I’m not one to reread a book but this one I pick up ever so often to read. Silence of the Lambs is the second book but this is the one I consider the better of the two.
The characters are great, the storyline is great, just a book you won’t want to put down.
The best book I read years ago. A masterpiece
Introduction to Hannibal Lecter. A truly scary plot.
Scared the crap out of me!
I read this many years ago. It’s a book you always remember. A good story. Especially if you like them scary and thrilling.
The story describes a very twisted serial killer in intimate detail. I didn’t like the experience of reading it but it was very well written.
One of the scariest books I have ever read
I really thought this was gonna hVe a little bit more of Dr.lector but he seemed like a side character. I was bummed.
Pretty sick serial killer stuff. Not quite as good as Silence of the Lambs.
Harris got the idea for this novel, the first in the Hannibal Lecter series, from riding on a plane next to the guy who originated the serial killer profiles, Robert Ressler. Gut churning and terrifying.
