Viktoria Jonsdottir is none too pleased with the personal bodyguard her father has insisted on hiring to keep her safe. Safe from what, she has no idea, but she’s convinced having this brooding man hovering over her is completely unnecessary. All she wants to do is get to New York where her father is conducting high level meetings for their corporation—meetings she arranged, to prove her value to … her value to the company. Sure, Lee MacCallister is sexy as hell and his eyes would make an ordinary woman swoon. But Viktoria is no ordinary woman. She’s not going to fall for Lee, even if he does make her feel things she’s never felt before. Like this strange new emotion that just might be…happiness.
It’s a simple enough assignment for the former Army Ranger—protect some rich, spoiled woman for a few days then pick up the check. Only thing is, Viktoria isn’t like any woman he’s ever met. She’s tough, smart, and has a body that’s more than a little distracting. He can keep it professional, even though she’s beyond tempting as sin. But when things get dicey and Victoria’s enemies prove to be far more dangerous than Lee anticipated, he realizes Viktoria has become more than an assignment—she’s become personal. And that could be the most dangerous thing of all.

He is hired to watch over her for a few days. He thinks she is a spoiled rich kid. Boy does he get a surprise. They have an attraction they eventually do something about. RANGER’S PROTECTION (Seal & Veteran Series #3) By Leslie North
This is a very entertaining, page turner of a read! Lee MacCallister and Viktoria Jonsdottir meet when her father hires him to be her bodyguard to protect her. He is the 3rd MacCallister brother. She is the daughter of a man whose company in Iceland is the leading manufacturer of wool products. Lee goes into it thinking it will be an easy enjoyable job, but things soon get very complicated for them. I did very much enjoy this story. I give it 5 stars.
Lee fresh out of the military due to an injury and not happy about it just lost his father and is so lost himself. He accepts a job as a bodyguard to keep himself going. Victoria just wants to prove to her father and everyone she is capable of taking over the business and being just as effective as her father even if she is a female. Threats are not new to her. This time her father has changed everything about the security measures does he know something?
I absolutely LOVED this book. I by far thought this was the best of the 3 in the series. It was full of action and kept you on the edge waiting to see what was going to happen next. Victoria was a great character strong and didnt back down from the fight. I think she made a great match for Lee who was so headstrong. I loved the details in the fight scenes just as much as the sex scenes. So much fun. Such an amazing book and a dont miss series. I loved every minute of every one of these!
This book was full of action and intrigue. It was marvelously written and a joy to read. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
I love to read anything military. Having come from a family dynasty of military members, this is definitely the book for you. The two main characters of the story are so opposite that you know they’re going for the long haul. There were a lot of twists and turns in the plot, especially towards the end when Lee(former military) comes to the rescue with with his brothers also former military. This book is part of a series. If the rest of the books are like this one they will be a keeper and be read over and over again. This book definitely gets all 5 Stars from me.

A very entertaining read. Both characters were tough, smart, capable and likable. Viktoria and Lee had an intense chemistry and steamy. There is a lot of push-pull to their relationship. The suspenseful and exciting plot grabs and holds your interest well. A fun book well worth reading. This is my freely posted, frank review.

What a great ending to the series! This book is about the third and last MacAllistar brother, Lee. Lee has been medically discharged from the Rangers and has no idea what to do. He finds himself working as a body guard and finds it enjoyable. He is given a new case, to guard and protect Viktoria while she travels in a long and windy route to her father in New York for business. This is an eventful trip on many levels for these two characters. They do not make it to their final destination as the plane crashes, Viktoria hides Lee to protect him and she is kidnapped. Lee gathers his two brothers Chance and Harris to help him get Viktoria back. What a action packed read!

Leslie North is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors.
The guy on the cover does not match the hot guy in the book. Any why is it Seal’s Protection if he was an Army Ranger? (Book title has been changed since I read it.)
That being said, I loved this book – two alpha personalities fighting at every turn, Lee and Viktoria played off each other so well and had terrific chemistry. And a plot twist that I just did not see coming!

Oh my, Lee and Viktoria…I have no words. The way Leslie North puts words together is unbelievable. I could vividly see everything happening. I felt the chemistry between Lee and Viktoria. Explosive. Lee was finally able to open up about his demons and it was great seeing him and Viktoria find love. The epilogue was perfect too as we got to see all three brothers together and see where in their lives they were.

The youngest of McCallister brothers Lee had to take a medical retirement from the Army. He goes to work as a bodyguard. His assignment to get Victoria who is from Iceland to New York. From the moment they met there is a battle of wills on who is in charge. That plus the intense attraction they both feel makes for a great cross country trip. Someone is after Victoria and Lee has a time protecting her. Great suspense and lots of steamy sex.

The McCallister brothers are all ex or almost ex military. This is the third and last book of the series highlighting Lee. He had to leave his position as a Ranger Sniper due to an eye injury. Viktoria is an executive in her father’s company and Lee is hired as a bodyguard due to threats toward her. There is insta-lust/love between these two amidst numerous attacks. Very good read!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Lee and Viktoria had an attraction from the beginning.
Lee has vowed from day one to protect Viktoria and he will but she makes his job hard at times and is naive enough to simply not understand when he would try and talk her out of doing something that she saw a perfectly innocent.
This book had action of some kind on every page but my favorite action was the sword fight.
Exciting story of survival and betrayal!
The final McCallister brother, Lee, finds his match in Viktoria, a woman who knows what she’s capable of, even though her CEO father doesn’t see it. She and her father are visiting from Iceland and Lee is assigned to protect her from threats against her family’s company. Most of this edge-of-your-seat romance is devoted to their cross-country flight and the scheduled and unscheduled stops along the way.
There are surprise twists, plenty of action, pulse-pounding passion, and a highly emotional battle with both Lee and Viktoria to determine just what they are to each other, and how two people of such vastly different backgrounds could ever make a relationship work.
This was a non-stop read for me; every page was its own adventure. The epilogue was beautifully done, wrapping up the story for all three brothers with a small but heartwarming tribute to their parents. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
They both are twenty eight.
Lee was forced to retire from his seal position due to an injury to his eye. With no back up plan, he’s offered a job babysitting Viktoria. He does have HALO experience and they’ll be flying in a private jet.
Viktoria is harder to like. She’s pretty strident and kind of acts like a child.
But I enjoyed the sparks that flew when Lee enters her world.
Fun, steam and action.
Recommend.

Lee was an Army Ranger. He was a sniper and because of an eye injury, while on a mission, he was forced to retire. He’s working for a security company that’s owned by a by a retired military man. His assignment is a business woman named Viktoria from Iceland. Viktoria believes she need to be perfect and she’s always trying to prove herself to her father. They’re both stubborn and used of getting their way. Can Lee break down the walls Viktoria has up and can he find out who’s trying to kill her? I really am enjoying this series. I love the characters and the story line.
Book three in the Seal’s Protection Series, This is Lee’s Story. Lee has taken a job to protect Viktoria who is a strong independent women. This is a full action packed story, a story that keeps you guessing. A page turner. The chemistry is undeniable between Lee and Viktoria. Leslie North keeps us entertained with her fantastic stories.
Right from the very first time we met Lee, the tragic wounded warrior had my attention. And was well on the way to winning my heart from that very first book. Viktoria, on the other hand, took me a lot longer to warm up to. She’s so fierce and independent that she sometimes comes across as cold and b!tchy. It was so much fun to watch her and Lee chip away at the layers of protection they each had to keep everyone at a distance. I loved the thread of intrigue that ‘s woven through this story and I felt like I was dying to get to the point in Lee’s story where Harris’s ended. This ending to the trilogy was the perfect way to wrap up the series.

Lee is a former Ranger/sniper who lost most of the vision in his eye on a mission. He comes home and doesn’t know what to do with himself until he gets offered a job from a security firm. His next assignment is to protect an Icelandic COO while she going from California to New York. Viktoria is one of a kind. She’s beautiful and snobby until Lee sees her other side. She thinks Lee is a Neanderthal and doesn’t want to listen to him. When Lee foils two kidnappings, she doesn’t find his so unreasonable. When their plane is sabotaged and the must jump, they are separated when they land. Viktoria is taken and even though Lee has been released from her protective duty, he’ll do anything to get her back.
Excellent story with sex, action, funny and mystery. Two totally opposite people find they can’t run from the attraction between them. I wish there was another brother to read about.

He did the thing he wasnt supposed to do. And was not happy about it. It messed with his head too much and he had a lot to lose if they were caught. Not a major loss when you think about what he gained. He got closer to his family.
