I received an arc for an honest review. Rosalinda is a physics professor, and Nick, her brother’s best friend, who is just hired to the university as a chemistry professor. There is a secret that Rosalinda hasn’t told Nick, and when he finds out – will there be a second chance for them? This is a great read and I highly recommend it.
This book was gripping, well written & the chemistry between the characters sizzled throughout this wonderful read.
Well done Jillian. I look forward to more!

I so enjoyed this book, so much love and uncertainty. There is an unhinged person, that only thinks about themselves. I loved how their love lasted through the years, even when they were apart. So much sizzling passion and chemistry.

3 for Protective Professor. Ok so I liked this book . It was well written and had a great story line. I mean really who doesn’t love a secret baby romance ! This had just the right amount of angst , drama and steamy scenes to keep me going. This was my first book from this author and I look forward to reading more of her work.

Jillian Riley has add another wonderful book to her list of accomplishments. Protective Professor has a number of layers showing the characters love, safety, fear and trust.

This is an emotional story.
Love lost only to be reborn in a child.
Losing the one you love is one thing but feeling unworthy of love is another. Watching the man you had and lost marrying another woman and not speaking up about the baby was hard enough but i guess the old saying love is blind deaf and dumb is true. Years later life seems on track until he is back and single and working to close. Secrets and misunderstandings revealed but tension of the unknown fill the air, the uneasy feeling of not good enough is back. The same passion reflected in his eues but is it worth the risk of failure and heartbreak

If you love geeky professors then this story is for you! A one night stand with her teenage crush who happened to be her brother’s best friend left Rosalinda pregnant. She never told anyone who the father was, except her best friend who she swore to secrecy. Fast forward 6 years. Now he’s the new hot professor at the college where she’s also a professor and things get interesting!

Sweet second chance read
Rosalinda and Nick had one night together. Neither thought the other wanted more so they went their own ways. Nick went on to meet and quickly marry. Rosalinda discovered that she was pregnant but didn’t want to ruin Nick’s marriage so she never told anyone who the father of her son was.
Freshly divorced Nick is back in town and working at the same university as Rosalinda. They’re still attracted to each other, but will she tell him the truth? If so, how?
