I love the Lei Texeira series, they never fail to keep me turning page after page!
Toby Neal is great. I’ve read all her books and can’t wait for the next one. I’ve learned a lot about other places in the USA.
A story with lots of action and various twists and turns which kept me turning the pages to discover who murdered this young surfer and why.
Great
Very unlikely a surfer could be killed by another surfer right in front of a bunch of other surfers.
Very descriptive of Hawaii. Characters were realistic, Plot was good although not as good as the previous Toby Neal book I read. Still she is a very entertaining author,
i like the Hawaii setting and the surfing theme. it was a good story but not enough for me to read more in the series.
Had to read to the end but not my favorite characters
This was lighter reading than I usually prefer, but it went fast and kept me entertained for a few hours. Definitely not literature.
Liked the Hawaii & surfing “scene” depicted in this book, gave you a look into the inside world of pro surfing. An easy & entertaining read although not a page turner. Would recommend & read another by same author
Loved the Hawaii setting and
Characters were believable
Didn’t want to put it down!
Good character development, but plot was too wide ranging. Too many different avenues taken to try to broaden the story line. Not necessary, just develop the main characters and more to the point details needed.
Enjoyed reading this book.
I enjoy all the Lei books by Toby Neil.
I plan to read all Toby Neal’s books. Great characters in this series and intriguing plots.
I listened to this book, and the narrator was exceptional, especially with the Hawaiian accents. The characters were interesting, the story moved along well, and seemed realistic. I learned a lot of details about Hawaiian life,
I liked the other books better. This one seemed to have more information on relationships and less action. There were hints of other characters being involved that never materialized. At the end I found myself wondering if that was all.
Good mystery
Love this series. Just started reading this book. It’s really hard to put down but I had to sleep. Lol Highly recommend Toby Neal’s books.
