From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes a saga of forbidden love and second chances.A Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after. Our family feud is the stuff of legends.Ten years ago, Whitney Gable caught me off guard with her long legs and grab-you-by-the-balls blue eyes.I didn’t know or care what her name was.Like any Riscoff worth the family name, I went after … worth the family name, I went after what I wanted. We burned like a flash fire until she married another man.
She hates me, and she should.
I objected on her wedding day.
Now she’s home, with those same long legs and man-eater stare, but there’s no ring on her finger.
They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after . . . but I’m not done with Whitney Gable.
I’ll never be done with her.

Meghan March has done it again! I am loving this new series and can’t wait for the next book. This book is fast paced and you won’t be able to put it down.
The Gables and Riscoffs do not mix at all. These families are not on equal ground. The Riscoffs have lots of money and practically own the town and the Gables barley get by. These two were never suppose to meet and like each other.
I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book. This is a must read book you don’t want to miss.
The Hatfield and McCoy families aren’t the only ones with a long standing feud. In this modern age, the Riscoff and Gable’s know how to keep the animosity brewing. The two feuding families are caught up in a ‘war’ that has spanned a decade. A tension so great it has divided the town that both families reside within.
Lincoln Riscoff is slated to take over the family business. A life that is planned down to the exact expectation that is needed to preserve the Riscoff family legacy. There is nothing that isn’t at Lincoln’s beck and call. A perk of the Riscoff name. Until Lincoln crossed paths will a gal that would change his life. A fling that shouldn’t have happened, but Lincoln can’t stop thinking about. Little did Lincoln know that he was ‘chasing’ a Gable.
Family feuds meant nothing to Lincoln in the grand scheme of things. Only the ability to have Whitney by his side. What Lincoln didn’t count on was the rejection that Whitney would lay out in a very public way. Now – ten years have passed and the attraction is still there. Lincoln is determined to get his grip on the woman that slipped through his fingers so long ago.
What Lincoln always seems to forget, is the ramifications of that Riscoff and Gable feud.
Hold on to your seat…..Meghan March is getting ready to rock your world with Richer Than Sin!! This romance is nothing like you would expect, and everything that you didn’t realize you wanted in a novel.
Lincoln is the perfect specimen of male deliciousness. Accepting the hand that he has been dealt, Lincoln knows that once he takes over the helm of the Riscoff empire things will never be as carefree as they are now. Living up to family expectations is a ‘given’….well….until Whitney comes sneaking back into town.
Nothing about a trip back to her hometown is joyous for Whitney. With the trauma of her husband’s rock star life still haunting her, Whitney just needed to head back to her roots to find a way to pick up the pieces. Nothing in that plan involved coming face to face with the torment of her past. A scandal that still haunts Whitney today. While good intentions are always the start of Whitney’s plan, the aftermath of her drama always affects those around her.
The world isn’t ready to step into the feud between the Riscoff and Gable families….or are they? The drama, angst, and turmoil between these characters is hard to ignore. I have to admit, I was glued to my reader from start to finish. Yes…..it was that good!! Get ready for an addictive story that will pull you in with the unique plot and amazing characters. Bring on the next novel…..’cause this story is just heating up!!
A new series by Meghan March? Sign me right up! Richer Than Sin is the first book in her Sin trilogy and gives us a story of a forbidden love about enemies to possibly lovers, but as we know, noting truly desired comes easy! But can something so wrong, feel so right?
The Riscoffs and Gables have been in a never-ending feud for decades. Lincoln Riscoff knows what is expected of him. He is the heir to a family fortune and his job is to protect it at all costs. Whitney Gable should be the last thing on his mind. Especially after he lost her all those years ago.
You see, years ago Lincoln and Whitney met and had a night to remember. It was steamy and sexy, but once their identities were revealed, completely forbidden. But now she is back and things will be different. Lincoln wants her back and nothing will stand his way, not even Whitney!
I absolutely loved Richer Than Sin. This story consumed me! I devoured it in one sitting. I loved that we were able to get both point-of-views and see what happened between them then and now. And if you have read Meghan March before, you know you will want more! That ending! I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book!
Read and reviewed for Sultry Sirens Book Blog.
Happy reading!
Ah! What a start to this trilogy! Lincoln and Whitney are explosive!
The Riscoff’s and the Gable’s have a life long feud; but Lincoln and Whitney have such an intense connection and they can’t stay away. I love the flashbacks from past to present and seeing into the way everything unfolded. There is so much that happened and so much that is still happening! And I love the way every chapter leaves you hanging!
“They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after . . . but I’m not done with Whitney Gable.”
So much angst. So much drama. Great twists! This story is addicting! I need the next book now!
5 STAR Review by Jodi for Ruby Red Romance Review
I LOVE Meghan March. Richer Than Sin was everything I wanted and so, so much more. This story is something different from Meghan and honestly, it was a breath of fresh air. This story is about forbidden romance. It’s about finding yourself when life throws everything in your face. It’s about overcoming and moving on.
Lincoln and Whitney are full of angst, passion, and powerful chemistry. I loved this story from start to finish, but it’s going to be hard for me to wait for the next book. FYI…this book ends in a major cliffhanger. I know this review is vague at best, but I don’t want to ruin anything about this amazing story. There is so much drama, sexual chemistry, and just plan feels in this book that I found myself re-reading just to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I love Meghan March’s amazing mind. I’m honestly not sure how she comes up with such amazing stories. This story is no exception to that. Please check it out.
OH….MY…..HOLY…..HELL!!
What the hell just happened!!!
I’M FUCKING SPEECHLESS!!!!
I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!
About Richer Than Sin:
Two Dueling Families
With a Feud that’s lasted over 170 years
And One Epic Love Story
Is it set up for failure
or will love prevail?
In the town of Gable, there lived two wealthy families. The Gables and The Riscoffs. Both families refused to back down from a feud that has been long going and has lasted over 170 years.
Ten years ago, a Riscoff fell in love with a Gable. They had a love that had the ability to last a lifetime, but deep down they both knew their love wouldn’t last, without a fight, because of their families. Now Ten Years later, Whitney Gable is back and Lincoln Riscoff is not letting her out of his sights again.. And the fight he’s about to face is bigger than anyone has anticipated.
My Thoughts:
I am fairly new to Meghan March’s work. I’ve only read the Mount Trilogy, so far, and I absolutely loved it. One thing I learned by reading my fourth novel written by Meghan March, If you have a busy day planned….Don’t start a novel by her, especially Richer Than Sin, because once you start this novel… all those plans… are going right down the drain! It was an epic battle. I had to fight myself to put my kindle down so I could get shit done!
When I first read the blurb for Richer Than Sin, I was completely captivated and I knew I needed to get my hands on this book. I wasn’t expecting to receive an arc for Richer Than Sin, Imagine my surprise when it showed up on my kindle. Thank you so much for allowing me to read Richer Than Sin early! Usually I wait for the whole trilogy to release and then I binge all of the epicness but with the Sin trilogy, I couldn’t wait.
Richer Than Sin is told in two point of views. It also jumps from Past to Present, which I found even more intriguing. I loved getting a glimpse into the past rather than trying to figure it out for myself. It made the past relationship between Lincoln and Whitney much more real and heartbreaking. There was a knot that formed and further grew in my heart with each page turned.
Overall, I’m a sucker for a forbidden, Romeo and Juliet type story line! To say I’m completely mind fucked right now would be a HUGE understatement!! I have no clue how to process what I just read and the freaking cliffhanger Meghan March has left me with!! I need more!
This new trilogy by Meghan definitely starts off with a bang and doesn’t disappoint!! In true Meghan fashion, she had me hooked from the start!! Richer Than Sin reminded me of a modern day Romeo and Juliet. Whitney and Lincoln are from two families who do not get along and shouldn’t be together by their families standards. Whitney is a sweet and caring person who was dealt a crappy life. Lincoln is the bad boy heir to the family fortune. When the two of them get together their story is delightfully sinful!! This is going to be an epic trilogy and I cannot wait for book two!!!!
WHAT?! Omg I need book 2 asap! Every curse word ever is flowing through my head right now. I’m super excited for Guilty as Sin now, like wtf just happened?!
Modern day Romeo and Juliet, I think that’s the best way to describe Whitney and Lincoln. Is it love or it is wanting something u can’t have. They should hate each other, with the family feud that has been going on for generations, but they can’t seems to stay away from each other. When Whitney ends up back in Gable after a terrible 10yrs with a husband she should not of married , Lincoln thinks now is his chance to get her back. Can’t wait for the next books in this series!
I love every story Ms March brings to her readers, but this book by far is my absolute favorite of them all! I devoured this book in one sitting, totally captivated by the story she tells of hot and sexy Lincoln Riscoff, and the beautiful and smart Whitney Gable!! Their families have been intertwined for decades, and having a volatile past between the two, is just another road block for this couple to try and get thru. Lincoln is the heir to the family business, and he feels the pressure to marry and start to produce the next generation of Riscoff’s!! But there’s one thing standing in his way-Whitney’s back in town, and the first glimpse of her brings memories and feelings back that he thought we’re long gone, but come rising to the top like a volcano erupting!!! Whitney has fled the life she led in LA. Leaving the craziness of her life there, she comes back to town hoping to start over, connecting with her cousin and her favorite Aunt. All she wants is to be with family, and to quietly settle into some normalcy, but unfortunately for Whitney that may not happen.
This story has everything I love in a book. It’s a second chance love story, told in dual pov’s, and it goes from the present day to past, which in turn gives us a story layered and steeped in the rich and colorful history of these beloved characters. The secondary characters are deeply immersed into the saga of these families, and they give you a look into the history of the town and their families. Of course this wouldn’t be a Megan March story without a major cliffhanger, and boy does she give you one that will bring you to your knees!!! Can’t wait for book 2!!!!
Oh, Lincoln Riscoff…you are so sexy.
Richer Than Sin is another phenomenal romance from the brilliant mind of Meghan March. With her signature alpha male tone, this novel gives more of a Romeo & Juliet vibe.
The Riscoffs are the richest family and own nearly the entire town. For Lincoln, money isn’t everything. He’s the more grounded of the family but works hard to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and continue to keep the family corporation profitable. But having grown up outside of town means the deep rooted animosity between his family and the Gables hold not meaning to him. Especially after spending the most incredible night with Whitney and later learns she’s a Gable.
For Whitney, she’s well aware the Riscoffs are off limits. Though shy tries to keep hm at a distance and keep it more fun and less serious, it was inevitable that he’d steal her heart.
The delivery of this story was beautiful. Switching from past to present, the author gives us the dual timeline to experience the passion and heartbreak Lincoln and Whitney share. Book One of this trilogy is the start of an incredible roller coaster ride and I’ve buckled in and prepared myself for the ride.
Man! I swear each Meghan March book is hotter than the last! I am so in love and I cannot wait for what’s to come!! FIVE HUGE STARS!!
“I’m looking at the only thing I want, and you’re telling me it’s impossible because of our last names. I don’t buy that. I will never buy that. Just give me a goddamned chance. That’s all you have to do.”
TORTURE! Pure torture! Meghan March has done it again! She has gotten me so invested that I don’t even know what to do with myself right now! How am I supposed to go on with my life? How am I supposed to even THINK about picking up another book? That’s it! I’ve checked out. Nothing will satisfy my heart or my soul until I get my hands on the next book in the series…NOTHING I tell you!
You would think it would be impossible to get even better than what she has given us in the past, but she’s done it and she’s done it with such flare…such boldness and richness! Whitney and Lincoln will BLOW YOUR EVER LOVIN’ MIND! Richer Than Sin by Meghan March is like Romeo and Juliet on steroids…sexier, dirtier, more suspenseful with so many twists and turns, ups and downs…and without that pesky downer of an ending…well at least I hope not! I’m watching you Meghan March!
No spoilers here…just trust me when I tell you that Ms. March as UPPED her game with the very first book in her FANTABULOUS Sin Trilogy! And just think! We are only getting started people! Can you even imagine what she has in store for us in the next two books? I’m getting giddy, inpatient, and a little crazy just thinking about it! I love this author! I love everything she puts out into the world and after DEVOURING Richer Than Sin, you will know EXACTLY why! So, happy reading and don’t get too comfortable, because you are in for one HELL of a SEXY and FORBIDDEN ride!
Devoured this first book in Meghan March’s new trilogy. Fast paced, sexy as sin and twists you don’t see coming. A fantastic tale with similarities of Romeo and Juliet and Cinderella. Forbidden love that never dies, that ignites a decade later. Can’t wait to read Guilty As Sin.
Richer Than Sin (Sin Trilogy #1) is a forbidden romance. The town is named for Whitney’s family, but owned by Lincoln’s family. The feud between their families has been going on for generations.
“Lincoln Riscoff had already turned me into an addict, and I was dangerously close to feeling things about him that I shouldn’t be feeling. He’d cast a spell on me”
Lincoln hopes for a second chance when Whitney returns to town 10 years after she had slipped away married to another man.
“I’m scared.”
His arms wrapped around me, and he pressed me tightly enough against his strong body that I actually thought he could protect me from the world.
“You don’t need to be scared, Blue. You have me.”
I love a well done cliffhanger and boy oh boy this book has an amazing cliffy. The kind that makes you shout out and immediately start the countdown for book two!!
-5 Stars!!-
While I am no expert on Meghan March’s repertoire, this book is so different than the other books I’ve read by her. The suspense and intrigue, while still present, wasn’t as paramount in Richer than Sin. Instead, it focused on the microcosm of small-town dynamics and familial relationships. It was fascinating, and I can’t wait to see what is bubbling beneath the surface because I am sure we’ve only just scratched the surface on what’s going on in Gable.
There are few tropes I enjoy more than second-chance romances and forbidden romance is one of those. Combine those two, and I’m all in. While Richer than Sin could easily be compared to Romeo and Juliet, I feel like that comparison doesn’t do the story justice – it diminishes the extent of Whitney and Lincoln’s relationship. No, this book is more Hatfields and McCoys meets the Notebook. The animosity between the families was so intense and long-lived, it was almost more about carrying on tradition than it was about the actual feud. And Whitney and Lincoln’s relationship transcended the infatuation of two teenagers and bordered on something essential to their survival.
I can’t talk about this book and not mention perhaps the most important character in this book, the town of Gable itself. So much of what Whitney and Lincoln went through was because of the tense dynamics of living in a town where one family rules above all others. I loved how Ms. March used that quality to push the story forward and put the characters in situations that demanded more from them than they deserved.
While Richer than Sin didn’t have the same type of suspense as her other novels, it was no less intriguing. There are so many moving parts within the Riscoff and Gable families; it feels as if there will be no end to the things we uncover about them and their dubious connections. I have so many theories and speculations about what is going on with them, and I have no doubt my assumptions barely scratch the surface of what is boiling underneath their feud.
Meghan March continues to impress me with her engrossing storylines. Each time I open one of her books I’m swept up in these rich worlds with endless secrets and fascinating relationships. I appreciate how, while all of her books have a similar style, each one has a freshness and theme all its own. Her characters all have an innate strength, and I love that her heroines are never shrinking violets. Every time I read one of her series I’m caught up in all of it, but I think the Sin series is going to be at the top of my list of my favorites from her.
NO SPOILERS!
HOLY. FREAKING. CRAP! What did I just read?! Richer Than Sin was a sexy, addicting, and entertaining start to the Sin Trilogy, and has been my FAVORITE book from Meghan March so far! The storyline and characters were phenomenal, and I loved the author’s writing style. Everything Meghan March writes is pure gold, and Richer Than Sin was no exception.
The storyline was beyond amazing, and I honestly didn’t want it to end. While Meghan March excels at writing romantic suspense, I believe her true calling is forbidden and second chance romance. I was hooked to Richer Than Sin from the first page to the last, and was enthralled with all of the plot twists and everything else in between. Ms. March constantly kept me on my toes, and even though I knew there would be a cliffhanger, I absolutely did not expect that ending. Richer Than Sin completely blew me away, and I am literally dying to get my hands on the next installment, Guilty as Sin!
The characters were fan-freaking-tastic. Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable have been two of my favorite characters that Meghan March has written so far, and I completely fell head over heels in love with them and their story. I loved their personalities and smoking hot chemistry together, and how their relationship progressed throughout. I loved reading the book from both Lincoln and Whitney’s point of view, and all of their banter and interactions with each other. The first part of Lincoln and Whitney’s story was an epic ride that I will never forget, and I’m so excited to read part two in Guilty as Sin!
Richer Than Sin was a sexy, riveting, and addictive introduction to the Sin Trilogy, and I would HIGHLY recommend it! Richer Than Sin has been some of Meghan March’s best work to date, and I absolutely loved everything from beginning to end. I am totally hooked to Lincoln, Whitney, and their story, and can’t wait to read the continuation in Guilty as Sin!
Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable, I just can’t! This first book in The Sin trilogy really had me hooked from the first word all the way to the end! Don’t even get me started on how HOT the covers are, I totally skipped the synopsis when I saw those covers!!
I absolutely loved the whole rivalry between the families, I was intrigued throughout the whole book and was absolutely enamored with these characters. I honestly thought Whitney was a pretty strong heroine even though she had her moments of weakness, but who wouldn’t with a man like Lincoln completely falling at her feet.
Lincoln, well let’s just say he was totally and utterly HOT! His love for Whitney stemmed from the moment he laid eyes on her not knowing who she was and the same goes for Whitney. Had they both knew who they were, maybe things would have turned out a little bit differently between them. But you can’t predict what the future holds for you and these two were destined to meet each other and obviously fall in love knowing that their love was forbidden from the get-go.
The lies, intrigues and the twists to this story had my undivided attention 100% and don’t even get me started with that cliffy at the end (OMG style).
I can’t wait to continue with this forbidden love story between Lincoln and Whitney. I want and need more from these two like yesterday!
Meghan completely rocked it with this first book so I know the rest of this series is going to be intense to the core!!
Whenever Meghan March has an upcoming release—may it be a standalone, a duet, a trilogy, or a series—I always pounce on it like a hungry cub because she just never fails to get my heart and blood and adrenaline pumping with her books that have such electrifyingly brilliant plots, and overly intriguing and riveting characters. They give my brain, my heart, and my body a hefty workout, and I’m not even complaining. Richer than Sin is no different at all—this is absolutely one hell of a series starter and I couldn’t say “I need more!” fast enough.
“I knew it was a simple fact that when you mixed Lincoln Riscoff and me together, we exploded like TNT.”
This book hit the ground running. You get dropped off right in the middle of what was currently happening on the very first chapter, then it alternates to flashbacks of how Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable’s tale truly began on the next. I think it’s actually quite perfect because while you get the tension and mystery of the present, you also get to see the beauty and thrill of young, forbidden love. Of how they were ten years ago—how they grew closer and built a relationship with a bond so extraordinary and strong.
“Kissing Lincoln Riscoff was like finding salvation when you’d thought all was lost. It didn’t feel like kissing the enemy.”
Lincoln and Whitney come from two families who’s had a long-standing feud over their town. This gives them such contrasting statuses in life that just makes their chemistry all the more intense and magnetizing—it will leave you dazed and mesmerized. I couldn’t get enough of them; I just wanted to flip through the whole book like a mad man and get to the bottom of what was really going on.
”I see you, Whitney. I see you so fucking clearly that I never want to look at anyone else ever again.”
I fell in love with both Lincoln and Whitney. There’s not a doubt that these characters will pull you in right from the get go. You’ll just keep on craving to know more about them and their history the more you get into the book, the deeper you get into the story. And it wasn’t just the two of them whom you’ll get hooked onto here—it’s basically every single character you’ll meet. Yes, even the secondary ones!
“Every moment feels precious when you know what it’s like to lose the person who matters most.”
Richer than Sin may be a lighter, sweeter, more hit-you-in-the-feels kind of story compared to the darker, more suspenseful tone of the Mount and Savage trilogies, but don’t be fooled, because it’s the kind of second chance romance that’s taken to a whole other level. One with a storyline that’s still unpredictable as all get out and packs one hell of a punch. One that will have you obsessed and starving for more, and your heart squeezing and skipping beats.
”There are some mistakes a man only makes once, and losing you was one of them.”
Packed with so many emotions and leaving you with a hundred and one questions plaguing your brain, Meghan March delivers yet again one hell of an epic and mind-blowing start to a new trilogy, and with another massive cliffhanger that will have you needing to pick your jaw up from the floor. I’m beyond ready for the next chapter of Whitney and Lincoln’s tale. My anticipation levels for Guilty as Sin is just insanely real, and what with that kind of ending!
Richer than Sin is a crazy ride. Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable have an incredible story, and we’ve only just begun. Book one of a trilogy, this does leave you with a jaw-dropping cliffhanger high. Experience tells me as much as I want to scream, I’ll need the wait to prepare for book two.
I loved Richer than Sin. I was left breathless after the prologue, and simply enthralled as the story unfolded. The characters are raw and their story is intense. It felt quick, as I devoured it in one sitting. I was addicted to the thrill of the drama, while not being overwhelmed.
I would recommend this to the reader looking for a story to leave their heartfs pounding.
