A love like ours can’t be denied forever.I’m a convicted felon, sent away for murder at the tender age of 18.By 22, I was out on parole and became a chart-topping musician. And I’ve been in love with two people my entire life.I’ve lived through it all – the ups and downs of an abusive childhood, a devastating breakup and the end of a lifelong friendship, and the agony of losing my freedom. But … lifelong friendship, and the agony of losing my freedom.
But nothing caused me more pain than losing them both. Cam and London made me whole when everything else in my life left me in pieces. My lonely and reckless heart needs them both.
I’ll love them until my dying day.
Even if it means living with only half my heart.
This is the stunning conclusion and final installment of the Reckless serial – The Smoky Mountain Trio. It is highly encouraged that you read Books 1 and 2 prior to reading Book 3.

“A love like ours can’t be denied” I. Am. Swooning!!! These 3 have had me on a ride. London, Cam and Sage ARE EVERYTHING!!! Their love is so off the charts and all consuming! Sierra did a great job of detailing their love for each other as couples and as a whole! I am so in love with this story I did NOT want it to end! This whole series is a must have for anyone who has interest in M/M and M/M/F.
Finally, the conclusion to an intoxicating and beautiful relationship between three people who love hard. They’d do anything for each other.
This book was Sage’s POV. And thank goodness, because his side needed to be heard.
Put through the wringer, Sage’s life wasn’t easy, at all. Abusive father, made to feel worthless every single day. The only love he received was from Cam and London. They were his reason for living. His salvation.
The author did a fabulous job making me feel ALL THE LOVE between them. When it was just two of them, it was electric. When it was the three of them…scorching. I couldn’t get enough of these three and their fierce need for each other.
Their love was intense, passionate.
The way they cared for each other was heartwarming.
Their commitment was everything.
I couldn’t love this trio anymore if I tried.
Holy buckets I flew through this one so fast! Great ending, great scenes, absolutely love the characters and most of all the entire love story.
This one is book three in The Smoky Mountain Trio. It can not be read as a standalone, you must read the first two first. This one is in Sage’s POV. London, Cam and Sage are great character and I have been rooting for them since the first book. In this one we get to see what Sage has gone through. I loved how strong London, Cam and Sage’s bound and love is. This one is a perfect ending to the series.
Heavy sigh… Oh I absolutely loved this trio. Sage’s installment was last, and the author did not disappoint me. I’ve liked Sage the best since the beginning, he’s the ‘tortured artist’ type in the story, bad boy with a good heart that shines through even when he’s not being the nicest guy to those he loves and those who love him. He knows who he is and what he wants and makes no apologies for it and I love that about him. In my head, they are the princess the athlete and the criminal, and yes The Breakfast Club was my favorite movie growing up so maybe thats why that stuck out in my head. This book was from Sage’s point of view but it also covered a fair about of growth on Cam’s part since he probably had to overcome the most obstacles for the HEA that he so deserved. These three will melt your heart (and scorch your Kindle) on their path to a new definition of love and what it means to them.
“Living without a heart wasn’t that hard at all. What was difficult was living with a lie. And knowing you just killed any joy and happiness you’d ever known or would ever have again. “
The Smokey Mountain Trio by Sierra Hill was a fantastic read. The final book in the trilogy is Reckless Hearts. To say that I was anxiously awaiting this book would be an understatement. After the shocking cliffhanger at the end of Reckless Abandon, this book could not have hit my kindles soon enough. Not to mention, Sage’s POV was the story that I most wanted told. His past was tragic, and I wanted nothing more than to see the events of the past no longer affecting his present. Sierra Hill did a fantastic job with this taboo trilogy. It’s super sexy while also sweet. It follows the three best friends over a twenty-five year timespan. Finally, with the release of Reckless Hearts, all the questions have been answered and readers get to see the HEA we’ve all been waiting for with bated breath. If you are looking for a ménage friends-to-lovers romance, then look no farther, The Smoking Mountain Trio [Reckless Youth, Reckless Abandon, and Reckless Hearts] is exactly what you need.
This was such a heartfelt conclusion to the Rocky Mountain trio. Sage’s story I knew would have so much heartached and heartbreak in it as he and London and Cam struggled to find a normal for the three of them. Nothing is ever easy in love and this trio had to move mountains to get their happily ever after. This was such a great read with some characters that I will remember for a long time.
This series makes me swoon and breaks my heart all at the same time. Book # 3 is all Sage. He’s looking for love, but tends to push those he loves away. He wants to isolate himself after a mistake gets him in trouble, but all 3 are struggling with young adult-ship and it’s hard to roll with the punches when life knocks you back down. I think he learns that being successful and loved by millions can’t replace those that truly love you.
I was looking forward to the conclusion or book 3 of this series so much, knowing it would be told from Sage’s point of view and I must say the author did not disappoint me. The conclusion is very touching and will have you grabbing for the tissues a time or two.
If you have read the series to this point, you know our trio have reunited after 10 years and are once again a force to be reckoned with when they are together. We also learn Cam’s job as a fire jumper has left him in a bad way. As Sage and London rush to Cam’s side to help with his care and his son, others are plotting against them. I don’t do spoilers so I won’t say who or about what but these three are so connected they will suffer anything themselves to save the other two from any pain.
The author has written a gripping conclusion that not only shows the depth of our trio’s love for one another but proves that love is one of the strongest bonds even when everything around is going terribly wrong.
This is a wonderful MFM story that will have you hoping for any kind of happy ending. The characters are so special and so loving that you can’t help but feel a part of their world. 2 Thumbs Up for the series and I offer kudos to the author for a perfect conclusion to London, Sage and Cam’s story with Reckless Hearts.
I was on the edge of my seat dying for this book to come out!!! And let me tell you it DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!!! This is Book 3 of the series and told from Sages P.O.V.
I fell hard for these three, and after everything they’ve been through, together and apart I was rooting for them to have their Happily Ever After, and oh man do they EVER!!!! Book 2 left me in tears, with my heart breaking, but reading this book has put it back together!!! Not everyone gets their HEA, nor does everyone get to meet their soulmate, but Cam, Sage and London get theirs!!!! I was rooting for these three! And let me tell you they are PERFECT!!!!
This is a MUST READ series!!!!!
What a conclusion! After that cliffhanger in book 2, I was anxiously waiting for book 3 and Sierra Hill did not disappoint!!
The relationship between Cam, Sage and London has been one of ups & downs since they all meet in Kindergarten. The way they find their way back to each other, through thick and thin, shows that they could only be happy together, as one.
This was the perfect ending to a wonderful story!
*warning*
READ BOOK 1 & 2 FIRST!
OMG, I can’t believe this is the last book in this series. This whole series has had me on an emotional roller coaster. I never thought I would fall in love with a MFM series, but Sierra has out done herself with this journey that London, Sage & Cam took us on. In book 3, it is Sage’s POV. I completely fell in love with young Sage and his beautiful heart in book 1 and as an adult, I fell in love with what his character grew into, even more. The love that all 3 of them express in this conclusion book, made my heart swoon. This book perfectly wraps up this whole series and still provides so many feels. I really don’t want their story to ever end. 🙁 This whole series has been soooo good. 100% best series I’ve read this year!
We finally get to read Sage’s P.O.V. told in the past while in prison and in the present. He’s always felt Cam and London can do better without him in their lives. With Cam not wanting to have anything to do with him, London is the only person that continues to provide unconditional love and support. Sage manages to purposely hurt her again and again, because he’s mad at himself, his situation, and his severed ties with Cam. And London continues to be there for him. When the unthinkable happens and Cam’s life is in jeopardy, it’s up to Sage to right the wrongs and redeem himself with London by being there for her.
This was a great series, and what made it even greater was we didn’t have to wait 6-8 months for the next book! Best friends since kindergarten, each of these characters had unexpected transitions and events happen in their lives, tearing them apart. But true loves always find their way back to each other. A great conclusion and although I’m sad to see the series end, I’m looking forward to what the author has in store for us in the future.
I have loved Sage from the start of this series but finally getting his POV ramped that love up to epic proportions! What an amazing character he is. The kind that gives you hope that if you never give up on what you truly want in this life, someday if the fates allow, you will get it! He went through so much as a child and then between prison and losing Cam and London for a while and at the same time losing himself, it was looking bleak for a while. What a recovery he makes after all that love he was keep bottled up is finally reciprocated by the true loves of his life. Theirs was a difficult journey with many seemingly impossible hurdles to jump, but not giving up on each other pulled them through. Cam’s physical and emotional state was heartbreaking at times in this story but Sage and London never gave up. This all led up to one of the most wonderful conclusions to a series I’ve read in some time! These three wonderful characters will stay with you long after you read The End. Just incredible!
The past is just that; a time that has taken place before the present. Sage has two distinct past’s which were both instrumental in shaping his future. He met London and Cam when they were in kindergarten and they were best friends throughout their teenage years. But then, Sage realized he was in love with both of them and knew he never wanted to be without them. That all changed when he went to prison, which was the beginning of the second part of his past; the one he wanted to forget, but couldn’t. The cold prison cell, the loneliness and isolation that will live in his mind forever; his nightmares reliving every miserable moment.
He never saw Cam while he was in prison but London wrote him letters of encouragement and came to see him, until he pushed her away. Sage emerged from this with only memories, scars and the freedom to pursue his music which kept him sane while he was in prison. He was alone because he had alienated himself from London and Cam, believing he didn’t deserve their love.
Their short-lived reunion was a dream come true but after London and Cam left, he was still alone on his tour bus with just his memories of their passionate weekend to keep him warm.
Will the love that Sage, London and Cam have for each other be enough to withstand any complications that come their way?
“Reckless Hearts” is another beautiful and heart-wrenching story from Sierra Hill. This is the final book in The Smoky Mountain trilogy and she saved the best for last. Sage is my favorite character because even though he had a horrible family life he was able to find solace in his music that allowed him to escape his demons. His love for London and Cam never died, it was always there, waiting to burst through the fog and unite them once again. I was moved and touched by Sage’s story and there will always be a special place in my heart for the entire series.
What a wonderfully beautiful conclusion to this emotional, heartbreaking, sweet, sexy, angsty trilogy. I fell in love with these three in book one and have been rooting for their HEA over since. Each book is told from a different character’s point of view. Book one, Reckless Youth was London’s book. Book two, Reckless Abandon was Cameron’s book. Book 3. Reckless Hearts is Sage’s book and I have been anxiously awaiting his POV. As much as I loved London and Cam, Sage and his story spoke to my heart and gahhhhh, I just love Sage. This series follows this trio, who have been friends since kindergarten, through the years. Their lives, their loves, their pain, their struggles and their deep, all consuming love for each other. I do not have the words to describe how thoroughly consumed I was by this trilogy. I loved every delicious minute of this trilogy. Thank you Sierra Hill for bringing me London, Cam and Sage.
