I was her therapist. She was my lifeline. You think having a one night stand with a woman in a bar would be simple, right? She was everything I wanted. This little dark haired beauty who let me do exactly as I pleased. And gave as good as she got.Everything about that one night was perfect.Until she walked into my office with her twin sister.I tried to stay away and deny what was between us.She was … she walked into my office with her twin sister.
I tried to stay away and deny what was between us.
She was too young. Too innocent. Too sweet.
And worst of all, my client.
She got under my skin, making it impossible to forget her.
I’ve had a taste of the forbidden.
And once was never going to be enough.
Fiona Benson made me throw caution to the wind.
I watched the flames crash and burn.
You’ve met the Benson boys, now you’ll discover what makes their twin sisters tick. Fiona’s story is sure to set a fair few pulses racing.
Author Note: I highly recommend you read both the Corrupt Empire series and the first two books in the Benson Siblings series before diving into this book, but Prohibit can be read as a standalone.
If your like your dark romances a little on the forbidden side, then dive into Prohibit, the third book in the Benson Siblings series.

I really enjoyed this book, it is part of the Benson Siblings series and this is Fiona’s book. Next volume is Jen’s book and that will be the last of the series. Prohibit has a good amount of hot sex, including a little anal. There is also a little bit of power exchange or light BDSM, but there is no spanking even though Jensen is a Dominant sort of guy.
I loved this book! Fiona and Jensen meet and have a one night stand. When are things ever that simple. Jensen soon finds Fiona as his new patient and he must try and be professional as well as ethical. Jensen struggles with his feelings and maintaining a professional relationship. The chemistry between Jensen and Fiona is palpable. I definitely highly recommend you read this book, you won’t be disappointed.
This well-written book has an interesting story-line that holds you right from the beginning keeping you hooked and on edge. The story is very intensely sensuous, wrought with emotion, and so well developed that I could not put it down. The characters get a HEA but, secondary characters are also interconnected from other books in the series. Each book can be read as a standalone but they can be read in order of publication for a much better read. Their relationship is definitely unconventional: both are struggling with their past, have an 11 year gap, not to mention that they have a counselor-client relationship. I very much liked the book, and their physical side definitely had the chemistry.
If your like your dark romances then Prohibit is for you. cannot wait to read more in series.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Talk about being a rock in a hard place, being a therapist it is always hard especially when you have had the taste of them. The chemistry between them was hot and steamy.

They risk everything but can they really be together
Prohibit is yet another emotional story in the Benson Siblings series by Sarah Bailey. This is the story of Fiona and Jensen. They meet at a bar and have an incredible one night stand and separated afterwards without exchanging any information, including their names. But later Jensen discovers that Fiona and her sister are actually new patients of his, as he becomes their new therapist. There is so much forbidden dynamic at work in this story it is palpable. Jensen has a hard time maintaining a professional distance from Fiona and she is so vulnerable to him. They have a chemistry that cannot be denied for long and things become more than complicated. Jensen is putting everything at risk to be with Fiona, not the least is the trust of her sister.
Prohibit is definitely a book I would recommend to anyone who is looking to curl up with a completely enthralling and fascinating story that you just cannot put down.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
This is an awesome read the storyline flowed smoothly from beginning to the end. The chemistry between the characters is unmistakable making it interesting and keeping my attention.

I loved this novel! Prohibit is the third installment in the Benson Siblings series by Sarah Bailey and is the story of Fiona and Jensen who meet and have a one night stand. Jensen is shocked and conflicted to find out Fiona is his new patient which forces him as a therapist to maintain a professional and ethical separation. Both Jensen and Fi struggle with their feelings as she seeks help for her past events. This well written dark and forbidden romance has a strong psychological and emotional storyline, a unique plot, heartfelt characters, unexpected twists, and steamy chemistry. I highly recommend this phenomenal book, as well as the rest of this series.

Prohibit is the third installment in the Benson Siblings series and though it is not necessary, I do recommend reading the series in order for a better understanding of the characters, family dynamics, and general background. Also, to actually ‘get your feet wet’ so to speak, I would suggest reading Bailey’s Corrupt Empire series before this one as a lead in because it introduces the Bensons and gives a glimpse into characters and what lays ahead. Both of these series are dark romances loaded with angst, conflicts, inner turmoil, reflection, letting go/moving forward, healing/forgiveness, love/hate, and tons and tons of smoking hot that will keep your pulse pounding and have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
Though I have enjoyed all the books in the series (Corporate Empire too) this one was a little different for me. I had a couple of start/stops to get really get into this one. First, I guess partly because I was not expecting the story to start with Jensen, but as you begin to read, you discover why and it does make sense. Secondly, while I do not mind dark romances this one pushed a little out of my comfort zone with the breath play and my brain did not want to get past the therapist/patient scenario. However, Bailey writes the storyline in a way that if you get past your logic and truly think ‘what if’, I could see how it could be a plausible situation and when emotions and feelings get tangled in wanting to help and do the right thing lines can easily be blurred. It all sorted out beautifully though in the end.
Jensen and Fiona are seriously put through the wringer in this book. Fiona’s situation is known from the previous stories in the series though here we get to experience her feelings and get inside her head and see how she moves forward and starts to heal. We also get to see the obstacles she and her sister, Jen, face with their therapy, the secrets and lies, the forbidden relationship reveal, and how it affects her relationship with all her siblings going forward.
With Jensen, his story is a bit more subtle and revealed over the course of the book. We get hints of devastation and despair and snippets of feelings and see his struggle with the therapist/patient relationship with Fiona and the turmoil when related to his family but Bailey does an excellent job of really pulling you in to get the whole story on him.
Jensen and Fiona both have serious emotional battles and inner struggles to work through individually and together to find their happy ending but what a great ending it is. I am definitely looking forward to Jen’s story, the final book of the Benson Siblings series.

Beneath this inappropriate and forbidden romance between therapist Jensen and his patient Fiona, an intense, haunting painful energy flowed between them.
I’m not sure how this author managed to create such a rich storyline in this series that just gets better and better.
Filled with emotional angst and haunting memories that were so so moving and sad.
The intimate scenes were very well written and even though breath play bothers me, it intensified the brokenness of this couple.
As their secret relationship grew, I loved the way Jensen was overwhelmed by his feelings and need for Fiona.
The family drama fell in line with the over all series theme and tied in well with the previous books which were equally excellent!! Of course, now I want Jen’s story!

This is book three in the Benson Sibling series. This is Fiona Benson’s story. It all starts with a one night stand that becomes unforgettable then Fiona and her twin sister go to a therapist, guess who that is. Yep, the one night stand, Jensen. The attraction is still there and it’s getting stronger which makes it harder to ignore. Each of these characters have a past and come with there own set of baggage. Can they get passed the age difference? Can they move forward from their pasts? Can they love one another and possibly heal? Another great story in the series! I cannot wait to read Protect. Enjoy!

Jensen and Fiona did a number on my heart. Jensen is sexy and oh so swoon-worthy! We get to see a side of Fi I never knew existed. I loved her sacrificial heart… oh my, she is such a sweet, caring woman! But Jensen and Fi shouldn’t have been together, he’s her therapist… but the attraction is stronger than both of them. Let the secrets begin. They’re playing a dangerous game and someone is bound to get hurt in this forbidden romance!
Ms. Bailey has a gift for writing angsty, heart-shattering, wild, HOT-HOT-HOT, addictive books. There are always twists and turns. In Prohibit, she made me cry and that’s no easy fete! She broke my heart and then put it right back together masterfully.
Every one of Ms. Bailey’s books is fantastic, beginning with her Corrupt Empire series, which I HIGHLY recommend reading –> Betrayal before starting the Benson Siblings series for your reading enjoyment.
I can’t wait for Protect, the final book in the series!!
AMAZING!
I could feel the warmth radiating off the pages and the attention grabbing angst push me to the edge with a powerful need for more. It’s emotional hot and exciting with a great flowing storyline that kept me infused with my heart racing enjoying every brilliant word.
4.5 stars
I enjoyed the book. Love a great taboo romance with a beautiful emotional story. I also really like the dominance from Jenson’s character and the twins aspect of the story.
Prohibit is the 3rd book in the Benson siblings series. I recommend reading The corrupt Empire series first and the fist two book in this serie before reading this one. If you love dark romances you will love this serie.
I really love Fiona and Jensen story. They met in a bar and had a one night stand.
She didn’t think she will see him again, but the next day her sister and her had a appointment with their new therapist and it was him.
They both try to stay away from each other but soon realize that it wasn’t possible.
