on’t read this review if you haven’t read the first 2 books. I love a good rockstar book and when your in the mood I pick up a trusty author like Eden summers and know I’m going to enjoy it.
I loved this novella 2.5 in the Reckless series. I loved how there was still some drama but we also learnt what is happening in everyone’s live and we got to read about one of the anticipated weddings.
This book also really set the scene for Masons book to the point I dove straight into his book which I don’t do often but I had too.
Even though this was about Mitch and Alana’s wedding we were really taken into the lives of all the band members and there current relationships.
I loved this story considering it was the Hens weekend and all the games that they played and it made me laugh so hard, how far the guys would go to win a competition. I loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better novella in between all books of heartbreak and drama.
Loved it a big 5 stars for this one and I can’t wait to read the rest of the boys stories and see how this band family turns out.
What better way to catch up with the men and women of the Reckless Beat series than a weekend in Sin City. I appreciate that the Alana/Mitchell and Gabi/Blake relationships still have all the aspects of the real life, everyday ups and downs. The Bachelor/Bachelorette challenge was laugh out loud funny. Mason’s waxing debacle, Sean’s Brazilian with benefits, Mitchell’s makeup makeover, and Leah’s hood piercing. This story did not disappoint. I look forward to seeing what happens next.
The crew from Reckless Beat are gearing up for a wedding!
Sun, sand, surf, and a scavenger hunt is what is in store for the Stag and Hen events, asMitch and Alana are after something different, and, Alana’s mum has ventured out of her self imposed 28 year seclusion.
Blake and Gabrielle have overcome massive obstacles and moved on. Or maybe one of them has, because something is up with Gabi, and Alana is as determined to sort that sh!t out as she is to enjoy her wedding, if the stress doesn’t kill her first! All she wants is to give Mitch the perfect wedding, and knows the fans of the boys are watching, and judging.
The list of challenges proves to be rather diverse, and Leah takes on the body piercing with a very sexy, and honourable bad boy, while Gabi will do the list of shots in an effort to forget what is troubling her. Then, a very intoxicated Kate decides to throw a spanner in the works. Nevertheless this newly created Reckless Beat family take on an un-planned event and do it in style.
And, just when things can’t get any more stressful our soon-to-be-married couple, the past has the potential to tip Alana over the edge if Mitch can’t get it handled. 5 Stars for a novella that fits a lot of action between these pages.
Not my favorite book of the series so far. It seemed like the drama was too much and just there for the sake of drama. Which was a bummer cuz I loved visiting with the band and their girls.
