From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes a saga of forbidden love and second chances.A Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after. Our family feud is the stuff of legends.Ten years ago, Whitney Gable caught me off guard with her long legs and grab-you-by-the-balls blue eyes.I didn’t know or care what her name was.Like any Riscoff worth the family name, I went after … worth the family name, I went after what I wanted. We burned like a flash fire until she married another man.
She hates me, and she should.
I objected on her wedding day.
Now she’s home, with those same long legs and man-eater stare, but there’s no ring on her finger.
They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after . . . but I’m not done with Whitney Gable.
I’ll never be done with her.

MARVELOUS!!! The perfect start to a new series that promises to get even better! Hot DAYUM… the words, draw you in, the writing keeps you glued to the pages and then…. The End until Book 2. I love when Meghan pulls you in and doesn’t let you go, her characters are so real, you are cheering them on and wanting to hold them tight when things get tough.
All the FEELS in this sexy, hot and sometimes heart stopping novel, you can picture the scenery, feel the hatred, love and passion.
10 Super Stars!!!
Can this even be considered a second chance romance? I thought things were turning around for Lincoln and Whitney and BAM! Another curve ball is unexpectedly thrown at you. Okay that is me reeling in from just finishing this book. I have heard all great things about the author Meghan March. This is my first book I have read from this author. I do own a couple of books, but sadly I have not had a chance to dive into them. What I agree on with the rest of her fans, is she writes with so much emotion, it is hard to decipher what is real and what is not.
Richer Than Sin started a little slow for me. I am not use to the authors writing style and taking that into consideration, I became stuck in the characters world. The town of Gable …. oh what can you say about small towns. Everyone knows you business from the second something gossip worthy happens. I felt for both Whitney and Lincoln. Caught up in a modern day Romeo and Juliet. I am just hoping that they get a HEA and have lots of babies lol.
This book left me speechless. I am in shock how it ends and yes it has a cliffy. But I am okay with that since we have two more books coming our way! I am so happy that I finally got to read a Meghan March book! All the feels!
GAH!! Meghan March’s stories are absolutely fabulous in that they transport you to a new place with new characters everytime. It doesn’t matter what kind of story it is and what genre it falls into, you are guaranteed to be sucked in right away! I absolutely loved Lincoln and Whitney and everything about this story. It was addicting, consuming and something I could not get enough of.
This series (Sin) is so different from her other series in the past as this one had an old fashioned soap opera feel to it. It wasn’t dark or gritty like the Anti-Heroes or the Savage series but it was no less intense and gripping. I was hooked on the idea of two feuding families, the Gables and the Riscoffs and the connection that Lincoln Riscoff and Whitney Gable have with one another. Without giving away any spoilers this story was high on the drama and shocks and as per usual had a shocking cliffy!
All in all, this was amazing and that ending!! OMGGGGG I’m dead!! I can’t wait for more! Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula
A modern day “Hatfields and McCoys” story.
I really think that Meghan March is trying to break me! Really. Mentally, I mean. Break. Me. It’s a good thing I can take it because, as usual with one of Meghan’s trilogies, I have to know how it ends!!!!!!
Meghan March has always been a favorite author of mine, but the growth that she has exhibited as an author is something that is astounding to watch. She’s always been an amazing author, but her books have grown in depth for me. They have become more complex, more emotional and I am one hooked reader!
RICHER THAN SIN is a great example of just such growth. Lincoln Riscoff is the same intense, alpha male that we know and love and Whitney Gable is the same strong, sane heroine we can expect from Meghan, as well.
What’s different about these two characters for me isn’t just the change of scenery, though that is there, but rather, it’s the emotion. It’s the despair that has beaten Whitney down at every turn that sucked me in. I FELT Whitney’s defeat. I FELT her hopelessness and indecision. I FELT her NEED to run when she thought that running was her only option to keep those she loves safe! Every time she tries to hide and keep to herself in an attempt to heal and protect, it backfires and scorches her even more and Meghan lets you FEEL that!
This book is definitely a buildup book. It is totally the downward spiral in Whitney’s life and with every great story, you have to appreciate rock bottom before you can celebrate being King of the Hill!
Lincoln, on the other hand, he’s rising. She’s coming into his strength. His power. His hands are still tied by his grandfather (who is a whole secondary story in and of itself), but he’s taking control of his world and working to make the role that his grandfather has fashioned for him his own. He’s trying to do it his way while having to watch his back and protect a role that he never really saw himself in but will accept as his lot in life.
Lincoln met Whitney at a time in their lives you would swear that it could have only been FATE that put them together. Now that they’ve met and connected, of course the real struggle begins! Struggles with themselves as individuals, struggles with their past and struggles with their family!
Family. Ugh! Family. Such a simple word for such a complex entity for this couple. Both of their families are such volatile facets in their journey. Their grandfathers, for one, are funny in a not so funny way. The relationship between the patriarchs of the Gable and Riscoff families are the true basis of the whole “Hatfields and McCoys” reference. They are really set in their ways, strong willed but feeble bodied old codgers who actually live to simply continue this feud in true redneck fashion. They give a dimension of humor to this story while hammering words like “tradition”, “loyalty” and “family” to their grandchildren all the while pigeonholing them with rules and opinions that force them to comply to their way of thinking with no understanding or compassion for the next generation. They are smart, cagey and a real force for Whitney and Lincoln to deal with. Then there’s Whitney’s foul, nasty cousin and Lincoln’s hateful, spiteful mother and petulant father who will stop at nothing to make sure that everyone is a miserable as they are. Will they ever catch a break?
I know that I plan to find out…just as soon as Meghan releases GUILTY AS SIN and the conclusion, REVELING IN SIN. The torture is real but the wait is worth it!
4.5 what’s going to happen next Stars!!
I really enjoyed this book, it took you into the lives of Lincoln and Whitney. I fell for Lincoln because he was lovable and just really cared. He was authoritative, but didn’t have the alpha male persona.
I can’t wait to read more about them, hopefully Whitney’s family and that ending??!!!

When you literally yell W*** The F*** at the last chapter of the book, that kinda gives you an idea on where my head is at right now. Meghan March has become a master at twists & plots & holy crapinoli endings that leave you flabbergasted, and dare I say, stressed. Stressed because my mouth is still hanging open from that ending, and now I have to wait a month or so until the second book comes out. AND I NEED THAT SECOND BOOK!!! This book just hurls you into it from page 1, and you can’t stop until you’re done. The characters were epic, with this long running family feud that throws a wrench in lots of things. There were times I literally lol’d, and not to mention some super hot chemistry. I NEED MORE!!! I can’t wait to continue on this journey & find out what happens next!!
