Easy read.
Fantastic. Couldn’t put it down.
A delightful story with plenty of suspense.
Good plot line. Interesting twists along the way. KeptyKept attention Easy to read. Mind could imagine the story line with no problem.
Heart warming story; loved the goose!
Loved it!
The characters were not believable and the resolution to the story was too pat with everything neatly falling in to place. The fact that people received what they prayed for made it even less interesting.
A joy to read. A positive story in a difficult period of our history.
This was interesting as it portrayed the hardship of the dust bowl years.
The novel is set on a depression era farm in a small town. I loved that the story had a full plot and did not cut off without an ending as is common today. Though it has a sequel it can also stand alone. Great character development.
great story, read the next 2 also. Good story line, Loved all the charecters.
Loved the characters and the story… 🙂
This is a real down home series and I loved all three of them. Even the old way of talking, like my grandparents. Loved it.
