It was just supposed to be a one-night stand—Until he stole her life story and put it in a song. Now he’s rock’s hottest new artist—And she’s just found out she’s having his baby.Rory is a pierced and inked tattoo artist by day at Brothers Ink, but by night he’s lead guitarist for the heavy metal rock band, Convicted Chrome. He’s headed East on his Harley to catch up with the tour.Beautiful Rayne … the tour.
Beautiful Rayne is headed West on her motorcycle with her girl squad…the Moto Babes. When rain forces them all to take refuge in the same motel, sparks fly. A night of drinking and karaoke leads to a connection deeper than either of them expects.
She opens up about her most intimate and tragic experiences.
He lies about who he really is, never telling her he’s in a band that’s the opening act for rocker Charlotte Justice.
The night they share is magical, but they’re headed in two different directions like two ships passing in the night. Or in this case, two Harleys passing in the night.
What do you do when someone writes a song about your most private feelings and experiences and you hear it on the radio for the first time?
What do you do when that song is climbing the charts, and the man who stole your life story is suddenly rock’s hottest new artist?
What do you do when you find out you’re having his baby?
Rory—
After a long songwriting drought, he’s met a woman who sparked something in him and got his creative juices flowing. He’s written one of his best songs ever.
When a friend in the business gives him the break of a lifetime he’s suddenly topping the charts. But Rory’s not ready for the instant stratosphere of success he’s catapulted into. Caught up in a whirlwind career that offers temptations and sin at every turn, is Rory losing the biggest part of himself?
Is he destined to crash and burn ending in drug rehab, a sex-capade tabloid story or another painful period of writer’s block that leaves him with nothing worth recording for a second album?
To fix his career and more importantly himself, he’ll have to go back and fix the damage he’s done and apologize to the people he’s wronged in the past. And one person in particular tops that list.

Everyone has been waiting for Rory’s book, which is the last one from Nicole James’ Brothers Ink Tattoo series.
Rory is the youngest of the four brothers and if you’d seen the cover of this book, you’d clearly see how the ladies swoon over him. He’s is just so damn hot … gah‼
Anyway, Rory is set to make it big with his music career. Not only is he drop-dead gorgeous but he’s extremely talented as well. Those who have read Liam, the book before this one, will remember how Rory was having a hard time writing music.
Inspiration comes in the form of a beautiful biker named Rayne who has big brown eyes and the coolest lavender-colored hair. As quick as these two meet and enjoy a night in bed, she’s gone.
But one thing is for certain, Rayne and Rory definitely have a connection. Rory writes a song that ignites his career into the stratosphere, a song all about Rayne and a personal tragedy that probably should have been run by her before it went viral.
I was surprised how long it took for Rory to finally find Rayne after he lost his phone. Actually Jameson’s wife, Ava, (Jamison and Ava are my FAVE couple of the series) was the one to come up with Rayne’s whereabouts. Rory probably had forgotten that when you lose a phone, your contacts are usually backed up and saved and will show up on a new phone.
Rory and Rayne sure have a lot of unexpected surprises heading their way. Nothing like jumping in the deep end to get wet! Of course there’s a lot of this and that going on, which you’ll have to read for yourself, because really, Rory has some ’splanin’ to do.
Since this is the last in the series, I love how Jameson is so much a part of this book. He has raised his brothers after they’d lost their parents when he was only eighteen years old, making sure they’d never be separated and determined to provide for them. What he should realize is the phenomenal job he did with all three of his brothers. I absolutely adore Jameson for that. He is the patriarch of the O’Rourke family, who has earned the right to be the grouchy, bossy, badass tattoo guru that he is. Jameson’s words at the end of this story sum it all up perfectly:
~ Jameson raised his cup high as the fire crackled and the wood popped, shooting sparks into the air. “I’ve learned, with a little help from my beautiful wife, that the secret to having it all is in knowing that you already do. This family is a circle of strength for all of you to draw from. We’ve had amazing successes, but we all know that it’s not about the size of the house… it’s the people in it.” ~ And yes, Jameson, rest assure that Mom and Dad are very proud.
Loved the way this series ended. Nicole James knocked this one outta the ballpark, wrapping up this amazing series perfectly. Thanks, Nicole, for bringing these O’Rourke boys into our lives. Five stars.
Listen if you haven’t found this author yet you are so TOTALLY MISSING OUT! Nicole knows how to grab you by your soul and she will NEVER leave you hanging! She writes some of the best stories that will leave you breathless and pining for more. She leaves your heart totally destroyed but ALWAYS puts it back together better than before. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this author and I know that you will too. She writes characters that get under your skin that steal your soul and makes you want to give them your heart. I could not put this story down. I love all of the O’Rourke boys. Each of them brings there own sizzling SEXY sweet adorable treats to the women that love them. Rory was my favorite because he had NO intention of getting with any woman. It was fun watching how it all played out. Rayne was my kind of girl she was strong yet very down to earth with SASS. It made for one heck of read! I would reccomend this and every book by Nicole to anyone and everyone!
What a great end to entertaining series! The four brother each getting a book. This is Rory and Rayne’s story. Nicole’s has once again drawn us magically into their lives. We feel their fears, doubts, anger, lust and their love is palpable. So wonderful they all found their “”one””.
I highly recommend this book and the entire series!
Loved it and the series
RORY is book 4 and the last in the Brothers Ink Tattoo series written by the talented Nicole James. This is the continuation of the O’Rourke brothers and their lives, now is Rory’s and Rayne story to be told. After Liam I couldn’t wait for Rory’s book, and Nicole doesn’t disappoint. The plot is fast pace and well written, amazing characters, sexy lady bikers, hot singer/tattoo artist, romance and babies. What more do you want? Love it!
A wonderful way to say goodbye to the O’Rourke family.
Loved the entire series. Thank you
