Nothing in life is free—even life itself. After a split-second decision that gave her a second chance at life, Timberlyn struggles to control her new instincts as her life spins out of control. Her newly awakened hunger takes over, and she has to decide if she made the right choice after all. She may have saved her life, but every day is a struggle not to lose herself. Cut off from her family and … from her family and the wolves, she takes solace in her friendship with Svana and Viktor, despite their hatred for the Wolf boys. But will Alarick despise her when he finds out the truth?
When she returns for her third year at Ravenwood Academy, everything is different. Her friends. Her status. Her link with the wolves. Now bound to Jonathan Ravenwood, she must fight harder than ever to carve out her own path and fight for what’s right.
This book concludes the Ravenwood Academy trilogy, a YA urban fantasy adventure filled with slow-burn romance, friendship, and mystery.

Wolf Song (Ravenwood Academy, Year Three) is the final book in this trilogy. Im sad to see it end. I loved everything about it including the character’s and plot twists. Jam packed with intrigue, suspense, and dabbles of romance. A highly entertaining ending to a fabulous series.
Vanessa Moyen flawless performance was just perfect. Her intonation fits the character’s age. She brings out all the emotions and performs the character’s.
Loved the performance and the story together.
This book started off predictably enough (you kinda knew where it was going with the cliff hanger from book 2) but then went off in some crazy directions and managed to pull in clues dropped through out the previous 2 books to finally answer questions about stuff that didn’t quite add up in ways no one imagined.
This is the end of Timberlyn’s coming of age arc, of her finding herself and becoming who she was meant to be. It’s a rough journey that comes with a fair amount of heartache, but also tender moments and happiness. Lots of questions answered about how the various factions at play align and the history behind them, but answered in a way that only spawns more questions and opens parts of this world you never dreamed existed. Lots of potential for spin-offs in this universe!
Book 3 in a trilogy, read them in order to be slowly drawn into the paranormal world the way Timberlyn was – slowly delving deeper into things she didn’t fully understand until she was forever changed. This one is a page-turner full of romance and suspense. If you have an opportunity to listen to the audio version narrated by Vanessa Moyen I highly recommend it. She does a fabulous job with the book. My only tiny quibble is her deeper voices sometimes get quite low and difficult to hear.
Year Three: Wolf Song (Ravenwood Academy, #3) was another great read by Lena Mae Hill. Timberlyn is struggling to control her new instincts after being given a second chance at life. She has new hungers that are taking over. She finds herself cut off from her family as well as the wolves. She finds herself friends with the people who hate the wolves. It makes Alarick despise her for who she is around now. She returns to Ravenwood Academy for her third year and everything seems to be different. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more by Lena Mae Hill.
Year Three: Wolf Song (Ravenwood Academy, #3), my third read/listen from author Lena Mae Hill. 5-hours 26-minute/339-page listen. I was given an Audible copy of this book and I’m voluntarily reading & reviewing it. The gifting of this audiobook did not affect my opinion of it. Narrator Vanessa Moyen’s narration adds to the book’s enjoyment. I look forward to reading more from this author and I definitely need to read Ravenwood Academy, #3! (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 – July 24, 2018).
CLEAN PARANORMAL SERIES THAT I RECOMMEND.
Well, I loved this book and indeed this series. I cried, l read non-stop and was left with a sad yet satisfied smile on ny face.
The characters have been great and lm sad to see them go.
This completes the Ravenwood Academy series. The first two books Ravenwood Academy: Year One: Wolf Moon and Ravenwood Academy, Year Two: Wolf Cursed really should be read FIRST, then this thrilling conclusion that ties up the loose ends. Now that Timberlyne is a vampire as well as a wolf, her relationship with Alarick is uncertain. Werewolves hate vampires and vice versa. Fortunately, her vampire friends accept her for what she is and help her through the change. Some mysteries about Timberlyne are answered, but more remain. She sets out with Alarick and his pack to search for her origins and mates for Alarick’s pack. They find answers to all the mysteries but many friends are killed in a ferocious battle as Mr. Ravenwood and his vampires try to exterminate werewolves, Timberlyne’s family, and their allies.
Oh. Wow. This was not the ending I was expecting. And I certainly wasn’t expecting to be a weeping mess before it was all over. I am blown away by the journey Timberlyn has needed to go on for this series. And that’s about all I feel safe saying to know that I won’t be giving away the best (and most heart-wrenching) parts of this book. Argh! There’s so much more that I want to say, but everything else I want to put into words about what I loved and what this book made me feel would land me squarely in spoiler territory. I guess I’ll have to settle for saying this book almost broke me, but I loved it!
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
ONE FANTABULOUS ADVENTURE!!!
Off the chain! Lena leaves me in awe once again bringing all the heat and magic with this arresting approach for one hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, block busting bombshell, wrapping this gem up seamlessly. A churning vortex of unsettling mishaps and astonishing circumstances, blast those swirling emotions into play. Twixt and twined and interwoven, unveiling a slew of shocking twists and thrilling turns, testing our characters in ways they could have never envisioned. Anarchy, escapades and havoc run amuck, kicking this gem into a tempest, blasting it into a tailspin with a eye-opening culmination. The attraction and chemistry sizzles from the pages and suck you in so deeply until you feel the heat and electricity thrumming through your veins. The dynamics and presentation in layer upon layer that you peel back with each page your drawn into this web so deep until everything else ceases to exist. The characters are authentic and realistic with depth and qualities that transform into outstanding personalities. The scenes are abundantly detailed to give you a full understanding and realism that balance out fluidly. Remarkable job Lena, thanks for sharing this little fella with us.
This has been a favorite series of mine and having read this story, the final in these characters lives, I am excited to have been along for the ride. In Wolf Song I had all the emotions and anwsers to all my questions. The sweet taste of this story was perfect for the journey these character’s took. There is action and redemption here but also a great embracing of new life and choices. I enjoyed this series very much and do recommend it to those looking fir a new fresh take on academy reads. I received an ARC and I am leaving an honest review.
Many things have happened to Timberlyn demonstrating what it’s already well know, that every action has its consequence. Caught between wolves and vampires, decisions have become more difficult at every turn, and when more secrets about her life are revealed, not only her life but that of all the wolves is in danger. Interesting the strong emotional charge that had me feeling sad for Alarick, Timberlyn and Viktor. The intense confrontations and fights had me on edge. Like how the author entwine characters from other books and makes me exclaim ‘Oh, I recognize that one!’ Lot of suspense, deceit, intriguing situations, interesting characters, violence, romance and passion. Enjoyed this story that had me reading avidly waiting for the final outcome that was very satisfying after so much action and adventure.
Totally worth the loss of sleep! Powerful, magical and riveting!
Timberlyn has grown throughout the series but she never lost sight of herself. Action, romance and a lot of supernatural fun!
From the start, this story was absolutely thrilling!
