Rocco
I work hard at my plumbing business. Really, really hard. Beyond that, I got my dog. I got my buddies. I’m good.
Don’t believe me?
You shouldn’t.
I’m lonely as hell, though I’d rather die than admit it. But when a local restaurant reviewer who’s also the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen moves in next door, that loneliness becomes harder and harder to ignore, because she’s mine. I … and harder to ignore, because she’s mine. I knew it the second she knocked on my door and asked for help.
When a restaurant she gave a bad review to sends someone after her to force her into retracting her article, I gladly put myself between her and them, because I’ll do anything to keep her safe.
Seline
Times are tough, and after a fire demolished my apartment building, I find an old, tiny furnished house in a quiet neighborhood to rent, which is all my writing salary can afford. My next-door neighbor? A tall, burly, broad-shouldered plumber.
He’s sexy as hell and a little intimidating at first, but seeing him with his dog shows me he’s a total marshmallow inside. Even though I’m wary of men in general, I can’t help but fall for him and his dirty side.
When I’m threatened for an article I wrote, it’s his strong arms I run to, because he’s the only man who can keep me safe.
ROCCO: Blue-Collar Bad Boys Next Door Book 3 is an insta-love, happily-ever-after, STEAMY romance. No cliffhangers, no cheating. This is a standalone story part of the Blue-Collar Bad Boys Next Door series.

I liked this story a lot. It was entertaining and different. The characters were interesting and relatable. Chaplin was awesome!
Rocco is content with his life that revolves around his plumbing business, friends, and his dog. He has stopped looking for “The One” even though he would definitely like to find her or have her find him. Rocco meets his new neighbor when she comes over asking for help and knows right away that she is his. His “One” found him after all.
Seline is a restaurant reviewer that was recently homeless due to a fire, so finding a furnished duplex for rent was great luck. Her new neighbor is super hot, built and a plumber. When Seline has a problem, she asks for his help and even though he can’t help, he makes a counteroffer that helps her out. She runs into a problem because of a review that she wrote and Rocco is happy to help her any way she asks.
Rocco and Seline’s discussions about food cracked me up. The way they were both all-in right away was super sweet. The angst was not over the top and I liked how it was resolved. I liked how the story ended. Their happy ever after had me smiling. I do wish there was another epilogue further out, but that’s just because I’m greedy! I recommend reading this book!

Seline moves into the neighborhood after arsonists destroyed her last place. She’s been writing restaurant reviews, but seems to have touched on some shady dealings. Rocco is a caring man, who may be able to handle the trouble she’s in. I really enjoyed this short novel and think Chaplin, who “snores like a grown man,” adds wonderfully to the storyline.

I was so excited for Rocco to have his own book after her popped up in Darby and Mazzy King did not let me down!!!
Seline is a restaurant reviewer who recently lost almost everything in a house fire. Luckily her roommates were out of the house when it happened and she still has her work computer but she also has a strong suspicion that the fire was started on purpose. On the first night in her new furnished apartment she wants nothing more than to take bath but the hot water won’t work. She remembers that the apartment manager said the next door neighbor was a plumber so she heads over to see if he can help but she worries it might be too late. As she turns to leave, the door opens and out comes Rocco, the gorgeous plumber. When someone comes after her for a bad review Rocco whats to do what he can to keep her safe.
This book has a great plot, fun dialogue, steamy scenes, mafia drama and so much more. The plot is set at a great pace and Rocco is so dang swoon-worthy. I highly recommend this story!!!

Nothing better than a gigantic deluxe fried corndog with a tub of ketchup on the side
Rocco is the third book in the Blue-Collar Bad Boys series and this time our blue collar hero is a very handy plumber, Rocco Delucci. This bad boy bachelor is not running all over town chasing the ladies. Instead he lives a content life working, working out and being with his partner Chaplin, his dog. But there is something missing or someone. He is not sure who she is exactly yet but he does want to have someone special in his life. He has stopped looking for “his perfect her” and now thinks it is better if she finds him.
Seline Belle works for the local paper as the restaurant critic. Recently she wrote a not so nice review of an Italian restaurant which had horrible food and would not let her see their kitchen when she was there, always means they are hiding something back there. There are also rumors about the restaurant being a mob front, which she also hints at in the column. It seems that someone took offense to the review and made some threats if it was not taken down and retracted. Seline is not about to do that, after all no one can gag the press. But when her apartment is torched, in what appears to be arson, she thinks she knows who did it. After living for a week in a hotel she rents a fully furnished duplex on a month-to-month in the blue collar neighborhood of town while she sorts out getting her life back together and finding a new place. On her first night she just wants to have a glass of wine and take a hot bath. Well she gets half of that but the water is freezing cold. Her new landlord had mentioned that her new neighbor was a plumber so she decides to see if he would take a look to find out what the problem is in exchange for a six pack of local craft brew.
Rocco and Seline hit it off even if he cannot fix her issue, as it is a gas issue. But being the good neighbor that Rocco is her offers her his bathroom if she wants it the next day while he is working, as his Saturday is busy. Rocco also invites her to dinner that night and they have a great evening sharing wood-fired pizza and at Rocco’s favorite pizza place. When Seline’s car won’t start the following Friday evening she phones Rocco and asks him if he could come take a look. Rocco knows from her voice there is something wrong but she is not saying what. When he can’t get her car running he drives her home and invites her into his place, as she is still not saying what happened but he can tell she is scared of something. When she finally tells him his protective Alpha comes out and they share a night together that is hotter than that wood-fired pizza oven. But there is still danger and it is going to take a lot of things falling into place at the same time for the men who have threatened Seline to be taken down.
This short, steamy instaromance is amazing. Rocco is so caring, Chappy is so protective, and Seline is a spitfire. Great story line and characters. I loved this story. I canot get enough from this author. You are I for a thrill ride.

Quick read about Rocco and Seline. Seline moved into a new apartment after hers burnt down and when she didn’t have hot water, she went next door to see if her neighbor could help. Rocco wasn’t able to help with the water but in the long run, he was able to help with so much more. Loved them together. Great chemistry and attraction between them.
