From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes a saga of forbidden love and second chances.A Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after. Our family feud is the stuff of legends.Ten years ago, Whitney Gable caught me off guard with her long legs and grab-you-by-the-balls blue eyes.I didn’t know or care what her name was.Like any Riscoff worth the family name, I went after … worth the family name, I went after what I wanted. We burned like a flash fire until she married another man.
She hates me, and she should.
I objected on her wedding day.
Now she’s home, with those same long legs and man-eater stare, but there’s no ring on her finger.
They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after . . . but I’m not done with Whitney Gable.
I’ll never be done with her.

After reading this book I was reminder why Meghan March and has become one of my favorite authors, this lady writes a cliffhanger like know other. Theres drama like know other what do you do when you fall for someone that your life is enemies with. From page one I love Lincoln even though he returned home to help ran the family business you knew he was still going to play by his own rules.
Meghan March has done it again, this book starts another must-read series. An old family feud is supposed to keep Whitney and Lincoln apart but love, lust, and attraction don’t work that way. I enjoyed how this was written in the past and the present to build the story, to see if they really have a second chance. The characters are deep and rich, not just Lincoln and Whitney but the extended family as well. Richer Than Sin has set the groundwork for the rest of the tale of The Gables and The Riscoffs
Richer Than Sin is another incredible start to a trilogy. Meghan knows how to write books that keep you on the edge of your seat, turning page after page, and always wishing there was more. Lincoln and Whitney are from two feuding families, both of them wanting the other, but knowing they can’t have what they want. When Whitney comes back to town after the loss of her husband, Lincoln is determined to have her for his own, but at what cost to him? Although there is a cliffhanger, it is so worth the wait for the next book.
I wish I could give 10 stars!!! OMG!!!!! That cliffhanger was EPIC!!!! I am dying for book 2. Omg!! How am I supposed to wait for book 2?!?! Aaaahhhhh!!! Ok, Whitney has had the worst damn life, I swear!! This poor girl could not possibly have any worse luck than what she does. I love her!! She’s strong but weak at the same time. Trying to do what’s right but wanting what she knows is wrong. Lincoln is devastatingly perfect…other than being a douche sometimes, but what else is he supposed to do. He has a family legacy to carry on. This story knocked me on my butt, it has so many small stories in it, I hope we get to see all of them come out. I need to know why the hatred is so strong between these families…why does Lincoln’s Mom hate Whitney so badly?? Ugh, I need book 2 now please!!! Loved every single second of Richer Than Sin!!!
I was sooo excited to see that Meghan March was releasing new goodies for us to get our hands on and was intrigued by the trilogy being called the ‘Sin’ series! Meghan’s books are all five-star worthy, super-hot, and super entertaining stories. I have read about 85% of what Meghan March has released and loved her writing style, the characters and the stories she delivers. Honestly, I would have read far more but she’s been writing for quite a while and I only discovered her about a 17 months ago… as a blogger that doesn’t give me a lot of free time, but I am quick to latch onto any book Meghan’s released in my downtime. I one-click everything without even reading blurbs because I am sure to escape Meghan’s books will provide me are well worth it.
Earning distinctions such as a bestselling author from the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today puts Meghan March into a class entirely of her own. Such accolades emphatically state that Meghan March knows her way around enticing readers with stories that hold them completely captivated from beginning to end. While no two books hold the same formula, Meghan definitely has her finger on the pulse of the romance world and her writing continues to improve and expand with each bestseller she releases. Richer Than Sin is beautifully crafted, simulatiously telling the story of their past while Lincoln and Whitney find themselves back into the same town for the first time in a decade. With the chapters clearly marked for the readers between ‘the past’ and ‘the present’ readers cannot mistake the time frame. Also, the POV changes between Linc and Whitney in true duel perspectives. I have read books where the frequent changes of the timeline and the POV have caused me great difficultly yet Richer Than Sin is absolutely the opposite. In fact, this layering added to the mystery of the story and the angst of their romance and deserves accolades for its successful delivery. Lincoln and Whitney draw sparks off one another from the very beginning, and I can see why the only way they were able to stay away from one another was to stay on opposite coasts. I truly can’t wait to see where Meghan March takes readers next in this complex and angsty second-chance romance.
Richer Than Sin is not a standalone, and in fact ends with quite the cliffhanger. As I mentioned above, I rarely read the blurb on Meghan March’s books, so I assumed the Sin trilogy would be three standalones within the same series, yet I was clearly wrong. As the book progressed to the 70%, and then the 80% mark and Linc and Whitney were not together, I was getting a bit worried – I love seeing the hero and heroine as a couple and not just in the epilogue. But actually seeing the way they might function is a fascinating part of the romance in my mind. It didn’t dawn on me that I had read the last twenty percent of the book until suddenly the dreaded TBC happened… and I was gasping and ready to chuck my kindle! And as much as it pains me to admit it, cliffhangers done right, those cliffhangers that leave the readers on pins and needles are not only fabulous for marketing but also make better stories in the long run. And I think that’s where the Sin trilogy is guiding readers. I could never doubt Meghan’s methods-obviously if she’s writing three books to tell the love story between Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable, then surely their story is far more complicated that the average romance. So, I am going to not so patiently sit here and stew until I can get my hands on the second and the final book in the trilogy. In the meantime, I would highly recommend you get started on Richer Than Sin because you don’t want to wait to read this outstanding trilogy until the very end!
Sometimes your past comes back to remind you of all the mistakes you’ve made.
Generations of family feuding work to keep Lincoln and Whitney apart, even though they feel an obvious pull to the other. These two head-strong adults have their work cut out for them.
This is the first book of a trilogy.
Why am I always surprise at the versatility that is Meghan March?! Her ability to move flawlessly from past to present to tell Whitney and Lincoln’s story without confusing the reader is amazing. Richer than Sin is like nothing she’s written. If forbidden love/second chance romance is your thing pick up this book.
I seriously could not but it down and that ending. Ahh!!!
I can’t wait for the next book.
Richer Than Sin by Meghan March was a sexy, bold, addictive romance that was brimming with so much intensity and raw emotions that you couldn’t help but inhale this book in one sitting. Like drinking a fine scotch, March’s writing was smooth, intricate, and intoxicating as readers like myself can’t help but bewitched with the sexual chemistry of Lincoln and Whitney. Since this book is part of a trilogy, I can’t say much of the plot but I will tell you that you will be hooked. A must read in 2018!
5 Stars
Oh. My. Gosh. What did I just read?! That ending!!!Richer Than Sin by Meghan March is the first book in the Sin Trilogy and it was phenomenal!!! Secrets, family feuds that go back decades, and hot as hell chemistry, Richer Than Sin takes you on one hell of a ride.
Whitney Gable and Lincoln Riscoff come from two completely different worlds. Lincoln is richer than sin, sexy as hell, and the heir to his family’s fortune. And Whitney…she is from the wrong side of the tracks, working as a maid to hopefully get herself out of Gable. After a one night stand, Whitney learns who Lincoln really is and all hell breaks loose. After finally escaping Gable, Whit lives the life of luxury-or so it seems. Now ten years later she comes back licking her wounds and Lincoln wants his second chance. But will it ever happen especially being that their families hate each other? Can all the hurt and pain be forgotten?
I can’t even!!! This book was FIRE!!! It was so addicting I didn’t put it down until I was finished. It was written flawlessly and these characters packed a huge punch. Fast paced and action packed, Richer Than Sin kicks off this new series in a way where you are waiting with bated breath to get all the answers. Ms. March is the queen of cliffhangers and I cannot wait to get book 2!!!
I can’t get enough of Meghan March. It seems that I keep writing the same review with each book, but the woman just gets it and gets better and better! I mean HELLO if you read her last trilogy yoiu would have thought it can’t get any better than this. ummm yea wrong DEAD WRONG! Whitney and Lincoln are going down as an EPIC story! Like THIS BOOK of all of Meghan’s books is BIG SCREEN WORTHY! I mean BIG TIME! I read an ARC and was dying! On Release day I got my audio and it was legit like a film playing in my head! The story, the characters, the scene, the attention to detail is hands down PHENOMENAL! It’s been 2 weeks since I read the book and 1 full day since I heard the audio. Now is when I finally could put my thoughts down. Meghan March you are a flipping ROCKSTAR AUTHOR! And DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THE AUDIO! OMFG! Erin Mallon and Joe Arden KILL IT! The Narration is PERFECTION! Seriously I FLOVE every single one of Meghan’s books but THIS ONE yes THIS ONE is taking top billing for me! This is hands down my favorite! Do not hesitate! You NEED this book and the audio TOGETHER in your life! Like you NEED IT HANDS DOWN! WOW WOW WOW! And so it begins my wait for books 2 & 3 … pray for me!
A long standing feud between family’s in a small town can make falling for each other a bit complicated but Lincoln and Whitney fell for each other before they knew that they could never be.
Lincoln swept my off my feet just as quickly as he swept back in to town. Sexy, domineering and very determined to have what is forbidden even after a decade apart.
Whitney’s return to her home town is just what she needs to escape the prying public eye but puts her right in sights of the one that got away.
This is the first book in this new Series from Meghan March and I can tell it is going to to be a wild ride. This small town and the Gable and Riscoff families seem to have a web of secrets and lies that we will slowly unveil.
I was consumed by this story. Eagerly turning the pages to see what was in store for these characters and cannot wait to see where we go from here. Keep in mind that this is a trilogy and this story has just begun.
In Richer than Sin, Meghan March gives us a whole new world with brand new characters!! Really, there’s no point in beating around the bush… I kinda love them. They are so easy to get hooked on and more than half the time Im swooning over the hero. I’m not going to say they are perfect- there were a few things that drove me nuts like Whitney self depreciating moments (which was kind of often). But over all I wanted to read about their past and present.
I liked how Meghan March foreshadowed a upcoming “past” chapter in with the present so then when the next chapter came, we would get to read about that past situation. It made for a well rounded story. But with that being said, there were times that I was struggling to keep the timing straight.
All of that aside, Meghan March concocted a fantastic story with plot twists that no one could have seen coming and she left me hanging, praying the month goes by quickly.
Holy Hell! She does it again with Richer Than Sin the 1st full length novel in the Sin Trilogy.
Could not put it down cause it checks all my boxes! Full of drama, second chance forbidden love, drama, sexiness, a family feud and even more drama. Like I said, could not put it down!
And that ending, did not expect that! Shocking freaking cliffy! I need Guilty as Sin NOW! This is why Meghan March is my fave go to author!
Who knew a modern day Hatfield and McCoy love story could be this good??? Another hit trilogy on the horizon for Meghan March. Can’t wait to read more about Whitney and Lincoln. Bring on book 2!
How much more Meghan March can blow my mind, I have no idea. She keeps finding new ways to rock the world and she is doing one hell of a job of that. Once again she created a world full with intense and freaking incredible characters and a story like no other. A story that grabs you by the hair since the start. Sin never tasted better.
Lincoln Riscoff & Whitney Gable. Talk about two cross world lovers. Both of them the third generation of a family vendetta who were meant to be complete each other like Ying & Yang. And who better to write them than March herself. Time and time again, I was feeling the jidders going down my spine every time they were together. And even when they weren’t, the wire and the Fate that was connecting them was too much to ignore. And don’t get me started on Lincoln’s thoughts. God damn! I don’t know she does it, but Meghan really is a master on creating badass, dark, intense men who are pure sin when they fall in love. And her mastery also extends on creating some of the most MAGNIFICENT and dynamic females the Contemporary Literacy has seen. Whitney more than proved her sex, her place in the world and that she is more than cable to go head to head and deal with Lincoln’s personality and intensity.
One of the things that I anticipate the most when it comes to a new March series is the Oscar-winning secondary characters she creates every single time. They are so awesome that you can’t help crave a book or two for them alone. This time, the secondary gems in this story are Cricket, Hunter & AUNT JACKIE. Cricket being Whitney’s cousin, she is true force of nature. Form the first time she appeared, I knew that her role in this would be essential and she was up for producing some pretty AF moments and lines. Hunter being Lincoln’s best friend, he just needed a few crucial moments for him to set his amazing mind and personality in stone and push the story in the right direction. And now, Aunt Jackie; damn, she is the epitome of bossy and head strength! She was just divine! Every time she put her foot down and stood up for the people she loved, I loved her even more.
I really don’t have much to say for this first part in the story because I want to let loose on the review of Reveling in Sin, the last part of this trilogy. I am currently in a state of purgatory and I am hanging on pause from a thread over the Sin cliff March created this time – because every Trilogy of hers is a cliff!!! Just waiting patiently and at the edge of my seat for the second book, Guilty in Sin, to release so I can move to the next level of Lincoln & Whitney’s love journey. The only sure thing is that I am in for the craziest, most intense, Sinniest ride March ever took me on. Let’s see how the most daring and sinful love she ever written plays out and bring everything upside down!
Meghan March is one author that never disappoints, so I was excited to read her newest title. This had a Romeo & Juliet feel to it, which to be honest, I’m not sure how I feel about. The characters also seem pretty immature to me at this point. BUT I trust Meghan as an author and I have no doubt these characters will develop beautifully as the series continues. That being said, it is a nice, easy read. The world she has built has an old world mob feel to it….stereotypes and all. I can’t wait to see where she takes us!
Well, this flipped my whole world on it’s head. First of all, the cover. Black. Gold. It screams classy. Definitely on my list of favorite covers.
Forbidden love, enemies to lovers, whatever you want to call it…I am sold.
I loved this book. A woven, past/future, intertwined story that flows so effortlessly. At no point was I lost, or confused. You get the present, as well as the history.
And holy swoon. Lincoln and his words. Enough to make my heart completely combust. So sweet, so reassuring, and dang it if I didn’t put all my trust in him.
I recommend this to anyone who loves the forbidden, enemies to lovers stories thats ready to go on a wild, excellent Meghan March ride that leaves you just sated enough and wanting more.
4 stars for – Richer Than Sin – the first book in a new trilogy by Meghan March. A second chance romance with a whole lot of angst and the intense emotional connection these forbidden lovers have from the moment they first meet. With a very Hatfield and McCoy like drama between the two predominant families in the town of Gable it’s the younger generation of this town who are the ones being forced to suffer.
The Riscoff family proceeded to make money hand over fist in the timber industry and becoming the top company in the country cemented their wealth for the next few lifetimes. Commodore, the family patriarch, went about buying every single thing he possibly could within the town of Gable and branded it with the Riscoff name, all in an attempt to keep the feud between two families alive and well.
The Gable family whom the town was named after proceeded to fall on hard times and struggled for years to make ends meet. After many instances of fighting and accusations between the patriarchs the hatred and loathing between families was brought to a explosive head with all the town picking sides.
Lincoln Riscoff wasn’t around to see all the petty drama unfold and only came home when summoned to do so by his grandfather, so meeting the goddess in the bar and spending the best night of his life with her was like an answer to his prayers except when he wakes up to hear her trying to sneak out.
Whitney Gable never hooks up with random guys but the one time she does, it ends up being the most incredible sex she’s ever had. While getting water the next morning she looks at a picture on the wall and realizes who the man in the other room is and how big of a mistake she actually made…and takes off before he can find out exactly who she is.
I must admit the back and forth between past and present was a little aggravating at times but I can see why it needed to be done. Meghan never fails to bring the sexy and I have no doubt we are in for lots of spicy sex, intriguing mystery and all that angst too. I enjoyed the sexy, sinful start to this new series and can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in book two!
Meghan March is at it again with another enthralling trilogy. Richer Than Sin is fueled by a family feud and filled with the perfect cast of characters. March delivers on her fresh and modern perspective. Her branded style of tension, lust, greed and angst has been turned up one hundred degrees and charging right towards us. This is a page-turner!
Watch out for that cliffhanger, it’s a doozy! I look forward to so much more in this series. Well done Meghan March.
I have no idea how Meghan keeps coming up with these fantastic story lines. They suck you in and don’t spit you back out until the last chapter. You won’t want to put this book down and you will definitely be ready for the next book in the series. I enjoyed how Meghan went between past and present in this book. It was easy to follow but also helps you to understand what happened between Whitney and Lincoln 10 years ago and where they are now. Of course there is more to come with this couple and I am sure the next few books will answer those questions that the readers are left with. Their chemistry was intense, explosive and forbidden romances are always one of my favorite reads. Pick this book up today. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!!!
