A truly sweet story that reminds us how lives can be changed by love and devotion. Forgiveness, trust, and patience are found in this remarkable story. Bring the tissues. I received a copy of this book from the author and this is my personal honest opinion. No review was required.
“He’d put the night out of his mind for almost twenty years. Refused to remember in case it broke him. Would it break him tonight?”
Jill Kemerer gives us book two in her Wyoming Cowboy series with Nash Bolton and Amy Deerson’s story. Amy and Nash were an item ten years ago and she was sure he was about to propose. Then Nash just up and left town without a word. Not one word in ten years to explain his actions.
Amy has studied a long time to fulfill a desire of her heart: to mentor a child who needs a positive influence in their life. When she meets the child she’s been asked to mentor, she discovers the little girl is Nash’s little sister, Ruby. No! It can’t be! Ruby has had a horrible past in her short 4 years and she is fragile and quite traumatized. Can Amy and Nash put aside their feelings now to help a little girl move past her hurt?
Jill Kemerer has done a wonderful job on this story. The plot is so very good and I fell in love with little Ruby and was in tears several times reading about the hurts this little girl has endured in her short life. Recommended.
*My thanks to the author and publisher for a copy of this book. The opinions stated here are entirely my own.
“God loves you so much. There’s nothing you can do that would make Him leave you.”~ page 126
Amy Deerson’s greatest desire has always been to mentor a child. When the opportunity to do just that comes up with an old flames younger sister, will she sacrifice her dream or will she put aside her hurt to help the little girl? Nash Bolton had kept a secret from Amy years ago to protect her in the only way he knew how, by leaving. Will he take the chance to explain his past and open old wounds for his sister’s sake? Or will the hurt drive them even further apart?
This one has all the emotional depth I’ve come to expect from Jill Kemerer! Right from the get-go you know you’re in for more than just an entertaining story; you’re in it for the long haul. Your heart can’t help but get attached to little Ruby who’s been through more hurt than a four-year-old should ever go through in a lifetime. You’ll want to hug those hurts away! Nash wants the best that he can give her and show her a love she’s never known. And he’s determined that if the answers to his prayers are in Amy’s hands, he’ll do what it takes to make it happen! There’s a lot of things for each character to work through and a past to deal with. With God’s help, they are determined to make a little girls life richer & fuller all while learning to be gracious and understanding. Loved seeing how faith played a major role in Nash and Amy lives and how it shaped them throughout the book. Forgiveness is the main theme in this heartwarming story and remembering that even if someone leaves you, God will always be by your side…even when you make mistakes!

Amy’s determination has helped her become a thriving businesswoman in charming Sweet Dreams, Wyoming despite the unexpected detour of her dreams. She has pulled herself up by the bootstraps and moved on (or so she tells herself).
Nash is such a sweet underdog hero. He’s willing to move heaven and earth to protect a couple of special gals no matter how much it costs his big ‘ol broken heart. Nash’s closest friends and stand-in mother figure form an endearing rag-tag family.
I love the unique plot and the intimate small-town atmosphere!

Reunited with the Bull Rider is a Love Inspired Romance by Jill Kemerer. Jill did an excellent job writing this story. If you love, romance, cowboys, faith than this is the book for you. I loved reading Amy’s and Nash’s story. I received a complementary copy of this book. This review is my honest opinion. 4.5 stars!
Jill Kemerer’s latest book, Reunited with the Bull Rider, took me on quite the ride. I was immediately pulled into this beautiful story of redemption, forgiveness, hope, and second-chance love. The characters were realistic and flawed, but so engaging and appealing that I adored them and hated to see the book end. Kemerer has infused this small town tale with her usual warmth, charm and heart-tugging emotion. This book is part of a series but can easily be read as a stand-alone.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy. All opinions are my own.
