“Tag. I found you.”
Just as Annie Bell’s reputation as one of the best chefs in the Pacific Northwest grows to new heights, she receives a threatening phone call from her abusive ex-boyfriend. Marco is out on parole and hungry for revenge, blaming her for his 10-year imprisonment. Fearing for her life and that of her young son, Annie reluctantly accepts help from Drake Webber, a cold and wealthy … and wealthy recluse hiding a dark history of his own. Supported by the gang of misfits from their restaurant Riversong, Annie forges ahead despite her growing terror that Marco will appear at any moment and make good on his threats.

Good read.
Great!
I liked book a lot and purchased 3 others in the series.
I loved this book so much I bought the whole series. Great twists to the plot but happy in the end. Fun read.
I really enjoyed the book. I went on line and purchased the series 1-4. It was easily reading.
Good read… will probably go for more of the River series to meet more of these people and see how their story works out.
Great characters and a nicely developing plot that is new and comfortable at the same time.
Story kept my attention as it unfolded. The two main characters needed trust to share their past. He more tight lipped than her. And both relictant to love again. Loved the way the characters developed. Ending was somewhat predictable but not how it was achieved
Just did not really get my attention.
This book started out as a fun “cozy” mystery, but quickly degenerated into a “rich guy falls in lust with weeping heroine” romance. I’m not sure how the chef heroine ever got anything done since she spent most of the last half of the book dissolving into tears. I won’t read this author again!
It moved quickly and kept me interested in what was going to happen next.
So nice to read a good book without all the curse words and sexual details. Thank you
Great story
This book has themes similar to Robyn Carr’s Thunder Point and Virgin River series.
Too slow. Took forever – holes in plot
Clever. Simple. Not my style.
Well told story love characters- strong mother
Good reading can’t put book down.
This is about being trapped in your loneliness and being transformed into your best self through friendship and love. The characters in the book have evolved but only by fighting their way through personal pain. It’s a feel-good story that I would read again.
Absolutely loved this book from beginning to end!!!! Never say never on all storylines and so happy everyone’s world righted themselves. Perfect!!!!!
