“Hotter than July!”
“Redneck Rebels” was a very smexy and steamy read with intriguing twists and turns happening in Old Town… a small, old-fashioned, traditional town not ready for change! Enjoyed Caroline Coulson’s spunk as well as the three country men: Travis, Chase and Bud rooting for her!
Did I say it was steamy? Yep! I did and some chapters are “Hotter than July” while others speaks to our country’s unfairness to POC.
This is a book that really makes you think about what the characters went through vs what is happening today. Fight for what you believe in and love who you want to love no matter what race or culture. Love will always win.

Though a bit predictable, Redneck Rebels: A WMBW Interracial Reverse Harem Romance is an entertaining book that tackles racism and discrimination head-on. Drama and highly erotic lovemaking highlight the storyline.
The main characters, Caroline, Travis, Bud, and Chase, are all likable and seem like the type of folks you would find in a small town. Their relationship would still be considered unconventional and taboo in some circles. However, Jamila Jasper writes about their love in a way that feels right for them. It is a shame that love like that cannot be a reality for everyone that wants it.

Meet Caroline and her three redneck lovers, Bud, who can’t read because of dyslexia, Chase, a smart but poor man, and Travis, the deputy and sheriff’s son. They live in a very racist town and their love quadrangle would cause all kinds of trouble for them. Chase and Bud work at the factory with Caroline’s brother, Caleb. Caleb and Chase are organizing a union to get equal and more pay for Blacks as well as Whites. The KKK emerges and attacks Caleb, almost killing him. Caroline who has gone to college for politics, knows that the current mayor bought his way into the mayoral seat and tries to fight it, only to get fired.
Seeing the way these three men fight to keep Caroline safe and to get racial equality while keeping their liaison secret leads the reader to believe that all things are possible. Their progress throughout the story keeps one wondering what will happen next. Even the racists have their secrets.
This was a great story. It was well written and fast paced. The chemistry between the characters was sizzling hot. This book has everything you need to keep you turning pages hot sexy men, steamy scenes and some conflict thrown in. I cannot wait for what this author writes next.

Wowza! This was hot, mysterious and loving. Not a fan of the sheriff, the ladies in the office and the mayor. Someone needed a good old butt woopin.
This was a non traditional love story. If you don’t care for multiple lovers being comitted to each other, skip this. No need to rate it down because there are three men and 1 woman. Love works in different ways.. They were so in love and didn’t care what the town thought. BUD is my favorite.
Can’t wait to see what happens next! I hope a family grows and they show how sharing can work.

This was an interesting storyline. Where is south and it seems like we are still in the 50s when it is present day almost. There’s a lot of prejudice and racism and craziness going on where love seems to blue. There’s still the white side and the black side of the tracks and somewhere they meet in the middle to make this relationship happen. This is really a suspense thriller Kinda a soft one anyways. There is a lot of mystery and methodical actions being taken when Caroline believes that the new mayor rigged winning his position in the towel. Things start to happen and her three lovers are supporting her and assisting and trying to solve the mystery. Things start to happen and I was caught off guard by who was really running the show. I liked it. There is a HEA, no cliffhangers to this book. I don’t really think it was clarified how would evolve as a family. But it worked.
