Scariest story, Ever!!!!!
I became engrossed almost emiediatley. I’ve read most of the Lincoln/Child novels. They are all excellent and worth the time to get and read.
One of the first books of theirs that I read.
This is the first of a great introduction to Special Agent Pendergast. Read it and you will keep going to follow the modern day Sherlock Holmes through many an adventure, and into a wonderful world of this very intriguing character with so many unique quirks and very New Orleans secrets that make him every so wonderful to follow. Unique writing style since each author takes every other chapter to create the stories.
Relic was a one of a kind scary story that keeps you guessing and holding breath for the next page! Special Agent Pendergast is a unique force unto himself, but each character was very well thought out.
Whether you are a horror or science fiction fan or not, this was great story worth any avid reader’s time.
I SO LOVE THIS BOOK. VERY WELL WRITTEN AND A GREAT READ.
The entire Agent Pendergast series is one of my most beloved favorites. In Relic Agent Pendergast has a small role. All of the books following in that series delve deeper into his character. Each book is unique and absorbing.
