After a single night with Abby, I wanted to make her mine…
Forever and for always. But I knew there was much more to Abby than killer curves.
She had a bright future ahead of her, as long as she got out of our tiny town.
So, I’d backed off and refused to give her an excuse to stay.
Even though letting Abby go after making her a woman damn near killed me.

Enjoyed this short sweet romance with Shane and Abby. He is her best friends older brother the one she gave her virginity to when she was eighteen and leaving for college the next day and never heard another word from. Now four years later Abby returns to Captiva to sell her parents home and runs into the bad boy biker Shane. Shane let Abby go once but he vowed never to let her go again. They both love each other but he didn’t want her to miss out on college so he kept away and she thought that he didn’t care about her. Short sweet romance.

OM/YW second chance romance. Abby and Shane were a great couple. When she was 18, they were a couple until she went away to school. 4 years later, she is back and he is determined to get her back. Loved their relationship and the path back to each other. Great story and I can’t wait to read more.

I really enjoyed this story. The characters were great and well developed.
Abby has always been the shy curvy nerd. She left her small town to go to college at Stanford. Before she left, Shane Tipton her best friend’s older brother and the man Abby loved took something from her as a going away present. Then she never heard from him again. When she comes home to help out her parents, four years later, she sees Shane and finds out that he’s become a biker! She is curious and wonders what else may have changed about Shane.
Shane wanted to keep Abby after spending only one night with her. But Abby had big plans to get out of their small town and go to college, so Shane let her go. He made stupid decisions when Abby left, before he got his act together. Now Abby’s back and Shane has decided that he’s going to claim her for his own, forever.
I’m not a huge second chance romance fan, but this story was awesome and I’m glad that I read it. Shane and Abby are incredible in that they let go of all the hurt and moved forward with what they both wanted. Hannah was a great best friend and I hope she gets a book of her own. Loved the happy ever after. I definitely recommend reading this book.

He is not letting her leave again………..no matter what!!!
Four years ago Abby left her home in small town Captiva, California to attend Stanford University. She now has her MBA and no idea what she wants to do. But she has come back for a reason and that is to get her now retired parents, now nice and warm in sunny Florida, home ready for sale. The first person she sees is her best friend Hannah Tipton. Abby did not have a great childhood as she was “chubby, nerdy and lonely”. But she had Hannah and her books to see her through. What no one knew was that Abby and Shane, Hannah’s older brother by 10 years, had one very steamy and heated night together right before she left to Stanford. Since then Abby has only been focused on getting her degree with no relationships, as no one would ever do but Shane.
Shane had been the football star of the town and was offered scholarships to top universities and he may have gone onto the NFL. But he turned it all down to stay in Captiva and look after Hannah instead. Their father had left when Hannah was born and their mother was a functioning alcoholic who was quickly becoming non-functioning. So instead he got a factory job, partied, hooked up with every woman he could and just dived into the depths hard. But one day when Hannah was in her senior year she brought Abby home after school, on Abby’s eighteenth birthday, and he was struck dumb with lust. So the one night they did spend together he wanted but then to have to let her leave put him into a further tailspin. Luckily he met two bikers who helped pull him out and turn his life around. Now he owned a bike shop that was doing well in it’s first year and he was a big bad biker, with the Harley, muscles, tats and attitude. But when he heard that Abby was coming back to town he knew he was not letting her go again.
This is a really fun, enjoyable, flirty, sweet and dirty novella. Abby and Shane have some massive chemistry that makes them both see the stars, quite literally. The story-line was engaging and the characters were great, including the supporting as they helped move the story along and also added to it.
When Abby went off to school she left behind Shane, her best friend’s brother but also the man she loves. Now she’s back to get her childhood home on the market for her parents. When Shane and her lock eyes they know the love they shared is still alive and strong. Will they find their way back to each other or has to much time passed?

This is a wonderful fast-paced second chance/older man romance. Abby fell in love with her bff older brother but when she left for college he ghosted her after their first and last night together. Now, she back home to sell her family home and once Shane sees her again he’s determined to have her forever. He regrets not fighting her the love of life.
I really enjoyed this story, it’s fast-paced and quick to read, the characters are wonderful and it was a change to read about the heartbroken hero who didn’t become a manwhore.
Mandy Morgan does it again! This story is steamy and sexy and sweet! Abby returns home after 4 years of college. She’s in town to reconnect with her best friend and sell her childhood home. She’s NOT back home to see Shane, the town’s golden boy turned biker…… and her best friend’s older brother. The only man to own her heart, and the man she had one night with before she left for college. Shane is thrilled to see Abby home, and sets his sights on never letting her leave again!

Mandy has written the sweetest second chance/best friend’s older brother with this one. If you are looking for a quick lunch break/afternoon read this is perfect. It has the right amount of sweetness and steam with a happily ever after that will leave you smiling. It’s a completely safe read without any drama.

No resistance from the former loves in this short story. Abby and Shane what together for years ago before she went off to college. He fell in love with her right before her graduation. But things didn’t happen the way they were supposed to. This is a nice short book. I liked it.
