Harrison: I have a reputation for being serious both on and off the ice. But when I see a gorgeous girl wearing my jersey, I can’t help but want to get to know her.
Delaney: I’ve been a San Francisco Chaos fan since I was a kid, and Harrison Douglas is my favorite player. I never imagined I’d actually get to meet him. But he couldn’t actually be interested in me, could he?

Super sweet quick read. This was a fun fast instant love read. It had plenty of steam and plenty of sappy insta-love wrapped around good characters. Great book
I swear Jane Fox continues to amaze me at her beautiful ability to tell stories. I’m not sure why I was a bit hesitant to start this book but I was. I guess because I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve read a few hockey romances in the past and they’re all about sexy gruff alphas who are eventually tamed by the woman they discover makes them want to be a better man. Harrison however took me by surprise with his sexy confidence that he found his one and only girl Ian’s that was Delaney. He just had to make her a believer and unfortunately for Ginger she was going to have to take the back seat for now. Something tells me as long as that keeps Delaney around she’ll be just fine.

A quick read about Delaney and Harrison. He is a hockey player, she is a fan. He sees her in the stands and he is hooked. I really enjoyed this short and sweet escape. The characters were relatable and the story line was plausible. Jane Fox has done it again.

Cute and quick read. First in a new series by Jane Fox and I really enjoyed it. Delaney and Harrison met after a hockey game where he was playing and she was there with a friend. He first noticed her when he was in the penalty box and saw her giving the other player her two cents. It was love at first sight. I really enjoyed this book and loved the glimpse into their future. Can’t wait to read more from this series and this author.

Here you go again, writing another series that I’m gonna binge until the cows come home. First the Richmond brothers, then Zaftig Dating, and now these hot hockey players?? Lady, you’re gonna kill me. But it’s gonna be a fun ride. 😉

This is a super fast read only took me about 30 minutes to read so perfect for when you need something fast and an easy read
Delaney has always been a fan of the San Francisco Chaos ice hockey team and her favourite player has always been Harrison Douglas even if he is the quite member of the team in fact she wears his jumper when she goes to the games. The he notices her in the crowd and wants to get to know her Do they have a chance at a future together when this quite solemn man finally finds what he want to hold for ever
I absolutely love when we get an H that isn’t a ho! Doesn’t happen often. For that reason I pretty much fell in love with Harrison immediately. Then we meet Delaney! She was hilarious. Wonderful characters, wonderful story.

Very fast read, but oh so good! This book is the perfect break from reality. Harrison is a NHL star, a hockey god. Normally he doesn’t want to go out after a game, doesn’t want anything to do with the women waiting for the team after the game. But Delaney he noticed during the game, and she’s only waiting afterwards to keep her friend company. While Delaney is a big hockey fan, a big Harrison fan, once they meet she’s one of the few to treat him like a person not a trophy. Very quick pace, but well worth the read.

She’s a huge fan, and he’s her favorite player. He’s not into hitting the bars after a game, and certainly not into puck bunnies. But when he see her from the ice… Anyone who’s know me for more than a minute knows how much I love romance stories, and in my top 5, a sweet story with a sexy hockey player – doesn’t need to be a long story, just steaming hot! This first book in the new series certainly delivers exactly what I love. Harrison and Delaney have great chemistry, and it doesn’t take them long to find their groove. A great short read. I don’t normally read sport romance but I love this and can’t wait for the next one
Jane Fox is a woman after my own heart. I mean, she combined my favorite sport with her steamy quick love stories. What could be better?! Delaney has all of her dreams met when she meets Harrison. Together they are absolutely fantastic. This is a great start to a new series! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
wonderful insta love story .. i enjoyed .. he is the most boring of the hockey team, she is a young woman with little confidence .. a simple meeting .. and boom .. love for life .. from me 5 stars .. I enjoyed it.

When Harrison sees Delaney, he believes she is the one. He never looked for one-night affairs but searched for just the one woman to make his wife. Delaney wasn’t looking. Plus-sized girls get overlooked majority of the time. So Delaney enjoys the feelings Harrison gives her. Very enjoyable read as neither act like high school kids but approach life as mature and responsible people. Fun and refreshing story!
I received an advanced reader copy from the author in exchange for my volunteer review.
Delaney watched Harrison get in a fight with Ivanov the ass. Harrison notices her actually watching the game. As his teams wins, the6 are headed to the local watering hole to celebrate. He almost didn’t go until he sees “her” in the back. Plans change and introductions are made in order to lead into a quick adventure.

I liked this story a lot. The characters were awesome and relatable.
Harrison is a hockey player for The Chaos. He isn’t a partier and has a reputation for being serious on and off the ice. When Harrison sees a curvy girl wearing his jersey, he can’t keep his eyes off of her. He wants to get to know her but doubts that he will be able to find her.
Delaney is a fan of the San Francisco Chaos. Harrison Douglas is a defender and her favorite player. Delaney hadn’t planned to go to the game and she never imagined that she would get to meet him. She’s floored when he seems to show interest in her.
I loved that Harrison was so sweet with Delaney. Harrison is definitely book boyfriend worthy! Delaney was nice and a good match for Harrison. I liked how she teased Harrison. Their happy ever after made me happy. I recommend reading this book.

Enter The Chaos.
It’s gett hot on and off the ice in this new series. Harrison is a serious hockey player and boring off the ice. Nice.
He’s instantly smitten with Delaney, his very own much younger puck bunny.
And it’s on in an instant.
Enough heat to melt the ice
Rocket is the first book in the new series Love on the Ice by Jane Fox. This series moves the reader into the world of professional hockey players and the women that they fall hard for, and maybe even end up taming them.
Rocket is the story of Harrison Douglas and Delaney. Harrison is thirty-four and plays for the San Francisco Chaos. One night at a hometown game he is sent to the penalty box and then he sees her. She is pressed up against the glass, wearing a jersey that hugs her curves, waving her arms animatedly and he might be in love. He keeps an eye on her during this penalty and then has to get his head back into the game even though he keeps trying to keep an eye on her. When the game is won he loses sight of her but figures that as it is a home game he will see her again. But he needs to see her again. After the game Harrison decides to join the other guys in going for a drink, which he usually never does.
Delaney is twenty-four years old and loves the game of hockey and Harrison Douglas, as he is her favorite player. The Chaos is her team and she was invited to the game that night by her best friend Brynn, who had an extra ticket. Brynn is on a mission to complete her “hat trick” that night and Delaney is going as backup for her. After the game they are standing outside where the players exit so that Brynn can bag a hockey player that night. But Delaney is standing in the background and not taking part as it is not what she wants to do. When the players exit Harrison spots her and bypasses all the hockey bunnies to introduce himself to Delaney. He then invites her to join him for a drink with the rest of the group as Brynn has found herself a hockey player.
Over drinks they get to know each other and end up back at Harrison’s house meeting the woman in his life, Ginger. Let’s just say that Ginger takes an immediate liking to Delaney and there are lots of face licks. But that is not the only thing to be licked that night as Harrison has a few things he wants to do to Delaney that will make her a very happy woman.
Rocket is a fast-paced romantic short story that has a sizzling connection that will melt the ice if Harrison and Delaney are not careful. These two characters fit together well and there is a nice epilogue. This is a great first story in the series and I am so looking forward to reading the next to come.
