This wholes series is engaging and interesting. You want to be there with the characters, and you have to grab the next book to keep up with them. Good story line, insight into characters and actions
I really quite enjoyed Raven Black and White Nights. According to Cleeves’s bio, she is not Scottish or even a Shetland transplant. She writes like she’s a native, proud of the Shetlands. Their history, personalities, culture, weather, and landscape are woven into a well deveoped tale of Life, mystery, and love. I will be finishing up the series.
