Too much detail of locations and too obvious a plot. Not a complete ending. Hard to keep reading. Found myself flipping pages to get through boring details
Last few chapters were blah…knew what was going to happen….skipped then enjoyed final chapters pulling end together.
A fun read.
Enjoyed it very much. Have read it twice now.
If you love The Carolina’s you will love this book. Great story line. You can’t out it down.
Dorothea Benton Frank sure knows how to spin a yarn. The character development in all of her books brings a realism to each character such that I miss them once I’ve completed the book. I highly recommend Return to Sullivan’s Island for a great read.
Loved the story —love her books —-
Loved this book! Ended too soon!
One of my favorite authors. Never disappoints.
I love to find a book like this one to read when I want to get away from serious topics, get over a book I’m having trouble forgetting or just an easy summer read.
This is one of those books that makes me wish I had visited Sullivan island.
I have read several books about the east coast and this one did not disappoint.
Enjoy
Much like her other books, lots of description of area and some funny and sad family dynamics.
This may be my favorite of all of Frank’s beach books.
Like a comfortable blanket…As all of Ms Frank’s work is
I love Ms. Benton Frank’s books, they help me slide through our long northern winters!
You can’t go wrong with any book written by Dorothy Benton Frank! She always delivers a great read – the challenge, heartbreak and joy of relationships.
I always enjoy her books they are well written and her characters are always so real to me!
Good book.
LOVE ALL OF HER BOOKS!
Complete waster of time . Only reason I read it all is because I finish every book I start. Very disappointed in Frank.
Good, I usually love Frank but this was not her best.
