This is a great addition to the triads storyline. Will James and Michael get to Charlotte before its to late. Old and new alliances are remade. Who will survive this twist. OMG I read this as soon as I downloaded it and read it in one sitting now I’m on pins and needles for the next installment. This author sure knows how to write her plots to keep us coming back for more.

This is a hold your breath though out the book.. The feelings and actions are real, and exciting. the cliff the reader falls off was going to land in a hard landing.
I can’t image which way the story line will go. Through all the story lines I think of are not a happy ending for everyone. I love the way she brings all the characters into the story.

Be forewarned. Simone is a dominatrix. She keeps you right on the edge never letting up teasing you with an ending a climax and never quite letting you achieve it. Wow what a nailbiter this series has become. Simone is at the top of her game. You definitely dont want to miss out on this.

Ransom was awesome reading, and intensely satisfying. This author does such a fantastic job building her characters, shaping them to grow and develop as people. They are not just flat-stamped roles or parts. I just loved seeing that growth in Ransom, especially in James, Michael, Mitch—and, yes, former baddie Klempner too. The suspense and tension over Charlotte’s abduction are mounting incredibly—it’s truly nail-biting! Even though this installment ends on a cliffhanger, it is beyond a doubt my favorite of Simone’s yet! 5-stars. Sounds cliché, but I wish there were more stars I could give. Hope she hurries alongwith the next episode!

Oh my God! Who took Charlotte and especially why now when she’s at full term! Her masters traumatized and Michael is barely holding it together! When the crew all put their heads together it’s going to take Larry and his skills to give them hope of getting her and the baby back alive! How’s Mitch holding out and WHAT the HELL?! Oh this world Simone Leigh has been building for us just keeps getting better and more addictive as she never fails to keep us hanging on her every word and literally begging for more! I absolutely devoured this book in one sitting and then reread it slowly to savor it till Hostage comes out! I can hardly wait!

This book is superb, once I started reading it, I couldn’t put it down. This book picks up directly where Target ended, this one also ends with another cliffhanger. The writing is fantastic and drew me into how the characters where feeling as well as how the surrounding area looked. All of my favorites from this series got a look-in during this book. The plot is brilliant, full of suspense and action. It’s an awesome story that I encourage anyone and everyone to start reading, you may want to get some of the earlier books so that you know who everyone is and how they are connected, it’s definitely well worth the time to read.

This book is full of surprises til the very end. I must admit that throughout this whole ordeal Charlotte is resilient. It shows all too well in her actions to keep her baby and herself safe and comfortable as possible.
As for her loved ones they are at a lost til Klempner shows up. He was a long shot, but turns out to be the key. I love how Klempner is besides himself when it comes to Michael. I must that Kristie and Beth did prove that multiple eyes are better than two, along with a good memory. Can’t wait to see how this all plays out as time is ticking away..

This book starts where the first book ended. Charlotte is again in trouble only this time she also has the baby she needs to thing about saving besides herself. Everyone is looking for her including James who blames himself.
The story of all the cast of characters is solid and engaging to the reader. You will be thrilled with the suspense, danger, plot twists and all the emotions. But be warned that this book ends in another cliffhanger so you will have to read the next book in the series to see what happens.
