I’m planning on reading all of Kate’s backlists (yes I love her writing that much). I went way back to the beginning…she once asked me at a signing to let her know how I felt about this one as compared to Drive or some of her more recent writings at that time. And my answer is this…her stories are still provocative, angsty and have some …
Kate Stewart can spin a tale and you’ll never guess the outcome until she’s ready to reveal it! Room 212 was a tragic love story . Broken hearts lead to drastic and rash decisions. Laura and Seth were the perfect soul mates that were torn in every direction. Loved this story. The good the bad and the ugly it was perfect!
Room 212 will always hold a special place in my heart. The first book that this author took the guts to publish. Anyone who can put words into a story and have enough nerve to hit that publish button is a true warrior!
I think going forward in my life, when I find myself staying someplace, I will always ask for room 212!
Laura (goodness, I …
I read this book out of order because I read The Reluctant Romantics series first. It was super hard for me to imagine that I was reading about the same Laura. Normally I don’t like to read out of order, but surprisingly I really enjoyed getting to see the wilder side of Laura before she was a mom. I also couldn’t believe that Seth was the same …
Anytime I read a new (to me) Kate Stewart book I find myself asking myself “where have you been!” She never fails to blow me away.
This book had me at the prologue. Seth and Laura were soulmates, first loves, first heartache, they were meant to be together from the very beginning. I feel like they both sabotaged their future the first go round. …
MG, Can I just say this was HOT!!!
I had this book on my kindle forever. The opportunity presented itself and I basically joined Kate’s blog tour, so this gave me an opportunity to finally read Room 212. Long story short, I can’t believed I had such a great book on my kindle for so long. I won’t sit here and write out the entire story for you. I …
4.5 stars
I love Kate Stewart’s writing, and when I started reading Room 212…..I didn’t read the blurb as to what the story was about. Sometimes it’s nice going into books this way, as you aren’t trying to wonder what is going to happen. No preconceived thoughts or feelings as to what might happen. And I’m glad I did that with this story. I …
Damn! I just can’t get enough of Kate Stewart’s work. After I had read The Fall I knew, I needed to know the origin story of Laura and Seth. Even though I knew they got their happy ending, I was still intrigued by how they got it and what they had to go through to get there.
This was her first book and yet I couldn’t tell. It felt rich and full of …
