Business is great—until people start to lose confidence in her abilities because her boyfriends all seem to break up with her.
To save her business, she’ll have to risk her heart. And her pride. She knocks on Rhett’s door—the only person she thinks will go along with her crazy plan. Could their make-believe marriage be exactly what they both need to get out of their own way and find a happily-ever-after?

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is a wonderful series – 7 brides for 7 brothers! Though they all start out as “fake” marriages.
Enjoyable reading!
This book is a fun twist on the traditional romance genre. At times the story becomes hard to accept as realistic which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Still it is a entertaining read.
Good
unrealistic and unnecessarily drawn out
Evvy’s matchmaking reminds me of Hitch – my husband and I love that movie! I’ll admit that I started this series with Liam’s book and read through the end before coming back to the beginning for Rhett’s HEA. 100% you should start at the beginning of the series. I loved getting to know the earlier versions of characters I’ve come to love. The brothers’ start in Three Rivers, our introduction to the town and the sisters. A wonderful, clean romance that sets up a great series.
Love the entire series. Can’t wait for the last book to be released
Rhett’s Make Believe Marriage is a tear jerker! I felt like it was a more down to earth real life story. The reactions of the siblings on both sides show it is not a fairy tale relationship. The thoughts of Rhett thinking this would turn into forever and help Evelyn’s business at the same time was what I was hoping would happen. But to be honest, I couldn’t understand Evelyn’s hesitation as Rhett was everything that Evelyn wanted and he was trying to make it work. But it took Rhett finalizing everything, his siblings coming back together around him, and working with Evelyn’s sisters on their ranch to bring him some relief, but nothing would heal his heart. It finally hit Evelyn that Rhett was really done. Evelyn’s heart took longer to jump-start. She talked to her Daddy and her Grandma. But a sermon at Church hit her heart. Then a new plan had to be made and a humbling of attitude to get what they both wanted, but needed more. With both hearts set on the same course, only love can bloom.
It was never going to be smooth sailing for Rhett and Evvy. Meeting in a storm shelter foreshadowed that truth. But, can they find a shelter in each despite past hurts? Will a marriage of convenience help them sidestep their problems.
I was drawn in by the complexity of the characters. Evvy grew up without the security of a mother to teach her to understand and communicate her feelings. Rhett was betrayed by a fiancé once, and is shy about dating. They are three dimensional, and their story seemed truly plausible. The perfect balance of reality and storybook romance!
I liked the characters but the premise for their fake marriage was unbelievable. True Christians would never have agreed to this arrangement. It is a sin against God to enter into marriage for such a flimsy reason.
All this author’s books are very good and clean my kind of story and a western and loveGod
Fun to read. Faith based
Good clean Romance
I liked the plot of the book; the characters are realistic. Some of the turns of the book seemed illogical, but, all in all a nice story. There were no language issues (cursing) which I will not tolerate in my reading.
I liked the relationship of the brothers.
Love this series. I especially like the characters and their interactions in an unusual situation, with everyone having their own hang-ups. Excellent story and well-written.
It was a fun book to read. Can’t say realistic though.
Great read! One of those that’s a great read on a cold day with a cup of hot chocolate and a warm blanket!
I enjoyed it
