I was an old-fashioned girl, saving myself for Mr. Right. Now, I’m the property of an alien warrior—and he’s determined to make me his mate.An unknown enemy destroyed Arythios, killing every living creature on the planet. The only survivors of their race are an elite band of male warriors who were away on maneuvers when the attack occurred.Vowing to track down and crush the enemy, they turn to the … the enemy, they turn to the Interstellar Federation for help. Instead of aid and shelter, they are given a handful of females from a minor planet called Earth.
Dylos
Arythios is no more. We’re the only survivors. Though I’m still grieving the loss of my mate, it’s my duty to claim one of these primitive aliens as my own. Mate with her and produce offspring to save our race from extinction. They’re uncivilized, but I’ll train mine to be properly submissive.
To my dismay, the alien female I’ve chosen is stubborn and defiant, often in need of stern punishment. I’ve tried to keep her at a distance, but her virginal innocence stirs my loins, awakening a savage hunger I thought was as dead as my world.
And her beautiful soul has touched my heart.
Trina
After I refused the advances of one of the most powerful leaders on Earth, he locked me up until I’d agree to participate in his kinky sex games. When his wife found out, she insisted I be sent far away. So he added me to what he said was a diplomatic mission to another world.
I woke up on an alien warship staring into the eyes of a hulking gray-skinned warrior who says I’m now his property. He’s ordered me to call him Master and obey his every command. When I don’t, he punishes me.
He can be kind, too—and he makes me feel things I’ve never felt before. But he’s an alien from another world. How can someone so wrong be the right one for me?

Only you
I am really enjoying this series. I love how the authors pair up the characters and how they really seem to come alive. They start like a business transaction and transform into a wonderful HEA. The men are over the top dominant alphas and the ladies are no shrinking violets. I especially enjoyed the way these two characters survived something that could have killed anyone else, and took the time to develop such a strong relationship. There might be triggers for some people, but I enjoyed the darkness of the story and can’t wait to read the next book.
A drama, intrigue, and sexy read. Trina wakes to find she is the property of Dylos and their adventure begins. I loved the interaction between the characters. An interesting storyline I enjoyed with every turn of the page.

When the Arythians asked Earth for aid against their enemies, they were given six human females to use as breeders instead. Admiral Dylos chooses a breeder from the human females. Trina is stubborn and gives as good as she gets. And before you know it, Dylos thinks of his human as more than just a breeder but also a mate to love and protect. Lots of spankings and bdsm play for the adult genre as these dominant Arythians love their submissive females.

Yes master. Dylos and Trina has quite a ways to go before they realized they were mates. He only wanted to dominate her and she wanted it all. In the end they got it all.

He was a stern taskmaster who demanded obedience!

Book two in the Centauri Captives series was a story that captured my imagination. Trina awaken from an induced sleep to find herself the captive of an Alien warrior intent on using her to bear his young. Dylos was the Commander of an alien fleet whose home world had been destroyed. He was a stern master who demanded obedience from the human woman given to him by the leaders of Earth. I was captivated by this story, the emotional turmoil Trina suffered was tempered by her erotic responses to his lovemaking. Dylos could not help his attraction to the human and their relationship was rocky to begin with but mellowed over time. I loved Trina’s fiesty come backs and appalled at some of Dylos’s methods used to train his woman. Their interactions soon became less of punishment and more loverlike as time passed. I look forward to reading more of this series.

I’m really enjoying this series so far. Even though it’s a dark Sci-Fi it’s definitely not your typical PNR. Plus this story was way longer then the previous one. I also felt like it shows a bit more of the Arythians customs which was interesting. But poor Trena really had it rough, couldn’t catch a break at all. I’m just glad things work out in the end. Overall a enjoyable and entertaining read plenty of laughable moment, intrigue, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. Looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
I enjoyed this one more than I did the first one. The characters were a little more developed, and the story seemed to move at a slightly slower pace. That could be because some of the details were understood from the first book, but whatever it was doesn’t matter. This is a great sci-fi romance. It’s original, steamy, and has characters that I connected with. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series.
The second book in the Centauri Captives and this one ended way better that the first one. The books do carry over from one to the other so read them in order. This is human Trina and Admiral Dylos the highest ranked Arythian. They will have a lot to get through before they get their happy ending as a virus has effected Dylos and Trina cares for him while he is sick. We do get to see more of Mantsk and Jess in this book as the fleet has now joined each other. I want to read the next book.
