A stellar ending to the trilogy. It’s an action packed, emotional rollercoaster that I had trouble putting down. I usually can predict plots, but this one had twists, turns, and dives deep into creative fantasy so much so I was pleasantly surprised. This has become one of my favorite series.
Not the end thank heavens!
This is the finale of the series but it is not the end thank heavens! I loved this book! It’s the best of all of them and I could not get enough. I’ve read through this series several times so far and I will more than likely read it again. I find myself crying each time not only sad tears but happy tears. Karen Lynch did a fantastic job writing it and I will forever sing praises at how well it is written, and her imagination soars. I definitely am in love with Nicolas but I love Chris as well. He is a wonderful friend to Nicolas and a great cousin for Sara to have. Jordan kicked you-no-what each time she fought with the warriors. I loved her enthusiasm. Each time she played a role in the story I found my face had a big smile on it. Furthermore, Sara is amazing and her duel powers rocked. What else but Ms Lynch could dream up a character such she is here? Also the scenery and battle actions are ingenious. I could easily picture it in my mind. I easily recommend reading this for all fantasy lovers everywhere. Off I go to read more about spin-offs about the other characters in this series. Happy reading!
Rogue is the conclusion to Sara’s trilogy. This book is full of so much action that it is amazing. Sara has gone through so many changes and I love the character she grows into. This book is also full of a few surprises that kept me on my toes with this one. This series will always be a go to one for me and I love it.
This book is a wonderful & the voice actor does amazing at bringing Sara to life.
I couldn’t not put this book down! Just like the two books that come before it in the series! I absolutely loved them! Sara is a relatable character, well other than all her powers, it was just so easy to connect with her and feel her emotions.
It’s the end of one of my all-time favorite series… and I absolutely loved it! <3
It starts with a reckless road trip and ends with master death. There are new foes and friends along the way, new powers developing and a mysterious vigilante that is saving people and demons alike. And Nicolas and Sara finally get together.... <3
Few complaints, I didn't understand Sara's actions at the beginning of the book, all that secrecy from Nicolas could be solved with a talk and the pace was a bit off at some places... Despite all that I LOVED reading it... and keep reading it, at least once a year. 🙂
It's an awesome series & I highly recommend it!
To say that I love the world that Karen Lynch has created with this series is an understatement. I love who Sarah becomes in this novel.
5++++++
Karen Lynch u have rendered me speechless!!!
I nearly died reading that book but I was determined to convince myself otherwise …but honestly it’s pointless.
But one thing I know with absaloute certainty was that I was completely captured from beginning to end!!!
I think…actually no…I know that…I’m crazy obsessed with this series!
I might just try and write a better review later…but right now my heart is beating way too fast!!!!! You nearly gave me a flippin’ heart-attack girl!!!!
AMAZING READ…DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE TO WAT I JUST EXPERIENCED!!!!!
IT WAS COMPLETE AND UTTER PERFECTION!
Now I’m just going to go cry in relief and whatever other emotion I’m feeling right now…I don’t even know…but all I can say Karen is that you have set the bar extremely high for my next read…it’s going to be a struggle to pick up another book for awhile!! Severe book hangover coming my way
Anyone else struggling with a crazy onslaught of emotions? No just me? O-okay then lol
Anyways happy readings my Nerdy Book Friends
Finally finished the series after a grueling couple days. The first and second book were great but this last one was terrible in my opinion. It was so repetitive with the same sentences being repeated over and over again like “You must be the only female -blah blah blah” in every single chapter we’re reminded that Sara is unique and powerful to point where you just want to say I GET IT!!!! Lol I loved the fantasy that came in the beginning and then the chase that Sara did with her friends but after a while it got so lame and rushed. Jordan started being an annoying “female” constantly asking Sara about Nikolas which they never did anything. There was so much detail all over the place it just never settled right. alot of the book felt reused. There was alot of cringy saying like “gonna kick some demon ass” lol omg it was a bad chick flick. I’ll guve the author some props and say that the ending was pretty good because it was the only part where I wasnt expecting it but that was it. Book 1 and 2 were strong but this one felt short. I’m glad it was the last one I dont think I was able to handle anymore.
All in all it was a good series. I would recommend it 🙂
What to say of a narrative that is fast pacing, full of mystery and actions, driving you through amazing adventures? It grips the reader from the beginning till the end. Thanks for the incredible journey through this serie, Karen Lynch. You’re a great!
I really liked this series!
Wonderful ending!! I loved all 3 books!! This was intense and you do not expect the next moves or part of the story!! I love Sara and Nickolas and all of their adventures!!
An amazing finale to a binge worthy trilogy!
I loved the first 2 books so much, but the third -not as much as the first 2. It starts out really good just like the first 2, until the part where Sara gets sick. At that point, it just got weird. There were some parts of the story I just didn’t think made sense, a lot of un-answered questions to parts of the story, a lot of drag in parts of the plot that just seemed to go on forever & it felt like the end was a bit rushed leaving a lot of questions. There were a few places that lost my interest enough, I almost wanted to quit reading the book but forced myself to keep going. I hated that Nikolas seemed to not be the strong “Warrior” towards the end, almost needy, & Sara seemed to get a wishy washy type of attitude. Still worth buying, but not near as entertaining as the first 2. This was better than a 3 star rating, but I feel a four star rating is being generous.
This was a good series. The books have a good world with supernatural characters. It’s urban fantasy paranormal romantic. It had a good story around the romance, I don’t really like straight up romance, I want a good story, good world building, and action. This series was very enjoyable.
