference. It does, but it’s not all flowers and declarations of love. These two have some major hurdles that need to be mended before they can start new. Diesel needs to recover physically, while Rory’s is mentally and emotionally. She can’t get past what happened in their relationship.
With Diesel now back at the club is only concern apart from Rory and Ryan is his thirst for revenge. For what King did to his family. And to try and win Rory back. He knows that he hurt her and that is what kills him. He let his past cloud his judgement and in doing so nearly destroyed the best thing that ever happened to him. A woman who loves him unconditionally and his son.
The revenge that he delivers to King is just and deserving.
Jordan is one of my go to for MC Romance, she nails it every time. It might not be a conventional romance but the love is there. And the men she creates are strong with values that are just as fierce and loyal as any lead you read. Another read that left me wanting
This eagerly awaited second book certainly didn’t disappoint, it goes straight into the story from where it left off in Diesel.
Rory and Ryan, both at the hands of the evil (and yes I know this is sort of cliche but it’s also so true!) King, Rory’s brother, are both desperate but we do know they escape! I am not saying any more for fear of giving away too much!
Firstly, I have to say that when this author creates a ‘bad’ character she really knows her stuff! Oh boy is King an absolute monster of a character, so much so it’s hard to politely describe him! I can say that the character development is so intense that it certainly makes you want to do something drastic to him as you find yourself becoming more and more entrenched in the story. Wolf is an other evil monster we meet again!
Secondly, the ‘good’ characters are equally as enticing and you also become fully embedded in their well being and outcome. A sure sign if excellent writing. Rory is a beautiful person inside and out and such a nurturing mother to Ryan, showing that you don’t have to be the biological parent to accept and fulfill that role well. There are definitely no wish washy characters in this story and for that I am truly thankful as this story deserves only the best.
Even though this is a book of action and drama where things often get heavy and at times can be heart breaking, there is a good balance of humour. The banter between characters is fun, oh poor Gunner! as well there is passion that is red hot but deep and loving at the same time.
A sensational second half half, together Rory and Diesel make one amazing story I totally recommend to everyone.
