Snowed in rocker makes unplanned baby with saucy waitress. News at 11.I could see the tabloids now.Yeah, I play guitar and sing occasionally. But my main role is as a producer for other musicians. That’s why I came to Crescent Cove—to help rockstar Kellan McGuire with his first solo project. Not to get stuck in a surprise snowstorm with a smart, funny lass with big brown eyes and a very … with a smart, funny lass with big brown eyes and a very flexible…body.
The next night, I was on a flight back to LA.
I returned to town months later. To help Kellan. Right.
And to lose myself in Ivy again and again, even when the cops tried to thwart us. (They only temporarily succeeded.)
The next time I come back, ready to fight for my woman, Ivy has a swollen belly.
I’ve spent my life running, and second chances come at a price. But I won’t give up until I’ve made her mine. Forever.
Her and our baby.
Author’s Note: Surprise! Producer Rory Ferguson is the first character to cross over from our Oblivion World…but he isn’t the last! He doesn’t start out as a daddy, but his unexpected baby with Ivy will be his biggest production yet.
Author’s note part deux: Rockstar Baby is a romantic comedy with a HEA and no cliffhanger.

Rockstar Baby (Crescent Cove #6) was a great read by Taryn Quinn. Rory came to Crescent Cove to help rockstar Kellan McGuire with his first solo project. He didn’t expect to get stuck in a snowstorm with a smart and funny woman. The next night he had to leave to take a flight back to LA. Months later he returns to help Kellan but to also see Ivy. He left again and upon returning to town he finds Ivy with a swollen belly. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

Crescent Cove, Book 6
By: Taryn Quinn
Narrated by: Kai Kennicott, Wen Ross
I love visiting this town and I keep coming back for more! Every story is engaging and the characters always win my heart! This one features a crossover from the Oblivion World series which is a blast! Meet Rory Ferguson, music producer. When he gets snowed in in beautiful small town Crescent Cove, he does what every person would do. Gets a drink and goes home with a beautiful woman! Ivy lives with her brother August and when she sees the good looking stranger, takes the leap and keeps him company. Little did these two know how life would change! Their one night fling turned into another trip when Rory comes back to help out his friend Kellan. But then something else keeps him longing to come back. And with the water in Crescent Cove, we can only imagine what is going to happen! I love the small town feel, the strong sense of community and the family ties these characters all have. Ivy has her brother and her boss, both doing what they need to keep her safe. I love that even at her age, she has them looking out for her. And the ice cream truck! What a fantastic idea! Rory is heart melting with that Irish accent, his wonderfully unfiltered family and his journey to accept his new found feelings. Another wonderful, funny and loving story that just makes my heart sing! Can’t wait to jump into the next one.
Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross bring another fantastic performance of Crescent Cove to life. Kai is wonderful as Ivy.She brings out all her emotions, and I love that she truly understands every one. She creates real people to love and enjoy. Wen brings us his Irish brogue, and it’s swoony! He makes Rory a character we can relate to and fall for. This is another amazing narration and the reason I keep grabbing their books!

I just loved Rory and Ivy! I love a story that can draw me in quickly, make me laugh throughout the story but give my heart a good squeeze at times as well. This book had that and more. Connection, steam, fun, sweet and a whole lot of characters that I loved. Great read!
Great book. Absolutely love this authors work. This didn’t disappoint. Funny and hot. Loved REDs energy. Can’t wait to read book two.
So Enjoyed
Kellan decided to spend New Year’s Eve at his cabin in his hometown instead of CA. He music career was about to really tHe off. Maggie was taking homemade bread to one of the widow lady’s from church when she avoided hitting a did a fawn. He helps her but it turns into so much more.
A sweet accidental pregnancy romance. Narration of this book was fantastic as it always is with this duet. The story is perfect for your getaway from the real world.
Another great addition to the Crescent Cove series. The characters were amazing and their chemistry was off the charts. The story was full of laughter, heat, and heartwarming moments.
The bond between this group of friends and family is heart-warming and so amazing.
Rory plays guitar and sings occasionally. He is primarily a producer for other musicians. Rory went to Crescent Cove to help a rockstar with his first solo project. He was stuck in a surprise snowstorm with a smart, funny waitress, Ivy. He returned to LA the next night but went back to Crescent Cove two months later. He goes again to fight for Ivy and learns she is pregnant. Rory will not give up until he makes Ivy and the baby his forever. -.I did not like the first few chapters but glad I stayed with it. I ended up loving the book. Rory is an Irishman from California, and Ivy lives in a small NY town. Rory’s conversations are sexy; he is kind and caring. Ivy is sweet and fun. Their chemistry is off the charts. I also liked the friends of Rory and Ivy and Rory’s parents. This is an excellent read. [I also read a cute bonus epilogue that was available at the end of the book.]
Rory and Ivy have some serious passion between them. I loved Rory and how he learns to allow other people in to his heart over the course of the book. Ivy is open and expressive and I really appreciated her willingness to take chances. I love that she has a dream, goals, and a determination to succeed on her own if need be. I love that she has support of family and friends. I loved how Rory worked hard to prove to her that his heart and head really were in the right place, and that he was part of her future. The proposal was perfect! With heat and a sweet HEA this book was extremely enjoyable.
Another enjoyable hit involving the Crescent Cove crew. Ivy and Rory were both wonderful characters. They each have their hang ups but they overcome a few when they meet. I love how she calls him Lucky Charms (LC) and he calls her A bunch of different ones but my favorite is Ivy Rose.
This is full of crazy new to me characters. Ian and Zoe were great. They added charm and a look Into the future for Rory and Ivy.
August is the protective brother and then we have Macy. She brings a level of disgust that i can stop listening to.
I did listen to this on audio. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are the narrators. Kai did a wonderful job but Wen Ross!?! He pulled out all the stops. In here he portrays an Irish character….IRISH! So eargasm aside he rocked it! This will be on my repeat list!
I have enjoyed each successive book in this series. Not one more than the others, just more characters added to the family. Rory and Ivy are both strong characters who collide on a snowy night in the Cove. Enchanted with his fairy, Rory returns and introduces her to a little of his world. Loved seeing this Irishman rocked off his feet by a redheaded Ice Cream maker and Crescent Cove citizens. (Oh, and don’t forget about the famous Cove water. )

Crescent Cove, Book 6
By: Taryn Quinn
Narrated by: Kai Kennicott, Wen Ross
I loved everything about this book, from the authors writing style to the characters and storylines they created. I also love the town where the story takes place, Crescent Cove too. Seems like some great stories come out of that place. 😉 This book grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated me until the end. This is Ivy and Rory’s story and I adored them very much. Ivy, a Crescent Cove resident, has her goals set on starting her own business, a ice-cream shop on wheels, she is in the process of getting it all together, working three jobs to help make it happen. I admire her determination and drive. Rory, a music extraordinaire, a musician, producer and song doctor comes to town to work with a rockstar who lives on the outskirts of town. He gets caught up in a snow storm and decides it is safer to stay in town. He goes to catch a bite at the dinner where he meets Ivy. The two hit it off and have a fling during his short stay. Rory, is a player and has a relationship phobia but there is something about Ivy that has him coming back for more. He jets off on usual business trips but can not get her out of his mind, she feels the same but there relationship was a no strings deal. She does get something out of it though, unplanned but something she wanted, a pregnancy. When Rory returns and sees her he is in for a big surprise. I loved seeing Rory lose his footing while trying to figure out what he was feeling and then seeing her baby bump. There story is a heartfelt one, in addition the drama and a bit of angst and some great humor there is some hot romance. There are also some great secondary characters too. Taryn Quinn, thank you for another great story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
I listened to the Audible edition, Kai Kennicott and Wenn Ross are great narrators and voice performers. They bring these characters to life, give each their own unique voice and personality. I loved Wen’s portrayal of Rory, his Irish accent sounded awesome. Also loved Kai’s Ivy, you could hear her emotions and strength reflected in her performance. It is always pleasure to listen to this great storytelling team! Thank you for another great listen
What a Sweet read! Absolutely loved these two together. Also love the family and friends dynamic… you’re all in. These ladies did it again with bringing lil cameos from our beloved Rockers. Can’t wait to read more
Taryn Quinn has written the funniest and sexy book. From the first chapter Rory had my heart. Another book that once you start reading, you can’t put it down! Rory and Ivy’s story is a must read.
This is another wonderful installment of Cresent Cove, Taryn Quinn did not disappoint. Rory and Ivy are fun, hot and one of the best couples. Another reason i love Taryn Quinn books is that they bring other characters from other stories and series through different books. Rory and Ivy made me laugh on many occasions.
There is never enough books in any of these series and i cannot wait for the next book in this series.
Rockstar Baby is book six in the Crescent Cove series from Taryn Quinn. The amazing writing duo of Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott. These ladies are two of my go to authors and I absolutely loved this book.
This whole series is such a cute, heartwarming, and funny series. I love it. This book tells us the story of Rory and Ivy and it hits all the high points.
This book can be read as a stand-alone but it’s so much better with the whole series. I didn’t think I would enjoy Rory’s story as much as I did, but I think this one might just be my favorite yet. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
Loved this! It even had some favorite appearances from my favorite Taryn Quinn rockers!!
Ivy and Rory shared such an instant connection. Their chemistry was fire hot from the moment they set eyes on each other. It’s no wonder everything moved at light speed for them.
So far, this is my favorite in the Crescent Cove series. With a great opposites attract vibe between Ivy and Rory – they were puzzle pieces that fit perfectly together. She brought out a lightness in him and he brought a bit of structure. But, really, he needed a bit more help. She may have been free spirited but she had her life put together. He was so focused on his music he was missing out and actually living his life, but meeting Ivy fixed that. And they weren’t immune to the water in Crescent Cove.
I loved it!
Another great edition to the cove series. This one is Kellen and Ivy. After their snowstorm meet up at the diner where Ivy works. They spend some time together and then he’s gone. He comes back to the cove month later hoping to rekindle what they had. They spend time with his friends and then he’s gone again. Will they keep in touch this time? Loved the Oblivion series crossover and loved Ivy’s food truck idea.
What do you do when you’re trapped in a snowstorm? Seek out a port in which to be safe. Rory finds that in Crescent Cove. He also finds Ivy. And ma-a-a-a-an ,the chemistry is instant and SCORCHING. They waste no time in getting — ahem — horizontal, but Rory can’t stay ; he has a career to get back to. He comes back a second time, and their passions run hotter than ever. When he leaves this time, Ivy thinks this is for good. They can’t want the same things….can they?
When Rory comes back to the Cove and finds Ivy pregnant… well maybe, just maybe, they DO want the same things.
Rockstar Baby is a sweet, funny story with lots of laughs and lots of steam — another winner from Taryn Quinn!
From the authors: Rockstar Baby is a romantic comedy with a HEA and no cliffhanger.
This was a fun book! Rory is in the music industry, producer, Rock Star and SURPRISE…. a daddy to be. He gets stuck in a snowstorm collaborating with Kellan in a solo album and meets Ivy. She is small town, has plans and couldn’t imagine big city life. Rory is big city, is gun shy from a past hurtful relationship and definitely doesn’t like the snow in small town Turnbull NY. But he has a thing for Ivy…and now his baby.
