~
The fifth and final novel in the epic Grace Series, “Raising Attabury” takes the reader on a decidedly different type of romantic journey that’s less about discovery as it is about rediscovery. This novel, written by USA Today Best Selling Christian novelist, Staci Stallings, explores Christian themes of forgiveness, hurt, healing and hope. It is the story of the every-marriage, the one that’s just going through the motions, trying to stay together and wondering if it’s even worth the effort. In these pages, you will find hope. You will find real life. You will find peace as you read of characters who do not have perfect lives, who make mistakes, and who ultimately experience the life God truly has in store for each of us if we can find the courage to surrender to His plan for our lives.

LOVED THIS
Awesome book about real life
Becoming a true fan of her writing!
Loved this book
Enjoyed reading.
It was really well written and gave me a lot to think about. I think everyone should read this book.
Really enjoyed this one. thot is was realistic in portraying emotions and fears.
While the main characters were presented as African-American, it felt like it could have been any couple who might struggle with similar emotions.
Although this book did not reach the “can’t put it down” level of most of Staci Stallings’ inspirational books, it was a good read.
This is a great book about life; its disappointments, successes, misconceptions friendships and finding our source of life and what gives it meaning.
A wonderful story of couples rebuilding and strengthening their marriages by individually rediscovering God and deepening their faith and putting God in the center of their lives. Loved the characters and town where Attabury was.
This is unfortunately true of how it seems to be this day and age. Hopefully it shows with God on your side anything can happen just have to work at it and it does take work and the want to.
Loved this book and would recommend it to anyone. It is about a young couple who think they have it all: great jobs, home of their dreams, perfect child, nice cars, everything they dreamed of and have worked so hard for. Then they discover that with all of their dreams come true, happiness has eluded them. Read to find out what they have been missing in their lives.
I love all Staci Stallings books but this one is the best, it made me cry, think and pray a lot. It’s a love story a friendship story and a walk with God. Loved this book will read it again.
Awesome
It was actually a full length book; not the slap jobs most e-books are. I thought it was a good read, not too heavy, but not ‘chic-lit’ either. The plot was good and not the same-old romance.
Fabulous book! Eric and Dani have everything they want but they are not happy and are done with their marriage. A true picture of what happens when we let the world direct our dreams and how we are shaped and molded by our upbringing.
Realistic and inspiring.
This was a very inspirational book. I liked the inclusion of prayers and Bible verses in a very natural way. The characters owned up to the mistakes in their lives and shared with each other when prayer was needed. I would certainly recommend this book to others, especially those who are seeking peace and joy.
The characters int his book hold up a mirror to the reader’s heart, giving biblical counsel in how to restore a marriage. Very good!
