Good book
It was so good. It had a lot of character and intrigued. Cant wait to read the other books.
It was just ok. Too much world building with too many characters.
tugged at my heart
This book was so good that it’s led me to read almost the entire series! I’m on book 7 and I just started reading this one Thursday! My weekend was full of Goyles!
Too much jumping around. Too many characters introduced.
Too much sex and too little story.
I have never read a book about Gargoyle shifters. This author has opened me up to an entire new species of shifter and has entertwined science, mystery, suspense, steaming sex and apocalypse all in one. I am on book two now and have all the rest in the series as well.
PROs – I was quickly hooked on storyline. I didn’t want to put it down. I will be reading the next book.
CONs – Some of the characters were not clearly developed and nicknames used which made following the unfolding of the storyline difficult. It almost felt like this was the second or third book in a series instead of the first.
Love the series.
Pretty good book with stilted writing.
First time I have read anything from this author. Looking forward to reading more books from them. This is a great book.
Wasn’t sure what to expect, but truly enjoyed the entire story. Will have to look into getting the rest of the books in the series.
Great book for an afternoon read.
