18+ for language and sexual situations.I lost Quinlan in high school, but I never stopped loving her. I never stopped protecting her, either. It didn’t matter where my life took me because in the end, I knew she’d be mine. At least, I did until she shut me out. Now there’s a threat that could destroy everything I’ve ever wanted, and I will move heaven and earth to eliminate it. Because when I … Because when I said I’d be there, I meant it, and it’s time she remembered who I am…even if it costs me my only chance at redemption.

Hard to put down, this book will keep you engaged with it’s ever evolving storyline and wonderful characters. Don’t miss this one!!
Quin and Badger’s story will touch your heart and have you in their corner to get a second chance to finding happiness. This story is about losing and redeeming what was lost in the case for Quin and Badger. This story draws you in and keeps you anchored to the drama to see how it ends!
Another outstanding addition to the series!! Quinlan and Knox (Badger) have this love that transcends time and mistakes. Quin makes a huge mistake in marrying her blackmailer when she is in love with Badger, but it is what it is and she tries to make the best of it until she has had enough of the violence and being scared. Knox and Alamo, Quin’s brother, save her and her daughter but not everything is as it seems. Will Badger be able to forgive Quin for marrying another man and keeping a big secret from him? I can’t wait for this series to continue!! I am so looking forward to Doom’s book!! I highly recommend this book!
Redeeming the Biker’s Past by Piper Davenport is book Three in the Dogs of Fire MC: Savannah Chapter Series. This is the story of Quinlan ‘Quin’ and Badger ‘Knox’. I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone if you wish to do so. Knox and Quin feel in love at a early age but Quinn ended up marring someone else and had a chld. Knox was never far away in thoughts and attempted to keep a eye on her. Quin made a bad choice in a husband and he turned abusive. Finally her brother and Knox came to help free her along with keeping her and her child safe.
This is their second chance at love if they can get past their past.
Enjoyed their story.
Redeeming the Biker’s Past actually takes place within the same timeline as book two, Stealing the Biker’s Heart, so reading the books in order would be best that way to get the whole experience that Piper Davenport has created. Quin is Alamo’s sister, but also was Badger’s girl, until she broke them apart. Now years later, her life is in shambles, her husband is beating her, and she is trying to leave him. No one has known the truth of their relationship, she kept that a secret from everyone including her brother, but once he finds out, he gets her out of there with Badger’s help. Badger let her go years ago, but now she is back and he is not going to let anything stop him from making her his, even Quin herself.
What a story!! So much action happening, there was not a dull moment. This had some twists and turns, action, some super hot naughty moments, and a bit of drama. I can’t wait to see what comes next! I give this 4 stars.
This book was a great read! Lovable, crazy characters, fantastic writing, and a plot that just gets more intense as the book goes on combine to create a story that will stick with me for a while!
Quin and Badger belong together. They have had a connection from their first meeting as teenagers. As explosive as that connection was, a crazy set of circumstances keep them from their HEA. They are so perfect together, my heart hurt when they were torn apart. Quin has a messed up childhood, but can always count on her brother to be there for her. When her life spirals out of control, she pretty much cuts everyone from her support system out of her life, letting fear win out. Badger loves Quin, and doesn’t understand why they aren’t together. But Badger is determined. He knows they should be together. And he is stubborn enough to do what it takes to make it work!
I loved Quin and Badger! They were so amazing together. And their book was HOT! (I really think they left scorch marks on my Kindle!) I loved the visits with some much loved characters from previous books (also some surprise cameos from characters from other writers!) While this is the third book in the series, it can definitely be read as a stand alone. However, there are some events that link back to the previous books that may leave questions if the rest of the series haven’t been read first. It definitely adds to the experience to have read the rest of the Dogs of Fire books!
I love, love, love this book and this series! This is in my favorites to go back and read any time!
Great story
I loved the 1st book in this series but was unable to finish this one I felt it was slow and redundant in a few areas. Saving the preacher’s daughter was so intriguing I couldn’t put it down but this one I couldn’t keep reading
We should all keep a stash of cookies or chocolates hidden, from the world and ourselves, for when life “hits” you can pick it and console your soul through your body.
That’s Piper for me. I love all her stories. Even when appears a character that makes me “oh Piper” I can’t resist the writing and the magic woven through the lines.
Thank you Piper!
OK but Not as good as the last one.
The jumping through time made it a little harder to read, but enjoyed it.
Thrilling and exciting, with danger as Knox (Badger) tries to protect Quin from her errant ex, all the while trying to convince her that she deserved to be happy and that she’s not jinxed.
Badger and Quin’s story was an emotional rollercoaster of beautiful moments and fearful tragedies. My gut ached for the pain the characters went through.
The nail biting suspense had me going crazy with “Oh no,” and “What the ?????” I was on the edge of my seat, fearful of what terrible twist would the author throw my way next. She didn’t disappoint. More than once I had to wonder if a Happily Ever After was out of the characters grasp, was the club strong enough, dedicated enough to protect the women.
I should have known better. The Dogs of Fire have a code. They protect what is theirs and each member gets a wonderful story where they earn the love of a super significant other.
I happy danced last night a little after 9 p.m. My official copy of Redeeming the Biker’s Past popped up on my Kindle. WAHOO!!!! I rushed to finish laundry, sat down and devoured the story for a second time. So good. So thrilling. So much awesomeness.
Loved it!!
This author can take me away in no time so when I do come across her novels I try and set time aside to read as I did with this one. The characters are done so that they leap off the pages capturing you in their lives. Knox never stopped loving Quinlan so this right away took my heart. This comes down to a second chance too oh joy. Love to read those they always have alot of drama like this one did. This one will escalate taking us on that ride crawling to the edge. You will love how he moves in this one staying true to his heart. The depth will be shown in this one with it giving the chills from the heat. The love alone will wrap around you healing any hurt. So this one was a delight and was well worth the time to read.
This is Quin and Badger’s story. We have gotten bits and pieces of their lives through the other books in this series. We get some insight into how Quin ends up married to Michael. What happened to her and Badger to tear them apart? Will Michael show up again to cause problems? Will the Savannah serial killer mentioned in previous books be found? I felt the ending was a little rushed and this book didn’t seem to have as much excitement as others, but I enjoyed the read.
4.85 Stars
I love this series and look forward to every single book. This one was also a favourite of mine. I loved Knox. From the start till the end. He was so sweet, caring, sexy, and so much more. Quin I don’t know, she was just okay for me.
Quin and Knox has been in love with each other since high school. Then all of a sudden Quin just didn’t want anything to do with Knox anymore. She got married to someone else and had a baby. But Quin’s life was not as happy as she made everyone believe it was. Her husband was a nightmare and Quin did everything in her power to get away from him. Until her brother and Knox intervened.
But life isn’t always that easy and her ex was not going to just go away so easy.
I love the second chance storyline. I love the fact that we get to see more of the other chapters, and my main man Hatch… Whoop whoop. What always stands out for me in these books is how close these bikers are and how far they will go to protect their family. Definitely another favourite. Can’t wait for the next one!!!
