From the New York Times bestselling author of the Wind Dragons and Cursed Ravens MC series comes trouble in the form of a renegade. “The perfect mixed of sass, steam, and suspense!” -United Indie Book Blog Good girl Isabella wouldn’t miss the birth of her sister’s baby for the world. So when her car breaks down and one of the bikers next door offers her a ride to Vegas, it’s too tempting to … ride to Vegas, it’s too tempting to pass up. Besides, she can think of worse travel conditions than wrapping her arms around Renny, otherwise known as Renegade.
Tall, dark and handsome, the man is pure sex on a Harley.
Between wild parties and rumbling motorcycles, living next to the Knights of Fury MC has always left Isabella curious, but after a night in Vegas, she gets a firsthand taste. Drinks in the club surrounded by burly bikers soon turns into a series of daring decisions, which don’t seem so bad until she wakes up the next morning. Married. To Renny.
Could she be more of a cliché?
Nothing complicates an annulment like lingering temptation, especially when Isabella and Renny give in to their need, putting their marriage where their mouths are. But as Isabella learns what outlaw life is really like, she’ll have to decide if she’s in love with a biker–or in over her head.

Renegade is book two in Chantal Fernando’s Knights of Fury series; however, it can be read as a standalone as the major events of book one are briefly discussed between the characters.
Isabella is a graphic designer who works from home. She is the closest neighbor in proximity to the members of the Knights of Fury motorcycle club but she has no desire to get to know the men in leather. She stays away from the club, minds her business, having no one but her sister since the passing away of her mother and the estrangement of her father. When Isabella’s car barely makes it out of the driveway on her way to Las Vegas from California for the birth of her niece, who comes to her rescue? None other than Renegade–Renny, a Knights of Fury member.
Isabella hands down held this story together for me. She was sassy and so dang on fiesty, bringing a witty dialogue to almost every single page. But there were times when her indecisiveness became repetitive. Now, Renny is everything I am usually fond of in a hero. I mean seriously, he’s super duper sweet with an air of mystery to him. But, he didn’t give me that club member vibe. The novel itself read more as a clean contemporary romance novel instead of a MC romance. There was drama but no club drama. No grit, no dirty. This, in turn, and factoring in the lack of dual POV caused me to not fully enjoy this novel. But, I did enjoy this novel. I found it to be easy-to-read and entertaining and I recommend it to those who prefer a lighter toned MC read.
Isabella has been living next door to the Knights of Fury MC for a while now and hasn’t had any issues with them. When her sister goes into labor and she rushes to reach her in Vegas but her car breaks down, she counts herself lucky to have the Knights as neighbors. They offer her a ride and although she misses the birth of her niece, she’s there for everything else and she’s grateful. She’s even more thankful that the Knights seem to be sticking around in Vegas and are giving her a ride back. After a wild night out with the boys, furthering her intense and immediate connection with Renny, they took things up a notch, which led to them discovering just how made for each other they were.
Hot boy next door?
Chemistry?
Drama?
A bit of suspense?
While I wasn’t enamored with this story because it didn’t meet the marks it kept setting up, I can see many people loving the heck out of it. It was just an ‘okay’ read for me. Nothing too explosive and it actually was pretty boring. But that’s just me. I like madness and mayhem and tons of explicit sexy times and for the suspense to actually have me gripping my kindle super hard in anticipation. That didn’t happen here, but I still enjoyed it. If I were to categorize this for anyone, I’d say this was a clean motorcycle club romance, which will appeal to plenty of readers.
“I mean, I wouldn’t want him to be unable to sleep tonight, so I guess I could take one for the team and tire him out tonight. I know, it’s a hard job, but somebody has to do it.”
I have been filled with anticipation while waiting for Renegade. After reading the first book in the series, I knew Izzy lived next door to the clubhouse, and I hoped that she would end up with one of the Knights. But, damn, what a way to do it, right? We all know that what happens in Vegas never stays in Vegas.
It was quite amusing as Izzy got to know Renny. Her sense of humor is incredible and she kept me giggling throughout. As she pointed out, Renegade is his nickname, and Renny is his nickname’s nickname. He showed up looking all sexy on his Harley right when her car was broke down on the side of the road. It might have taken them a little longer to get to know each other if she wasn’t desperate to get to Vegas for the delivery of her big sister’s baby. All her reservations went out the window due to the urgency of the situation. She needed to get to Vegas, now.
Ladies, I guarantee you are gonna be in hog heaven reading this book. It’s funny, sexy, sweet and suspenseful. Oh, and let’s not forget that it’s HOT! It’s got all the things I’ve come to expect from Chantal Fernando, and she never disappoints. With this being the early part of the series there’s much more suspense to look forward to. The ongoing club business situation has not been resolved and there’s no telling what surprises she has for us in Temper. The line forms here…
Great! I’m really enjoying this series. This was a great MC romance series. Great romance.
This was book 2 in the “Knights of Fury” series. Isabella lives next door to the knights clubhouse she is a good girl. When her car breaks down while trying to get to her sister who is about to have a baby so she accepts a ride with Renegade to Vegas. Renny has been looking for away to talk to her he likes what he sees. Renegade is a hot sexy alpha male a biker. Before they leave Vegas they decide to go out and have some fun they end up getting drunk and married. This was a good read these two had a lot of hot chemistry. When Izzy finds out that it was no accident that her car stops working she is hurt and disappointed in Renny. Turns out the knights need her help her father who she doesn’t have anything to do with is the mayor. I really liked her sister Airel she tells it like it is. When her sister moves in with her. When her sister is kidnapped she calls the knights for help. This was a good read that I also listened to the narrator was very good. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading and listening to the next book in this series
I really enjoyed this book. I found myself hooked from the very beginning and not wanting to put the book down. I really liked Izzy and Renny together! I will say this is on the tamer side of an MC book. It is told in Izzy’s perspective only, so you don’t get what’s happening behind the scenes in the club. There is no unnecessary prolonged drama in this book either, which I really like. I would definitely recommend this book.
A toe-curling romance that will leave you with a smile on your face. Fernando does an amazing job at creating characters that you will fall in love with from the very first page. Her bad boy bikers with hearts of gold will have you looking for your own personal Renny and her strong-willed females will inspire you to always fight for what you love.
Chantal Fernando delivered another fantastic story with the second book in her Knights of Fury MC series. I really enjoy reading her books. This one easily grabbed my attention and just wouldn’t let it go.
I was so engaged with the story and the amazing characters that I had trouble putting it down. This was Renny and Izzy”s book, or Renegade as our hero is known by his club name, and we met Izzy in the first book, as she lived near the club and had helped Skylar and Saint. I loved how Renny and Izzy hooked up in the beginning of the story. He was her bad ass biker hero with a softer side which helped to hook Izzy and of course they took the reader along for a ride that got as bumpy as expected as Chantal Fernando threw in a few big surprises, a bit of trouble with a rival club, and some emotional family drama to overcome.
As usual, Chantal Fernando was spot on in bringing her wonderful characters to life and engaging the reader with an intricately placed romance and steamy sexiness, nail biting suspense, drama and action. I enjoyed catching up with Saint and Skylar from the previous book. I absolutely loved Renny and Izzy ! Can’t wait to find out whose book is next ….. maybe Trade and Ariel …. lord I hope so …. they had some hot chemistry together …. they have to get a book …. or maybe Temper …. the characters populating this series are simply amazing. So whoever gets the next book I love it already !
This is the second book of Kings of Fury MC and I must say that this one was way better than the first. Izzy is the first neighbor to the MC and when her car breaks down Remmy offers to help and drives her to Vegs to her sister. On the way back they have a lot of fun and end up married. Between them is some crazy chemistry so will they give eachother a chance or not? When the truth comes out hell will be to pay. I liked this book better than the first it had more likable characters and a more believable story. I am curious about what will happen in the future.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for NetGalley
I loved this book!!! Renegade is hot hot hot!!! So many twists and turns in this book. I can’t wait for the next one in the series!!! Thank you Chantal for another fabulous book!!!!

In the second book in the Knights of Fury series, Renegade, by USA Today, New York Times and Amazon Bestselling Author, Chantal Fernando is where we meet Isabella and Renegade.
Renegade is a member of the Knights of Fury MC and has been for a while. His brotherhood to the other members is everything to him. Isabella is just the cute ‘neighbor’ who never complains or calls the cops on them if the music or rumble of the bikes get noisy. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t someone they’d like to get to know.
After packing for Vegas, where Ariel, Izzy’s sister lives, her car decides to break down just as she’s out of her driveway. Desperate to get to Vegas because her sister is almost due to give birth, she accepts a ride from one of the bikers who, in contrast to what you’d think, she doesn’t fear at all.
Izzy makes it to Vegas and after meeting her new-born niece, Mila, and taking care of her sister for a while, she heads back with the hot biker who was her virtual ‘Knight in shining leather armor’. Of course not before enjoying a proper Vegas night out. Whatever she thought the night would result in, waking up married to said biker was certainly not a part of the plan.
Who knows what else could happen from there?
This book is part of a series, but can be read as a standalone.
I was excited to get my hands on this book! I read the first in the series and was eager for Izzy’s story! This MC book was on the sweeter side compared to some of Chantal Fernando’s other MC stories. Renny is definitely an all alpha man, but he doesn’t fall into the gruff or grizzly norm of MC behavior.
“He’s a smooth operator, this Renny, and I knew that from the second he first spoke to me. He has a lot of swag to him-every move is sensual, graceful, and …just cool.”
Yep! Even Izzy clocked his sweetness a mile away. Too good to be true for sure! But Izzy loved feeling alive again. He enabled her be “out there” and live life again. She found along the way, that she was even learning to trust again.
“He brings out the life in me, but that isn’t always the safest way to live.”
Unfortunately, nothing is really as it seems and Izzy is abruptly reminded why she’s lived so guarded.
“I should have resisted temptation, but I didn’t, and now I have to pay the price.”
Now, when all she wants to do is hide, everyone wants something from her. Will she help them? And what will it cost her in addition to the heartache? After getting to know her, Renny finds Izzy isn’t so easy to forget. Will he fight for her or let her go?
I enjoyed this book. Some parts were predictable, but overall, I found it to be a entertaining and steamy story. The characters were fun, especially Ariel! She kept it real! I am looking forward to her story!!
I read an ARC of this book. My fair and honest review is voluntary.
Izzy hasn’t had any problems living next door to the MC Clubhouse. They do their thing, she does hers. When her car breaks down when she is desperate to get Vegas she takes a chance when Renny from the club offers her a ride their.
On their way to Vegas, she learns about Renny, the guys in the club. She’s funny, outgoing and the chemistry between her and Renny is hot!!! When the guys hear that she hasn’t had a Vegas night the whole time she’s been there or before they decide to do the town. Oh what a night they had!!!!
When she wakes up next to Renny married to him she can’t believe it. This cannot be happening to her right? There’s no way she’s telling her sister that’s for sure. She has to take care of this. Renny is super sweet and the MC has a bunch of super sweet men in it. They will do what it takes to help who needs it. Especially if it’s a member.
Will Renny and Izzy become more than friends as time goes by? What if there’s a lie that is found out? Will there be secrets that can destroy what they’re trying to build? Will the MC’s help cover Izzy if she is ever in need of it?
You have to read it and find out!!!
If your looking for a good MC story with a biker that is a nice guy this is perfect for you. I’m more into my H being less transparent and little bit more on the rough side.

While Izzy is trying to get to her sister before she has her baby, her car breaks down before she even leaves town. She doesn’t have time for this; does she call a mechanic or her dad? When she hears a bike coming closer, she gets a little nervous. Not bad nervous but excited nervous. She lives close to the MC and has for a little over a year. Hasn’t had any problem. When Renny offers a ride to Vegas, she cannot refuse; after all, it will get her to her sister sooner.
Renny is part of the Knights of Fury MC. He has been watching Izzy for a while and can’t believe he is about to take her to Vegas on the back of his bike. He wants to get to know her better, wants more with her. The trip to Vegas is uneventful and Renny offers to pick her up when she is ready to go back home.
Can Izzy accept the MC life if she gets involved with Renny? Will she end things with him when she learns the truth about how they met? Can she help them get one of their brothers out of trouble? Will her estranged father ever redeem himself? Will Izzy and Renny get their happily ever after?
I love Chantal Fernando and her MC stories. She has a way of bringing the story together with fun, flirty, sexy couples and a storyline with just enough suspense to keep you on your toes. Although I really liked this story, I think the first book with Saint and Skylar is my favorite couple so far. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

3.5 stars
This is the second book in the series, and I would definitely recommend that you read Saint first, so that you are up-to-date with the current state of the MC.
I really enjoyed this biker romance, and felt that the relationship between Izzy and Renny developed well, with a great twist in their first visit to Vegas. As well as a cute new baby niece for Izzy, there was Shadow, the dog they re-homed, who was the star in a few important scenes. However, there were bits which it seemed to me were skated over – indeed, I didn’t get why they were there when they could have been used to good effect. For example, the shooting at the mall. I waited and waited for it to come up (surely it was a huge event in her day!) – to be fair, eventually it did, but so much in passing that it seemed pointless to have included at all. There were a few other passages which I found didn’t help the story’s progress. They didn’t spoil the story, but they did deflect from the flow.
That said, I found that there was good chemistry, definitely plenty of excitement, and enough mystery and intrigue that I am looking forward to reading the next book.

Renegade was the second book in Chantal Fernando’s Knights of Fury MC series.
Isabelle aka Izzy lived next door to the MC. She hadn’t officially met them yet but had seen them and had helped Skye in book one, Saint. In Renegade, we learned that she worked from home, was loyal to her sister and was quick witted.
Renegade was a patched member. He had noticed Izzy previously and thought she was the most beautiful person he had ever seen. When they did officially meet there was an instant connection.
The storyline wasn’t exactly as expected. It started in one direction and then took a few twists. I enjoyed the suspenseful nature. It had various storylines that eventually meshed into one. Additionally, the underlying MC conflict was continued from book one and will carry on into book three.
Fernando also set the stage for the next book, Temper. All in all it was an easy and entertaining read.
This was an interesting story. Who knew love could start with a broken down car. I really enjoyed this book.
I loved Renegade and Isabella, they might of met under circumstances. But they really clicked.
Renegade by Chantal Fernando is book Two in the Knights of Fury Series. This is the story of Renegade ‘Renny’ and Isabella ‘Izzy’. I have read the previous book but feel you an make this a standalone book if you wish to do so. Isabella is heading to her sister’s for the arrival of her new baby…but she ends up having car trouble before she even gets started. Then she hears a bike coming which she does live by the Knights of Fury MC but then he stops. Renegade has been watching Isabella for a while and this being his chance to fully meet her. Renegade offers to take her to Vegas to be with her sister so she ends up on his bike. This gives them the time to get to know each other some but then during Vegas something happens that may tie them together for longer.
Enjoyed their story.
Isabella is next door neighbors with a biker named Renny “Renegade” of the Knights of Fury MC. She’s seen it all living next to him but now her sister is having a baby and her car is broken down. She agrees to a ride to Las Vegas with Renegade. She experiences the outlaw life first hand and is fine until she wakes up after a drunken night married to Renny. Oh boy, talk about a crazy wild time. An annulment might be hard to get if you have already given in to temptation. A fun, sexy read that I recommend.
I received a copy of this book via Netgalley and am leaving a review.
ahhh my love for MC books has been restored !!
Izzy’s closest neighbours are an MC club, which made her home affordable, and in some ways she feels a little safer with them around, after all who wants to cause havoc within an MC’s territory Right?
Shes’s delighted when one of their members Renny comes to her rescue when she is frantically trying to get to hospital in Las Vegas for the birth of her neice.
Well one thing leads to another and its vegas, and after a drunken night she wakes the next morning married !!! They begin to date, but after over hearing a conversation between Renny and another member, the S**T literally hits the fan and Izzy demands an annulment. Truths and lies come forward along with exciting little twists and turns. GAHH I so wanted Renny to win her back, but Chantal has no hesitation showing us a strong leading female character who doesn’t forgive her man easily !!
I loved this couples story, unconventional right from the start!! I also absolutely loved Izzy, she was a strong independent woman, Loved her family and really was just a down to earth normal girl !!! Both strong characters who both had to make compromises and adjustments. The characters are down to earth and realistic !! But i definitely left this book wanting more !!!! Loved it !!
