From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes a saga of forbidden love and second chances.A Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after. Our family feud is the stuff of legends.Ten years ago, Whitney Gable caught me off guard with her long legs and grab-you-by-the-balls blue eyes.I didn’t know or care what her name was.Like any Riscoff worth the family name, I went after … worth the family name, I went after what I wanted. We burned like a flash fire until she married another man.
She hates me, and she should.
I objected on her wedding day.
Now she’s home, with those same long legs and man-eater stare, but there’s no ring on her finger.
They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after . . . but I’m not done with Whitney Gable.
I’ll never be done with her.

Fabulous Fun read! This has all the swoon, edgy, funny and just the right amount of excitement you’ll need.
Lincoln and Whitney are perfect for each other BUT unfortunately nothing is really as perfect as we think. The story for these two is very intriguing and I can tell it won’t be the easiest road.
I fell in love and I want to stay there.
Meghan March is the Queen of cliffhangers!!! I say this in a very positive way. WOW
I cannot wait for the next book.
meghan march’s latest novel takes us away from the gritty new orleans she’d built and to a town where rivalries run deep and nothing is as it seems.
richer than sin starts us out with lincoln rischoff objecting to the marriage that whitney gable is in the middle of celebrating. their families’ objections, the longstanding animosity, all the reasons they shouldn’t be together mean nothing to him. what matters to him is whitney. she is his. he is hers. those are the only truths he knows.
but ten long years pass before he sees her again. and while both lincoln and whitney have changed and grown there are two things that remain true. the chemistry between them and all the reasons they can’t be together.
there are twists and turns aplenty, and knowing meghan march, plenty more to come. told both in the past and the present, this love story is so epic. i can’t wait for more, i am loving these two and am absolutely dying for what is bound to be a not-too-easy road ahead.
**richer than sin will publish on august 14, 2018. i received an advance reader copy courtesy of meghan march in exchange for my honest review.
Family feuds, lies, heartache, secrets – will love find a way or is there just too much in the way.
Ms. March always weaves an amazing world and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. This is one not to miss!
Words can’t describe how amazing Meghan March is writing this story between two families that been at it for years. This saga continues with Whitney and Lincoln that’s impossible to put down. A must read for sure.
I typically don’t enjoy books that flip from the past to the present, and back again. I find them hard to follow, and loose interest quickly.
However, who was I kidding when I thought “awe MAN! I hate these kinds of books!!” It’s Meghan. Freaking. March! There is no hating one of her books. So for the first time ever, I found one I actually enjoyed, that flips.
So Lincoln and Whitney come from two feuding families. They meet one night, and the passion between them is like wildfire… but they don’t know who the other person is at first. When Whitney realizes who Lincoln is, she quickly determines that he’s forbidden fruit. But Lincoln, he doesn’t give af about the family feud, he wants more of Whitney. I wouldn’t compare this to a “Romeo and Juliet” type of love… because we know that story ends in tragedy, and Meghan always gives us a HEA… but as an ancestral Hatfield, I’d compare their families to the Hatfield’s and the McCoys. Right down to the shotguns.
I’m looking forward to “Guilty as Sin,” and getting to know these characters, and their story, even better!
This is what I love about Meghan, her versatility. If she said one day, “I think I’ll re-write the phone book….” I’d buy it in a hot second. She’s written erotica, she’s written a post Apocalyptic story, a couple actually, strong as hell alphas and the equally strong women who bring them to their knees, she’s written about a married couple that fight to keep their marriage alive and now this?! Is there anything that she CAN’T write or tackle? Pretty sure, nah.
I love that her stories aren’t just ONE way, she can go in any direction with writing and I’m on board 150%. This story was no different. She has a way of pulling you in and keeping you SO damn hooked that even though it’s way past your bedtime you’re all like, “One. More. Chapter.” The transitions, plotline and POV’s are seamless.
Forbidden fruit is always the sweetest, eh? But there is so much more to this story than their connection being forbidden. Lincoln is the swooniest of her heroes and I hate saying that because they all are in their own right but Lincoln, this one is different and so is Whitney and so is this story. I CANNOT wait for the rest.
I can’t wait until the next book! Meghan does it again, you will fall in love with Lincoln and Whitney, and the other characters.
This book is dual point of view and switches between past and present. I found myself reading faster and faster with each page as it just got better and better. Secrets and forbidden love make a really good book!
This book caught my attention with the Prologue. I loved the beginning of Whitney and Linc story. There are so many twist I can’t wait to read the next next book in the trilogy. I can’t wait to read the whole trilogy. This story is so good.
I waited up till midnight for this one to hit my ipad. Love love love!!!
Oh my God… I can’t even start to explain what this story has done to me. It’s raw, heart wrenching, and so absolutely powerful that I was left breathless and crying my eyes out. I just couldn’t stop reading. With every chapter, I had to have more. I had to know more. But most importantly, I had to feel more. And the second book can’t come fast enough. This has been one of the most powerful book hangover I have ever experienced and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Meghan March always delivers when she says her new story is her best yet. But this one… This one is my favorite one yet. Everyone needs to read this story. I mean it. EVERYONE!
Lincoln Riscoff had a crush on Whitney Gable from the moment he saw her. She was different than the other women he has met. The only ‘problem’ is that she’s a Gable. The Gable family and the Riscoff family can’t stand each other for several generations. But Lincoln wants Whitney so bad that he doesn’t care that she is a Gable. Whitney is more hesitant than him to give him a chance. She will leave town one day and only return many years later.
I adored Whitney and Lincoln. Whitney Gable is feisty, strong, independent, determined and a little lost. She needed to be somewhere else to process some things and she decides to move back home. She’s happy to see her aunt and cousin again. Whitney isn’t sure what to do when she sees Lincoln again. Her feelings for him are still there, but she isn’t ready for a new relationship and especially not with a Riscoff.
Lincoln Riscoff is rich, hardworking, protective, determined and strong. When he wants something, he will do anything to get it. I loved it that he doesn’t care that Whitney is a Gable and how much he wants her in the past and present. Lincoln doesn’t let Whitney go without a fight and he will do anything to get a chance with her. He has never forgotten her.
Richer Than Sin is an incredible start of the Sin trilogy. It was addictive, sexy and unique. That cliffhanger makes me need the next one right now! I need to know what happens next and to know more about Whitney and Lincoln. I was hooked after reading the prologue. I only needed those few pages to want to know the history and future of Whitney and Lincoln as a couple. There were some flashbacks and I loved those. They made me understand the attraction between Whitney and Lincoln in the present. They are off the charts hot together! I can’t wait for more!
What the what just happened? I’m still trying to understand these characters and what this book is about. There is so much going on. This is a twist on Romeo and Juliet. This is about 2 people who come from completely different worlds. They are not supposed to even like each other, let alone have serious spark. She’s a Gable, He’s a Riscoff. It’ll never work out between them. Their families would go crazy. But why o why are they so attracted to each other? You always want what you can’t have. That’s the way Lincoln and Whitney’s relationship goes. They fall for each other, regardless of the odds being stacked against them. But what happens and why does Whitney marry another man? We get sneak peeks into the past versus the present, 10 years later when Whitney returns to the one place she swore she would ever go to again.
Ms. March will leave you questioning everything especially with the holy of all holies cliffhanger. Get ready for an adventure and if you figure out what the heck is happening, please help me because I’m still completely lost. I can’t wait for the rest of this trilogy to see if Whitney and Lincoln will ever wind up together again! 4 stars.
Richer Than Sin started out with a devastating scene that would make you want to read more. Families Riscoff and Gable have a long-term feud, and its never a good idea to get involved by one. Lincoln and Whitney didn’t see it coming either. But the intense chemistry and the pull of them together was just too strong to resist, soon clandestine meetings are set. What happens when they get caught?
Lincoln is such a character. I like him. He’s strong and determined, especially when he puts his mind to it. Sometimes, he doesn’t really think it through and acted through impulse, but he means usually well. Nevertheless, he was willing to correct his mistake and finally get the girl after a decade.
Whitney is a girl filled with mystery. Why she said no to Lincoln is still an enigma. She had been through a lot, and she thought coming home would fill her with peace, but then Lincoln came into her life once again. This girl is truly amazing, but I wish she would fight more for what she feels for him.
Richer than Sin is such a great book to start Meghan March’s new series. Highly addictive, will keep you on the edge of your seat, and the mystery that surrounds the feud, the past, and the present is just too hard to resist. Will there ever be a future between a Riscoff and a Gable? I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
Meghan March is an author you love but hate. You love her because all her books are amazing and you don’t want them to end but in the other hand you hate her because of all the flipping cliff hangers and Book hangovers she causes. Richer Than Sin leaves you with one question: W. T. F!
I loved this book! You get the past mixed in with the present, you begin to learn about Whitney and Lincoln’s past and how very, very complicated it is. Think Hatfield and McCoys complicated.
I’m dying to see where Meghan takes this story and I have no doubt it going to be amazing.
What a fantastic start to Meghan’s new trilogy!!! I was really looking forward to this, and boy it does not disappoint – lots of drama, angst, passion, family feuds, the forbidden element, second chance romance, whew, and its fast paced with lots going on and more twists and turns in the plot than you can shake a stick at – I was addicted within the first few pages and couldn’t put it down!!!
Lincoln Riscoff comes from a very rich family and he stands to inherit the lot from his family, he only has to do his job within the family business and preserve and protect the family legacy, and of course marry and produce a family heir when the time is right. He has the whole world to pick from as long as it not a member of the Gable family, who the Riscoff’s have a long standing family feud going with.
10 yrs ago he fell for a dark haired blue eyed beauty, neither of them knowing who the other was, but their connection just clicked and their chemistry was off the charts. Except she turns out to be Whitney Gable, and their secret affair could blow their families apart. In the end she ends up leaving town married to someone else, but now 10 yrs have passed and she is back in the hometown, minus the ring, and Lincoln wants a second pop at the forbidden fruit he let get away once.
Told from dual POV’s between the past and present, its a heck of a story that will leave you gasping for more. There is so much going on in the story line and OMG what a cliff hanger this book ends on, so be warned!! I loved the characters and the family feuding, their connection is sizzling, so much you can feel it even after 10 yrs apart!! A brilliant start to the trilogy, can’t wait for book 2!!
Yet again Meghan has immersed me in a world that I can’t get enough of. Lincoln and Whitney are a modern day Romeo and Juliet, and their character development was top notch. This book flipped between past and present quite a bit, but it was necessary and Meghan did a great job of keeping it relevant to the modern day when she did flash back. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
Rubs hands gleefully…we have a new book and a new world from the talented Meghan March! I was really looking forward to something new from Meghan and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
We know in small towns there are big big secrets. And loads of dirty laundry to gossip about. But in the small town of Gable, the Riscoffs and Gables have given enough fodder to the gossip mills to last decades. Because it is well known that the Riscoffs and Gables are sworn enemies till the end of time. That was before Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable decided to test that theory, and created enough strife to last a millennia.
Their past was noteworthy but their present and future and looking to rival even the biggest story on TMZ.
In Richer than Sin, the first book of this new series, we learn about the past while we experience what is happening in the present. The flash backs are well identified and easy to follow. We get both characters POV in this book which I really like. It helps us understand all the emotions and external forces creating the issues these characters have to endure.
I her usual style, Meghan has given us a juicy, twisty and deliciously emotional beginning to what is going to be an epic story.
You need to be ready to not put this book down until it’s “what the hell just happened” ending leaves you desperate for the next book!
Richer Than Sin was so good!! I fell in love with Lincoln from the minute him and Whitney met. This story had me reading and turning pages as fast as I could. Whitney and Lincoln have definitely been delt a crap hand from fate. These two are so right for each other, but if it’s not one thing it’s another. The chemistry is palpable between Whitney and Lincoln. Family is a mixed, messed up bag in this book that is the driving force of this story. I can not wait to see what happens I’m Guilty as Sin because we are left with one heck of a wtf cliffhanger!
I could not put this book down. It was very well-written. It went back and forth between past and present and flowed very well. I absolutely love Lincoln. I had a vague idea about where the story was heading, but the ending was still a shocker. While some questions were answered, I am still left wondering about some things. I can’t wait to see what direction the story goes.
