This is an interesting mythical fun book
The storyline was fresh and I enjoyed the characters. The reason of the lower ranking was the volume of explicit sex. Most of it was gratuitous and detracted from an otherwise strong story. But if you skip those 8-10 pages per event the story was good.
Couldn’t even finish it. Flat characters.
I finished this book several days ago and am still thinking about it and looking forward to reading the next in the series. I enjoyed how she took the female protagonist’s perceived flaws and showed her embracing those traits as the book progressed. The men complemented one another and the way the Selkie myth was untwined in the story was interesting and believable.
I was disappointed with this, it was a good story, but very unrealistic with how the characters interacted with each other.
Amazing!!
Enjoyed this book very much. It kept me interested. I knew where it was going with her background and heritage but did get a little shock on how the writer got us there. I hope the second book is just as enjoyable.
great read
This is a really great story full of passion, heartache, love, adventure, emotion and acceptance. The characters are likable and it’s an easy to read book. This is my first book by this author, and I loved it.
