I was automatically into this book since page one and I love the inspiration that Sam (the main character) demonstrates.
New concept on invisibility sharing the sensations of the characters. Basically a hide meI’m special book someone’s out to get me because of it.
I like this story. The characters are great. I really like Sam’s Stepmom Sylvia and Will’s big sister Mickie what caring strong women. Sam, Will and Gwyn are typical teens for the most part. There is a twist that I will not go into for fear of spoiling anything. What we know of the bad guys they are really bad. I seems like they were raised in an …
Fun series about young people who have a genetic difference that makes them disappear. Adventures occur while they try to stop a plot that will kill half the population of the world – the poorest people first!! Great escapism as you know from the beginning that everything will work out fine, and sweet little romances along the way.
I fell in love with this book pretty much as soon as I began reading. It was immediately evident that Cidney is headed for success… her writing is just beautiful and the way she tells a story from a 15 year old’s point of view is simply spot on. There were times when I laughed out loud and other times when I sneakily wiped a tear from my cheek. …
This was a nice easy read. However the plot was slow to thicken and leaves you hanging for the next book in hope it will make things a little more clear.
After reading the first book, I immediately purchased the second and third. I thoroughly enjoyed the trilogy. It was unique and entertaining.
I enjoyed the series so much I bought the series for my niece who was in high school.
I love the characters and the obstacles they find themselves in. This is the first book in a 7-book series, and I am completely addicted.
Awesome!
Absolutely loved this book with such a creative, unusual story. Couldn’t put it down and read it in 2 days. Was so disappointed when it finished! Now I have to get book 2.
It was a great book. Cant wait to read the rest of the series
This book was a surprisingly easy, enjoyable read. I truly enjoyed the way the author adapted elements of real world to create an imaginary ‘disease-cum-superpower.’ Although there were some elements that slowed the pacing a bit, it wasn’t so much that it damaged my ability to enjoy the story. I like the characters. I like the subtle relationship …
is good book
Great story, Got long at the end, however had a good ending.
Very juvenile. Stilted writing which didn’t flow.
I have to say, I have not read anything like this before. The premise of someone who can make themselves invisible on command (other than super hero comics) is a neat idea.
I can not wait to read the next book and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one.
Good book even for adults. I bought the next in the series to continue reading.
