Randy Ballistic and Lily LeBlanc are head-over-heels, bed-breakingly, screaming orgasmically in love. But even they have their challenges, mostly outside of the bedroom. With the off-season coming to a close and the boys gearing up for training camp, one more weekend of fun is the perfect way to welcome the new season. The entire crew piles into vehicles and drives to Alex and Violet’s Chicago … Violet’s Chicago cottage for a few days of relaxation—and hopefully a chance for Randy to shake the anxiety that’s been plaguing him.
Accidental wardrobe malfunctions, typical Violet inspired overshares, and a whole lot of private time round out the perfect weekend getaway.
But the moment they return to the city all of Randy’s angst resurfaces with the arrival of a surprise houseguest.

I adore the entire Pucked series but I do think Randy might be my favorite guy. He has a lot of baggage from his past and he’s probably had to work a bit harder than the other men to reach his HEA or maybe it’s a HFN. I love how Ms. Hunting updates the reader on the others in this series with each book. The hockey players and their women are truly like their own dysfunctional family and I love it.
This book has a bit more emotion and angst it in than the previous ones. Randy’s anxiety over the start of a new season and how that might impact his life with Lily makes him more vulnerable than usual. While Lily tries to reassure him he’s not the man his father is, he can’t see the difference. A hilarious weekend away with their friends and lots of sexy times is overshadowed by an unwanted visitor when they return home. Although this book is shorter than the others a lot of drama and humor is going on.
I read this along with the audiobook and I loved the dual narration. Jacob Morgan does an excellent job voicing Randy and his insecurities. Rose Dioro is delightful as all the side of Lily: strong for her man, insecure with what is going on with him, funny with their friends, and sexy with her man. I loved listening
Helena Hunting makes me laugh one minute and ache the next. I love Randy “Balls” Ballistic! Here you have this sexy hockey player who is so vulnerable at times that my heart aches for him. Lily is the perfect girl for him. She is so understanding and patient and she knows just what he needs when he needs it. She also knows how to keep him on his toes. There is something so special about their relationship! I love the way they love one another.
Pucked Under has so many LOL moments with the Pucked series gang!
I can’t get enough of this series. Anytime I get more of this gang, I’m never disappointed and always know I will get a laugh. I love seeing what the gangs up too and I’m dying for more Lance and especially Darren. With the season coming up Randy & Lily have to cope with being apart and with a last weekend away with friends all is perfect until Randy gets a visit that could destroy everything. Randy & Lily are perfect for each other and of course when the whole gang is together nothing is off limits. Another amazing book in this series and can’t wait for the next
Beavers and Yetis and Weiners… Oh My.
The Pucked crew is back! They continue to be funny, sexy, and a little more intriguing. The core of this story is about Randy and Lily (which is my favorite Pucked couple). It’s about their relationship has grown since they accepted their feelings with another. However, we get glimpses of where Alex and Violet are. How Sunny and Miller are doing.
The intriguing parts… What’s behind the moods coming from Lance? What’s the deal with Darren and Charlene?
I love that Ms. Hunting provides her readers with a “after happily ever after..” stories. LOVE IT! Pucked Under is an example that after the “I love yous” the true relationship begins and the “I love yous” are seen more than said.
If you love this series, this book will not disappoint. I hated having to put the book down, it’s a page turner for sure.
There are some series, that once they are finished, even if you’ve loved and adored them, you’re okay with the fact that it’s all come to an end. But that’s not the case with the Pucked series. I don’t want this series to ever end. I don’t want to say good-bye to these characters. I don’t want to think I’ll never hear from them again. If Helena continued to write about Lily and Randy, Alex and Violet, Darren and Charlene, Lance and whichever woman he ends up with, and the parents, until they were all old and gray, I would read every single word and still want more.
So imagine my excitement when Pucked Under was announced! Not only were we getting more, we were getting more of my most favorite Pucked couple, Randy and Lily. Oh how I love them.
I am so happy to see them settling into their relationship as a couple- they don’t take each other for granted and really work to show how much they love each other. They are tested just a bit in this book, with hockey season gearing up to start and Randy’s unwanted father making an appearance. Mixed in with all the fun and laughter, and of course the sexy time, there are also tears and some heart-tugging angst that will just make you fall deeper in love with these 2.
We get to see a different side to Randy in Pucked Under, a more vulnerable and insecure side that just sent me over the edge. He’s so completely endearing in this story. I didn’t think it was possible to love him more after Pucked Over but I was oh so wrong, I’ve discovered that my love for him is limitless and infinite. And Lily, Lily is so perfect for him- if she was real I would be beyond jealous that she gets to share her life with him. I love the love the share. And I loved how fierce Luscious Lily can be when it comes to her man. I just flat out freaking love everything when it comes to Randy and Lily.
I only used a variation of the word love 10 times in those 3 paragraphs, I don’t think that is too over-the-top.
It was so great to see the rest of the Pucked gang again as well- there’s never a dull moment with these crazy kids. The antics, the banter, the sexiness, it’s all perfection. Helena has really given us a gift with these characters she’s created, and I hope she has a never-ending supply of Pucked stories to share with us.
This book was actually good. Very interesting. Even though. I don’t understand why it was another story about Lily and Randy lol but never knew Randy name was Ronald that’s ugly name lol. Randy fits him so much better. I wonder if Lily and Randy are going to have a baby. Randy seems so scared awe.
This is a nice series. Good pLots, sexy scenes, HEA
