Presley
Since I aged out of the foster system, I’ve worked hard for my dream future, and it’s so close. Too close to let some arrogant rich playboy distract me.
I’ve heard all about Kent Kennedy, and with my history of troubled bad boys, I need his attention like a hole in the head. Except he’s nothing I expected and everything I never dared to dream of. As I slowly uncover the truth, I discover a broken man with a big heart who desperately needs someone to see him.
I want to be that person, but his demons loom large, and I don’t know if I’m strong enough to do this again.
When the past rears its ugly head, shattering everything, will there be anything left of my heart to protect?
This book contains some dark and sensitive themes. Some scenes may be triggering. Please refer to the note at the start of the book.

Miss Davis knocked me down and put me back up with this book, what a heartbreaking, but beautiful story, I cried for half of this story, I wanted to reach out and hug them so tight! It was an incredible way to end this series!
Oh my goodness my heart is broken beyond repair with “Reforming Kent” this is an extremely emotional devastatingly beautiful epic romance you WILL NOT want to miss as we say goodbye to our favourite Kennedy boys siobhan Davis has ended this series in style “Reforming Kent” is the most traumatic emotional books I have ever read by Siobhan Davis and it’s her best work to date!
Kent Kennedy is the bad boy, the guy who’s always acting out and causing mayhem and destruction wherever he turns but who is Kent really? Well you’re about to find out!
Kent isn’t the guy he appears to be he has suffered a traumatic event and in order to survive what he’s been through he hides it from his family and his coping mechanism is drink, drugs and girls and it works for him it numbs his pain and makes him forget until he meets her….
Kent and Presley meet at a bar she works at but unlike all the other girls Presley won’t fall at Kent’s feet as she refuses to be “just another notch on his bedpost” for the first time in his life Kent will have to work for her affections
Kent and Presley’s connection was explosive and I just couldn’t get enough of their story but what stuck out for me the most was Kent’s vulnerability this guy has been through so much he’s a broken tortured soul and my heart just went out to him there are so many twist and turns in this story my stomach was in knots as a read on and I discovered everything that Kent had been through it completely destroyed me and I just couldn’t stop the tears that were forming behind my eyes
The epilogue at the end of the book was the perfect way to end this series this series has been a hell of a ride and I’ve loved every second of this fantastic journey I would like to take this time to thank Siobhan Davis for creating this series it’s been absolutely fantastic to read
I can’t recommend this series enough but “reforming Kent” has to be my favourite of this series make sure you add this to your TBR and order on release day I can guarantee this is a book you will hold close to your heart I know I will
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
FIVE STARS
Holy. Crap.
I am just speechless right now! How am I expected to put into words what a moving, emotional, heartbreakingly beautiful story Kent and Presley have???
I have always loved the Kennedy family, I have. Truly. The drama that tags along with them wherever they go is my favorite and though they’ve all had such obstacles to overcome, my love for them has never dimmed. But oh, my boy Kent. He has been my favorite since day one. I mean, how could you not love him? He’s brash, rude, and very unapologetic. He stirs the pot. If there’s trouble to be found, he’s usually holding the GPS. but I just knew he would break my heart one day. Listen, what can I say? I love the bad boys and the badder they are, the more hurt they cause.
So I waited and waited. Bided my time until it was right.
And lord, was he worth the wait. Kent, while grown in many ways, still has licks of his youth flare up. Yes, he’s made mistakes. You know that, I know that. He knows that. But it isn’t really until a certain brown eyed bar manager catches his attention that we really get to see Kent flourish. He becomes the man we all knew he could be. Sometimes it’s baby steps, other times even a step backwards. But he’s trying. And Pres is the PERFECT woman to have by his side. She’s been hurt too, but they help each other. She is strong and courageous. Sassy. Beautiful. I loved her so much. Hands down, my favorite partner in the Kennedy Boys series and that’s saying something, because I love Austen as much as Keats does.
This story is so emotional, you’ll be tied up in knots at times. But it’s okay, we’ll make it through together. The pain will be worth it.
Siobhan Davis kept upping the ante with each addition to the series and the bar was set high for Kent, no question. Not only was his story long awaited, but as the final book in such a heavily loved and acclaimed series, the pressure was on. But man, did she absolutely kill it. She has breathed such life into these characters that I sometimes need to remember that they aren’t real.
Kent and Presley have such an incredible story. Their journey is the perfect bookend to this amazing series, and while I’m so sad to see them go, to close the chapter on this crazy family, I know they’ll always be a part of me.
An unforgettable and emotional love story with the perfect send off as we say goodbye to our favorite family. She saved the best for last! This story is a whirlwind of emotion from angst to heartbreak…I felt it all! I never thought Kyler would be knocked out of the top spot, but Kent quickly stole my heart with his vulnerability and his incredible strength to overcome.
This story is truly a journey. From falling in love for the very first time to acknowledging the pain and hurt from the past, this romance will put you through it all. I read this story in one day because the author draws you in with the incredible characters she created within this series. Kent had a story that needed to be told. It was relevant and she pulled no punches when it came to the rawness and honesty with which it was told. I was moved beyond words and even with the sadness, it was a story of hope, new beginnings and the power of love.
I am so sad to see this series end, but it was one that will stay with me. I adored everyone of these characters and the hours I spent reading their love stories was time I became part of their world and I loved every minute.
Enjoy this beautifully told story of resilience. The path is not easy, but it’s worth it.
Kent is everything. The battles, emotions and trauma overcome in this book from both characters is beautifully tragic. I cried, I smiled, I definitely swooned. Presley and Kent went through so much to get to each other. This book was beautiful and everything we should always know to expect from Siobhan
Reforming Kent is Book Ten in The Kennedy Boys Series and I believe Siobhan saves the best for last.
We have seen Kent throughout this series and always wanted to know what his back story was. He has always been the brother looking in from the outside, the black sheep always the one getting in trouble but when you learn his truths you can understand everything that’s Kent.
Presley Barlow is a woman who has struggled with her life after the death of her parents when she was young. But she never gave up, she worked and had a goal to own her own business one day but what she never expects is the ever charming Kent Kennedy to come to place of work and turn her life upside down.
As you read Kent & Presley’s story there are going to be times that you laugh and there will times you shed a tear, but you will never give up hoping they can overcome the many obstacles that will come their way, but if they trust one another just might be able to find that HEA they both truly deserve.
Reforming Kent, Book 10 in The Kennedy Boys Series by Siobhan Davis has elevated this series into another dimension!!! This book was EVERYTHING!!
Kent and Presley are both broken, for very different reasons. Their histories are dark but they seek light in each other. I’ve always knew there was more to Kent, I just wasn’t expecting this. This is a gut-wrenching story but it’s so worth it.
Siobhan has delievered another amazing story and has ended this series with a bang. This is a story packed with secrets, revelations and extreme emotional growth. The storyline contains dark subject matter but Siobhan always handles tough subjects with grace.
This story is my favorite in the whole series and Kent is my favorite Kennedy Brother.
Make sure you got Kleenex handy, you’re gonna need it!
5+ stars!!!!
Reforming Kent
Absolutely PHENOMENAL – I knew Kent would ruin me
For me the best Kennedy book, hands down!
I got all the feels! I cried my eyes out over Kent’s story, my heart bled for him
He’s so misunderstood. So lost.
I don’t think there’s a single part of Kent and Presley that I don’t love.
She’s such a strong character (but she needed to be) and I adore her
These two had me wanting more of them. The bond they shared was amazing.
The Chemistry was off the scales
The support they gave each other is what everyone deserves
I seriously can’t praise this book enough. You NEED this book
Siobhan pulls absolutely zero punches when it comes to the last book in the Kennedy series. Kent’s story will rip you to shreds from the inside out completely and utterly draining you both physically and emotionally, in the best way. Siobhan slowly and methodically cuts you every page until you are slowly bleeding out all your emotions onto the floor and Kent has embedded himself into your soul. His journey, his fights, his struggles are so much more than I ever would have thought. Kent quite literally brought me to my knees and I honestly don’t know how I’ll move on from it. I don’t want to spoil anything because this book needs to be experienced and if you know what happens it will dim that journey, so I’m going to keep my review short.
I’ve been waiting for Kent since Finding Kyler, and as each book progressed I became more and more intrigued as to why Kent was this way. I had so many questions and no answers, until now. I was ill prepared for the emotional journey that is Kent. I mean I should have seen it coming but I didn’t. This man is so much more than his bad boy, manwhore reputation. It wasn’t until he met Presley that you actually get to see the man behind the mask, and that man is spectacular, that man owns a part of me that I will never get back.
I knew it was going to take a special kind of woman to infiltrate Kent’s heart and that she is. I adored Presley she is broken in her own ways but it’s as if her broken pieces recognized something in Kent’s and together they helped heal each other. The journey that they take isn’t easy, it’s gritty, raw and real. And heartbreaking but it’s also sweet and lovely making your heart beat faster and your stomach swarm with butterflies. Their connection and passion is beyond what many will ever experience. Its soul consuming and beautiful to see.
I’m beyond happy that I’ve gotten to read Kent’s story but sad at the same time as I know this is the last in this series. I’ve been through every trial and tribulation with this family from the beginning. I’m emotionally invested in them and each and every book was precious to me in its own way. I think it’s kind of appropriate that Kyler was my first and Kent is my last as both of them have taken a piece of me with them. This world that Siobhan has created is one of soul crushing drama and heart wrenching journeys but it’s also about a family that will do any and everything for each other. It’s about finding that person that will stand beside you no matter what, that will lean on you and you can do the same. It’s about accepting the past and moving on from it so that you can be happy. And it’s about love not just from a lover but of yourself and each other. Bravo Siobhan for this emotionally EPIC conclusion to a much loved series, everyone MUST read it, the Kennedys will own you, body and soul!
WRECKED!!!!!
I am straight wrecked from this book!!
A spectacular ending to a series that has wrapped me up in a massive ball of emotions.
I knew Kent was going to be amazing but I do believe Siobhan had knocked this one out of the park and beyond.
Presley and Kent have something that is undeniable. A force so strong that soul mate is really the only way to describe them.
Their past comes in and you don’t know what your feeling but you FEEL this book.
That is the only way to describe it.
The love, passion, pain. It is breathtakingly haunted. If you have been following this series, have been there through all of Kent’s self destructive behaviors and noticed all the pain and silent cries for help… then you are ready for Kent to finally find his peace. The one person to calm the storm and still the waves that have reeked havoc on Kent’s life.
It was not an easy journey and it won’t be easy to read but it is ABSOLUTELY the most felt book I’ve read in awhile.
Tissues are going to be needed.
And be prepared for the biggest book hangover ever.
I’ve loved this series and this book definitely didn’t disappoint. I’m just sad to say goodbye to the Kennedy’s.
Kent was always the black sheep in his brothers books. He was a trouble maker and liked to cause drama. But we never knew why. You may not have liked Kent in previous books but he will definitely win your heart in this book!!!
Presley is a perfect match for Kent. They bring out the good in each other. I loved their connection. I only wish they could have helped each other more when they needed it.
I loved watching relationships grow stronger in this book. Watching all the Kennedy’s grow as couples, siblings, parents was amazing. I hope we can get a novella down the road to update us on how the Kennedy’s are doing and maybe announce a few more Kennedy babies!!!!
Those Kennedy Boys, WOW! Reforming Kent by Siobhan Davis is the last book in the Kennedy Boys series. It is sad that the series is ending because as dysfunctional as they are, Davis has written them as a unit that is unbreakable. This book reached out to me on so many levels and was just gut wrenching. I was astounded by Davis’ abilities to once again bring serious topics to light and give them the attention they deserve while still keeping the real people that are out in the world dealing with these issues in mind and writing the story with sympathy and respect. I have loved all those Kennedy boys, every one of them, but Reforming Kent has to have been my favorite. I guess until Davis starts another series, I will just have to start back rereading the series, starting with Finding Kyler. 5-stars for Reforming Kent by Siobhan Davis.
The Kennedy Boys, you can’t miss them they are famous, gorgeous, rich, irresistible, and usually T-R-O-U-B-L-E. Kent Kennedy being the biggest troublemaker of them all. Kent, now in his first year of law school is trying to turn things around but every time he tries something just comes back to smack him in the face, until her. Presley Cooper is sassy, and beautiful AND said “no” to Kent when he asked her out. Well Presley Baby, challenge accepted. Kent is willing to do what it takes to get Presley’s attention and see if he can be like his brothers. Presley might be willing to give the Kennedy a chance if he is willing to reform his bad boy ways, but because it’s Kent, trouble is right around the corner and Presley and Kent just might fall off a cliff that nobody could survive.
Kent has every bad vice you can think of but, you can’t help but, fall in love with him. This book tore my heart to pieces and made me feel all kinds of things for Kent. Another great book. The last and final book in this awesome series.
5+ stars just amazingly incredibly wow! Definitely one of my top reads this year. I love all of Siobhan’s books but this one is definitely very high on the list.
I went into this book with a bittersweet feeling. I have been with the Kennedy’s for years and it was finally coming to a close. This book takes you on a rollercoaster of emotion. I swooned, I laughed, I got mad, I cried happy and sad tears. She really ended the series with a bang!
Kent’s journey is heartbreakingly beautiful and his love interest was utterly perfect for him. We all know Kent as the resident trouble maker and you get to see a different side of him even he didn’t realize existed. Kent has become my favorite Kennedy hands down. This book really touched me on a soul deep level and I will be recommending it for years to come.
Wow wow wow. I knew Kent’s story was going to blow me away it I was not expecting that! Kent most definitely has redeemed himself in my eyes. I feel like Presley was the perfect match for him. She helped heal him in so many ways. So many questions about Kent’s past behavior get answered. I do feel that there should be more than one trigger warnings with this book as their are a couple different parts that may trigger some people. I was both eating this book and dreading it at the same time because I am not ready to say goodbye to the Kennedy family. I do honestly feel that the best was saved for last.
Absolutely amazing! What a wonderful end to the series. The pain, the love, the uncertainty was so strong. The chemistry off the chart. I could not put this down and now at 2:39 a.m. i am leaving this review while everything was fresh in my mind. Thank you Siobhan for another amazing book.
I’m not going to lie, I was a little scared to read this story. Not only is it the end of one of my favorite series, but Kent has never been my favorite Kennedy brother. Sure I’ve been intrigued by him, but he always seemed to cause trouble for everyone. However, after reading this story I realize that Kent is one of the most complex characters that I think I’ve read. It was easy to label him as a troublemaker, because he played the role so well. But this book dives deep into Kent, and what makes him tick and all the demons he’s faced alone.
I also can’t write this review without mentioning his love interest, Presley, who also hasn’t had it easy, and is determined not to end up a notch on Kent’s bedpost. However that Kennedy charm is hard to ignore, but Presley gives as good as she gets and I think she’s one of my favorite Siobhan heroines.
I still don’t think I have the right words to convey how this story made me feel. This book is packed full of emotions. I swear, I felt like I was riding some highs and some extreme lows while reading Kent’s story. I don’t want to give much away, but I will say, I wasn’t prepared for Kent’s story, and how much I would end up loving him.
I always appreciate that Siobhan isn’t afraid to write on dark topics, and she handles it in such a delicate but real way. This story is raw and full of angst and Siobhan completely nailed it, and I don’t think I could have asked for a better ending for the Kennedy boys.
Reforming Kent is the final book in The Kennedy Boys series and boy did Siobhan have them go out with a bang!
Kent is one of the triplets and if you’ve read any of the other books in the series, you’ll know he has been through troubled years and his book tells us his secrets as to why.
I won’t give any spoilers, all I’ll say is I went through a rollercoaster of emotions reading this book, from elation, to devastation to rage and back again and Siobhan wrote it all perfectly!
This is the story I’ve been waiting for and it blew me away, my only problem with this book….
…. It’s the last in the series and I REALLY don’t want it to end!
God I’ve loved this series and if you haven’t started the series I implore you to pick up Finding Kyler – book 1 in the Kennedy Boys stories – I PROMISE you won’t regret it.
Siobhan, you’ve done it again, this was completely knocked out the park and now I’m in a major book funk that the series has finished, but ohh what a high you gave us!
Ive waited a long time for this book and i was not disappointed, it was a beautifully written story sometimes hard to read but so very very worth it , my heart is so full for Kent , you really do need to read this book, it can be read as a standalone but i guarantee if you read this first you’ll want to read the rest !!
Wow! Just wow!
Siobhan has literally blown me away with this book.
I’m finding it hard to get the words across on how this book made me feel. The emotional rollercoaster I went through.
I won’t spoil this book for anyone.
I’ve been waiting literally years for this book. Years!
And it didn’t disappoint. The beautiful way it was written adds to the emotional wringer you go through.
Kent is a complex character with his demons in towe. And his girl ( not spoilers from me) has her own.
We see his pain, we feel his pain, his relationship with Keats is a heartbreaker. Just everything about this book is WOW!
This is Siobhan at her best ladies and gents. You won’t be disappointed. You might need a box of tissues but you won’t be disappointed.
