I really enjoyed reading this book. And all three of the stories were very different from the the other two. I especially liked the first book “A Night Rose”.
Eleanor was the victim of vicious gossip and it really seemed to come out of nowhere. Reading how she decided to rejoin London and dealing with the lies still being whispered about her being a curse to the people in her life. Time for a hero to enter, which comes in the form of Charles Duncan, Duke of Finchester. Romantic.
I received a ARC of this e-book to read and write an honest review. I also purchased a digital copy of the published book when it became available on Amazon.
A Night Rose for the Duke
Lady Eleanor Ashford has to overcome the ruthless gossip of the ton, after her husband has suddenly died in the arms of another woman.
A White Rose for the Marquess
Gwendolyn Hathaway’s hope seems lost until the moment she sings at the ball, and meets Arthur Ainsworth, Marquess of Highvale.
A Sea Rose for the Duchess
Delia is all alone now since her parents perished in a terrible accident. Overwhelmed by her grief, and chased from her home by intruders. She is forced to jump off a cliff to safety. Washed ashore where Odelia meets Captain Arnold Reynes.
Each of these exceptional ladies has their own redeeming qualities that shine. Hardship, betrayal, and deceitful enemies are all trying to bring them to ruination.
Fanny Finch’s superb writing tells their stories of courage and perseverance.
Highly recommend all.
Three tales of strong ladies
A Night Rose for the Duke
The regency era mores made it fairly easy to ruin a lady’s reputation or at the very least put a stain on it. Charles Duncan, the Duke of Finchester, had closed himself off to avoid making the same mistake of his first marriage. Eleanor Ashford the Countess of Grenshire, had withdrawn from London to avoid the rumors that had been spread, labeling her as the Night Rose, the poisonous flower. Fanny Finch brings these two broken or at least badly bruised souls together, but they will have to overcome their own fear and Eleanor’s stepmother. This is a well written story with interesting characters. I love the contrast between Lady Wimbledon and the Dowager Duchess of Finchester. This is an enjoyable story.
A White Rose for the Marquess
Another strong woman, especially for the regency era, from the pen of Fanny Finch. She has wonderful story line and well developed characters, both good and bad. You will find yourself feeling sorry and worrying about Gwendoline, hating Aunt Leah and cheering on, sometimes yelling at, Arthur/Lord Highvale. The book will compel you to keep reading, hoping for better days for Gwendoline.
A Sea Rose for the Duchess
Oh, what a wonderful journey. Amnesia is a subject that fascinates most of us. How would one feel, what would you do, how would you handle it, are all questions that we wonder about. We can only hope to handle it as well as Odelia does and we can only hope we can meet a Captain Reynes. This is a wonderful story filled with humor, romance and excitement. Totally enjoyable.
Regency Tales of Graceful Roses Boxed Set are sweet clean romance stories by Fanny Finch. The books characters never failed to delight; they were likeable, engaging and realistic with such depth and individuality it’s easy to relate to them. These books contained a few chuckles, drama, misunderstanding, and romance. Each one will keep you turning the pages until the end! I thoroughly enjoyed these novels, from cover to cover.

Will they be able to open their hearts to their awakening passions in this heart felt story filled with drama, uncertainties, secrets, trials and tribulations, turmoil and a family fued that can destroy their happiness!
A White Rose for the Marquess is a Cinderella with a web of deceit, betrayal and mayhem spun by the evil Aunt which will hold you spellbound. It’s an unforgettable sweet romance with a strong plot, remarkable emotions, and well-developed characters and a story line that will keep you interested the moment you begin the journey with Arthur and Gwendoline until the very end! It’s heart felt story filled with drama, jealousy, revenge, lies, uncertainties, secrets, trials and tribulations, turmoil and while the suspense builds and tensions escalate with the twist and turns abound that makes this one outstanding story! Fanny Finch has outdone herself with this novel that is a must read!

The scenes are so strikingly detailed it paints an incredible backdrop that makes you feel like you are one with the story. The story starts off as an action-packed, rollercoaster ride full of twist and turns. Arnold is a kind, careing pirateer but who will fight to the death to protect those he loves. Odelia has lost her memory and is trying to remember her past. Once Odelia husband shows up to claim her her memory slowly returns. Arnold and Odelia find a sweet romance filled with drama, adventure, secrets, murder and a villian hiding in the background make this one outstanding read that you won’t want to miss. It hooked me from the start and kept me turning the pages to the very end.
