I loved this storyline! Everyone sees the devastation from a hurricane, but nobody talks about the clean up after. This book tells the story of an island whose people are more resilient than most others. picking up the pieces with little money can be hard, and one woman and her best friend does everything it takes to keep the way of life of their people away from the big executive developers. along the way she meets a sexy billionaire, who despite his job, wants the same thing she does for the island. peace and choice about the land. a nature preserve for nesting turtles, and keeping the shorelines clean, they work together to overcome the hardships of the job and their attraction towards each other. This book has such a good moral while also having very sexy and headstrong characters. I loved it!!

Enjoyed the book Riding The Billionaire by Jillian Riley. The storyline was different which I liked a lot because sometimes the same old stuff gets very boring. This book was not boring in the least. Fast paced with lovable characters, the story was interesting, sweet and sexy with an HEA. Wouldn’t mind more stories on this town and it’s residents! Highly recommended.

– This book was a heartwarming story. The characters in this story were warm and fuzzy. Antonio and Marie made a great couple with good hearts. The story was interesting and entertaining. There were no heart wrenching moments or mystery just a easy read with a happy ever after read.
Touching. Romantic. Heartwarming. With the wonderful happily ever after. The little town of Port Saint Joe is in trouble since the last hurricane destroyed most of the town. Investors are coming in droves to buy distressed property for pennies and then rebuilding or selling and making a profit off of it. When Antonio Florez comes to town Marie expects him to act like all the others, but he does not. He loves the lazy little town and thinks he can help them. And Marie, the owner of cup of Joe, tickle his fancy in a big way. Love at first sight? You bet. Ah, true love. A really sweet short Romance that brings hope to hopelessness. A good book.
I love this book it deals with issues that are pertinent today like overdevelopment and developers controlling small towns after they buy them up. The plot is well developed and the book moves smoothly. I love the characters Marie and Antonio are so well developed as are the multitude of other characters in this book. The characters make me want to visit Port St. Joe and soak up all the wonderful small town atmosphere.
Marie moved from LA to Port St Joe to get away from the big city for small town life. The city was devastated by Hurricane Michael and is struggling to recover. Developers are descending like locusts to buy low, build and sell high. Antonio, a developer from Miami has a different philosophy. Build in a way to benefit the city and to maintain its character. At their first meeting, they don’t see eye to eye and he goes back to Miami until he comes up with an ingenious idea. Will the town go for it? Nicely written and very enjoyable read.

Riding the Billionaire by Jillian Riley is an exciting, tender story about Marie, a coffee shop owner in a city devasted by a hurricane….and Antonio, a billionaire developer who comes in to purchase some of the property. There are some serious miscommunications and mix-ups. All the while, the attraction is growing. Can she save the town? Will he help destroy the ambiance by building something horrible?
I LOVED the way this author presented the town, the characters, and joy with which she writes!!! It was a little treasure in a book!!! Great story!!!

I really liked that this book touched on the recovery efforts after a hurricane. Not many books want to talk about things like that. I loved the nature conservation with wanting to save the sea turtles nests! This was a fun, quick read with wonderful characters. They had great chemistry and were relatable. Great summer/ beach read.

This book was fantastic! I really enjoy reading her books as she gives the readers amazing stories filled with great characters. Marie is trying to save her little town from big city developers, Antonio is a developer but not the type Marie thinks. After her town is hit hard by Hurricane Michael it is hard for the town to recover and there are some properties still in need of work years later. She wants to keep the big developers from coming in and ruining the small town feel. Antonio is looking to find some new properties and Port St. Joe is just the place. He visits there and finds himself taken with Marie. He wants to help keep the small town feel but when he mentions that to Marie, she assumes he’s just like all the other developers and throws him out of her cafe. Back in Miami, he has a thought that he thinks just might work for Port St. Joe and heads back to convince Marie and the town. In the end, everybody gets what they want. The town gets to keep the big developers from ruining their small town and Antonio and Marie get each other!

Antonio the billionaire and Marie the owner of cup of Joe is very entertaining and will serve up a little spice especially if Marie feels like dishing out her sassiness .When you read their story it will have you laughing at just how bull headed they both can be. I’ve only read two of Ms. Riley’s books, but I can attest that both are exciting to read.
Jillian Riley has written an awe-inspiring romance about Antonio and Marie saving the town of Port St. Joe after hurricane Michael roared through leaving destruction in its wake. Loved reading Riding the Billionaire. It is a sweet encouraging story from beginning to end.
