I will never forget the day I walked into Room 331. New school, new town, and I was way out of my league. I’m just here to study journalism, keep my head down, and maybe one day I’ll get to intern for a big magazine. But then there’s her — Rochelle Addams. She’s everything and nothing I ever wanted, and my head is spinning. Ro is quiet, mysterious, and haunted, and she’s changing my world. She … She showed me what it was like to love with all my heart and soul, look at life a different way, and burn with jealousy. She’s been through hell and back and I’m still here. God help me, I can’t tell her how I feel. Will I ever be able to? Will things ever go back to what they were in Room 331, or are we doomed to play this game, her and I, of love?

This book grabbed my attention from the description and grabbed my attention again with the first sentence. A nice fun and enjoyable read, great characters and a wonderful story line.

They met on that first day of school, in room 331. Elijah and Rochelle. Elijah fell hard, but just couldn’t ever seem to tell her how he felt. This is their story of friendship. Of love. Of jealously. Of heartbreak. A prequel to Postcards from Paris.
I received this complimentary Audiobook from Story Origin and want to leave this review. The narrator, Adam Barr did an amazing job with this book. Very easy to listen to. Brought the feels to the surface to enhance my listening experience. Well done.
Note. I prefer the male leads to be alpha. Elijah is not. But this story had me so captured, I was still pulling for him!
I am anxious to listen to the next book!
A beautiful and at times heartbreaking story. Elijah met Rochelle his first day in class after transferring to a new college. His life was never the same again.
Rebekah Dodson writes with such emotion. I really felt for the characters and found myself hoping for things to work out.
Adam Barr delivered the perfect performance. I could feel the whole range of emotions that the characters were experiencing.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
Such an in-depth beginning to what I can only assume will be a fantastic read / listen. This book gripped me with it’s realism. A friendship with the different faucets of love that plague our main character. Some say that people of the opposite sex can never really be just friends and this book examines the inner struggle of those exact emotions. A cryptic tale of a possible unrequited love where fear of the unknown can rule the decisions you make and ultimately your life. The narration was smooth and well done as is the story and flow. I loved the character developments as Elijah seems to stumble and Rochelle thrives. I hope to learn more about these two in future reads on this series!

Room 331 is the prequel for the Postcards From Paris series and it held my attention from the first page until the last. I like that Elijah and Rochelle start out as friends and built their relationship from there. The characters have great chemistry and the storyline flowed smoothly. I look forward to reading the rest of this series.
