A Special Ops veteran polar bear.
An imprisoned Antarctic dragoness.
They’ve resigned to the fact that they’ll never find their mates.
But fate steps in when they least expect it.
After retiring from the Delta Force, Ash is more than ready to settle down. He’s got his eye on a ranch in Alaska, where he’ll have the freedom to unleash his pent-up polar bear at will. But his inner beast knows his … pent-up polar bear at will. But his inner beast knows his life up north will be a lonely one without a mate. When Ash is cryptically contacted by the Special Ops Shifter Force about enlisting in their new Dallas unit, curiosity gets the best of him and he rethinks his plans.
Being deployed on a covert mission to Antarctica wasn’t something Ash expected. Neither was finding a dragoness who captivated his bear the moment they met.
It’s not easy being a dragon shifter in a world of mortals, so Lane and her flight relocated to the tranquility of Antarctica years ago. The geothermal vents of the caverns they live in are cozy and peaceful, but as one of the few dragons in existence, Lane wonders if she’ll ever meet her fated in a place so remote.
That serenity is shattered when the military infiltrates, quickly turning their home into a prison for experimentation. But little does she know the rebel who claims he’s come to help might also rescue her heart.
Can she trust her so-called savior, or does this spell the end for Lane and her clan?

Rescued By The Soldier Bear by Meg Ripley is such a wonderful story that I have had the privilege to read. This wonderful story has polar bear and an antarctic dragoness in the story. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about polar bear, dragon shifters, fantasy and paranormal romances in their stories.

A riveting read in the Special Ops Shifters: Dallas Force series! It is superbly written, emotionally deep, funny, well thought out, and exciting. The suspense, danger, inhumane experiments, and more pulled me in from the first page and I was engrossed until the end. The characters are likeable and strong; fated mates with amazing chemistry between them. I look forward to reading more from this series. Definitely recommended!

Ash has just retired from the military, where he worked in counterterrorism for years. Now his plan is to buy a ranch in Alaska. Lane is part of a dragon flight who has been captured by a secret part of the military for experimentation. Before Ash has time to buy his ranch he is recruited by the SOS, the Special Ops Shifter Force, and his first mission is to investigate possible dragon sightings and military activity. It’s a fast-paced story with likable characters and a great happily ever after. I received an advance copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.
I was intrigued as to how a polar bear would end up in a hot place like Dallas. Then I remembered that Maren and Garrison are dragons and they lived happily in Washington DC! With the way the story ended, now I can’t wait for the next book to appear to learn more about Max.

Ash was about to buy a ranch in Alaska after getting out of the service, when the SOS called him about a job with the Force in Dallas. Lane and her Clan lived simply in a cavern in Antarctica until they were captured and imprisoned by doctors intent on experimenting on them. Ash is assigned to scout out a suspicious situation in Antarctica and he’s appalled at what he sees. Captured By The Soldier Bear is an exciting romance I enjoyed and recommend.

Ash is a polar bear shifter recruited for a special ops unit. He is biding his time until he can go to Alaska and be free of responsibilities. Lane is a dragon shifter who lives in caves with others of her group. They are in Antarctica looking for a way to get their freedom. They are trapped by infiltrators sent by the scientist who want to experiment on them. Lane wants them to be rescued but doesn’t realize Ash may also connect with her. Ash a retired Delta force member is in Alaska and wonders about buying a ranch. A mysterious phone call calls him to Dallas for a mission. Lane and her dragon family are happy and content until strangers invade their lair and start experiments on them. Will Ash be able to rescue the Dragons???? Will Lane find her mate????? Love the story and how compassionate Ash was to the plight of the Dragons before his team rescued them. A great and enjoyable read.

I love this book! The Dallas SOS Force is just as amazing as the original! This is the story of Ash and Lane, a polar bear and dragon shifter who find each other when Ash is sent to Antarctica to rescue a flight of dragons. Ash has just retired from the military and is looking to buy a ranch in Alaska when he gets the call to come to Dallas. He is one of four chosen for the new office of the SOS Force. He is not there long before he is sent to Antarctica after they receive a call that a flight of dragons is being held captive by the Army. When he arrives, he finds the dragons in terrible shape and being experimented on. Jack, a new member of the team, manages to get Ash on site as a doctor and he moves in the gather information. What he finds will change his life. Lane is surprised when she sees a polar bear in the cave/cell they are confined too. When a new doctor shows up, she’s not sure she can trust him. Turns out she can and he’s her mate. They manage to rescue the dragons and destroy the lab with the help of the rest of the SOS team but when they arrive back in Dallas, Lane has trouble readjusting to society. She leaves Ash in the middle of the night, figuring he’ll be better off without her. He tracks her down and lets her know that he was only happy in Dallas because she was in Dallas. The two then move to Alaska, buy the ranch and begin the rest of their lives.
