I loved reading Madison’s story after meeting her in Entangled with the Heiress, her story is one of loss and barely holding on to the only home she ever knew then along comes Blake who even though she has her doubts seems to be like the perfect guy. Blake is back home after many years not because he wants to but because of his little sister and unfortunately his snake of a farther is asking him to befriend Madison in order to retrieve something he sees as his. What starts out as deceit changes to attraction and guilt for Blake, while Madison opens up to him like she hasn’t to anyone in a long time. We are left to see whether Blake can turn things around, will Madison’s mum’s diaries shed light on what happened to her family and was all of this a mistake for both Blake and Maddison!

I was quickly pulled into this story. The family drama surrounding Blake and Madison made for some compelling reading. I wasn’t completely sucked in by the chemistry between our leading couple, but I was desperate to know how on earth they were going to get their happily ever after with all the obstacles in their way.

This is the 2nd book that I read by Dani Wade and I am truly enjoying her work.
It was nice to read about and Trinity again and to know that she is doing awesome.
Blake is love them and leave them playboy who returns to New Orleans for family reasons. Madison works for her best friend Trinity who we met in “Entangled With Heiress” the 1st book in the “Louisiana Legacies” series.
Blake and Madison don’t know each other and were brought together by Blake’s father Armand. Blake’s father remarried and divorced a woman who is more in line with the age of Blake and she and Armand have a child together who is Blake’s half sister. Blake’s stepmom walked away from Blake’s father Armand because he is such a butt hole among other things and walked away from her daughter who left with Armand the child’s father.
Blake moved away from his father and is leading his own life as a artist and has a trust fund that his mother left him. Armand’s house keeper calls Blake and lets him know that his step sister is sick and that his father is not taking very good care of his step sister and he decides to come back to the states to try and get custody of his step sister from his father who tells Blake that his step sister is just seeking attention but the little girl is actually sick.
Blake’s father comes up with a proposition that if he wants custody of his step sister that he would have get a priceless engagement ring back from Madison that he once gave to Madison’s mom. Madison mom’s parents had arranged for Armand and Madison’s mom to be married. Madison mom met her dad and they eloped and the engagement ring was never returned and Madison knew nothing about it.
Blake meets Madison at an affair and he is smitten with Madison and doesn’t know if he can go thru with the plans that his father wants. Madison has lost both her parents and is somewhat wondering why Blake a playboy who only dates beautiful women is all of a sudden looking at her.
Blake’s father Armand is holding a grudge with a wounded pride and is revengeful. He destroyed Madison’s dad business and I think he maybe responsible in some kind way for the death of Madison’s mom all because he was upset because Madison’s mom did not marry him.
This a awesome love story and is a must read. So why not pick up a copy to see how far Blake is willing to go and if he successes.
Playboy Blake returns to his family mansion after being away for seventeen years to find that his sickly stepsister has not been cared by by his cruel father Armond. His father demands that he is to steal a diamond ring which is in the possession of Madison. Blake decides he has to do this to protect his stepsister so he starts to woo Madison. Loved this intriguing story with suspense and romance and one cruel man who tries to take advantage of anyone that he can. Blake and Madison were great characters and meant to be together. Well written with suspense around every corner.
It’s always refreshing to read story with intrigue and mystery. I enjoyed reading the story. It was well written, entertaining plot, chemistry, family all wrapped in a nice package. I would definitely recommend this book and this author.

I think this is my first book by Dani Wade and I was very excited to get the chance to try her out. Reclaiming Her Legacy is Blake and Madison’s story. Will this playboy and philanthropist get their HEA? I guess you need to read it to find out! I enjoyed this book and would definitely pick up another.
