Jefferson is a grumpy COO working for his father’s company. He has no time for drama. So when his Personal Assistant quits on him without his knowledge while he’s away on business, he’s in for quite a shock to find the curvy temptress in his office ready to assist him. Belle wants to support her child and give him a good life. When she’s given the opportunity she’s been dying to have she’s … ecstatic. The only problem is her boss is a jerk and the sexiest man she’s ever laid eyes on.
*Please note that ‘Red, White & Hers’ is part of the ‘Falling on the Fourth’ series, each one of the 4 novellas focuses only on one couple and there are no cliffhangers so the books can be read in any order and also as standalones.

Great story! I loved the different plot of a single mother as the heroine too! Belle is such a good mom to her son and definitely didn’t expect Jefferson, who’s her boss, to be what they both need in their lives and her soul-mate but he was and gave her, her well deserved happily ever after <3
Jefferson and Belle’s story was a good one but it did feel like it needed a little bit more build up of their actual relationship. It felt like it went from him being a grumpy butt to him flipping the switch and her being his without really getting to see them fall in love. But overall the story was a good one. (Just to note: there were several typos towards the end of the book also).
I love a single mom romance so much and this book gave me all the feels love it!!!! I absolutely loved it and loved that it was every day characters!
“Angel, you know me. You know me better than anyone. You might not know my history, but you know who I am as a man. Just like I know your heart is good and you make me madder than a viper and harder than granite. I’ll spend the rest of my life learning everything there is to know about you, but I’m done waiting for what I know is inevitable because one look at you and I knew I couldn’t let you walk away. I want everything with you, and I want it now.” -Jefferson
I really enjoyed this book. Neither are virgins in this one but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t spectacular. They were just your normal every day people doing what they need to do to get through life. No one screwing their way through everything that walks. Jefferson was so freaking adorable with the h’s son. Too stinking cute.
-no virgins, both celebate
-single mother, father of child not in the pic
-no OM OW drama
-no cheating, no others after meeting
-dual POV
-H is a butthole at first but redeems himself completely.
-h talks of prior abuse from her childs father
As I said, loved this story. When a man can step up to be a father to a child that’s not biologically his, that’s a wonderful thing in my eyes. Great job Elisa Leigh! Great job indeed!
If you haven’t read the others in the series, I suggest doing so. They don’t have to be read in order. They are connected but still isn’t necessary to understand what’s going on.
Short and sweet novella. A single mom and a COO make sparks fly!
This book was great. Belle was an incredible mother who was trying to get some stability in her job so she could take care of her son. Jefferson is a grumpy man, but soon enough he realizes how much he cares for Belle, and he decides her and her son are his forever. He just has to show her he is everything she needs and trust me he does. Safe read with truly lovable characters. This author never disappoints her books are just amazing!!
This was a great office romance between a single mom & a jerk of a boss. Belle works hard to provide for her son, eventually taking on a temporary job as Jefferson’s assistant. Jefferson is rough, demanding, & expects the best. When Belle interviews at another company for a permanent job, Jefferson realizes he doesn’t want to let her go as his employee & from his life. Jefferson does a complete turnaround & shows Belle he’s all in & wants to take care of her & her son. A short & sweet read!
I love this book! Why? For one the character Belle is a single mother who’s giving her all for her son, she loves that little man with all heart and she’s very strong for standing up for her little family. Jefferson is by far my all top favorite character, he came in the picture and not once did he judged her for having a child and he loved that child as his own I love him for it, amazing read miss Elisa Leigh, it definitely deserve that 5 stars!
Jefferson comes back n finds her as his assistant and he cant keep his mind off of her. The way she moves and everything. She has a son who’s father is a piece of work. She tells him that she has a job interview with another place and it sets him off. It was so good and makes you want to have more of them. Loved it

Review I love these short, holiday themed romances! Jefferson is really quite cranky! Fortunately it doesn’t take long for Belle to tame him. Insta love that they both fight for a bit. Sweet secondary character in Oliver.
